Do it man. i don’t smoke but I hear it relieves stress I know it can be fun to play in boxes but thinking in them can get really burdensome sorry had to play the joker card, why so serious?!

@Anna1 you could do deep belly breathing, lymphatic dry skin brushing and meditation as a morning routine (meal replacement) although I know you said you don’t eat, still good to get the metabolism going I’ve also heard celery juice is quite powerful for getting the bowels moving in the morning and hydrating on a cellular level for easy unforced fasting. Personally I like to juice celery with grapefruit, sometimes garlic root and cucumber all together. This morning I added apple and beet root for the first time, interesting haha

@Dlavjr cool good luck. Hope you saw the editions

That would be one, and whenever I experienced the same as what you describe, it’d been after caffeine dependency. Something you might want to test, as caffeine triggered sweating for me. I simply observed my body on days when I didn’t consume but not only this, many other symptoms began occurring at the time, constipation, feeling more thirsty than usual, peeing more frequently. All this due to taxing the liver and adrenals, having weak kidney filtration, resulting in systemic acidosis

@Dlavjr do ya take any stimulants regularly?

how's that for a paradox... Take some psychedelics, but be prepared to get hit by that bus breathe and know it's just the mind -

Cool does it cost anything? -
practice self observation and reflection, notice when you're judging yourself and others. The key is to begin objectively seeing who you are showing up as, what your mindset and underlying fears and desires may be, as well as, notice triggers that cause a more constricted/self-serving pattern of interaction/communication socializing is definitely a skill so keep it up, i think it starts with self love

Consider your situation to be your current challenge, there’s nothing to do, be there fully, remain open for the next opportunity that presents itself, stay aligned and you will open doors you could never have imagined

@Leo Gura point of this thread? it seems like just an announcement....probably worth locking as you like to do. Be careful this could bring about a group of people who call themselves "the unbannables" but personally i'd like to put together a group and call them "the expandables"

@LfcCharlie4 I checked out Goji's channel, basically kept watching the other day until i no longer felt bias Plus there is a lot of good information he shares, but it became clear he doesn't understand how regenerative detox actually works (most dont), someone pointed that out in the comment section of a related video of his. Personally, ever sense i learned about breatharianism, it seemed like a total mindfuck to figure out how it could actually be possible, that is, until i learned about regenerative detoxification and the body's ability to adapt to change. Robert Morse is the best for this even though he tends to work mostly with the most extreme cases of sickness and "disease". He still breaks down how the body goes through the process on the right diet and explains the root cause/ how's and why's for all the diseases western medicine has invented. To truly understand health from the physical level is very powerful because there's no more living in fear, taking preventative measures by adding more and more supplements or prescriptions to your diet/lifestyle. It's all just basic physics and chemistry, correctly understanding how the great lymphatic (sewer) system works and learning what the various glands do, impact one another and our health. -
Hmm sure and self inquire. I’d ask why, why do i meditate

@Ya know attraction is definitely not as black and white as people make it out to be....I wouldn’t get caught up in the labels, try exploring what exactly it is you have attraction for and why. “how do you know” says Ya know Then Leo talks about being “fully straight” attraction is an unconscious limitation Your identity is self created and attraction arises from this, no clear self identity can equate to uncertain attraction as well Get to the root of who you are, address the voids and vulnerability

@Anna1 hey there ? You are appreciated/respected for nothing other than being you. You don’t have to play authority, whether you’re a mod or not, and it’s okay to be afraid of all the inevitable evil that shows up here; please always be open to play student and teacher. The True Self seeks your power, give it up, let love in and continue the expansion ?

this gets crazy deep...feel for you fam, sounds like my struggles. We can never escape ourselves, the illusion of separation is ours If we are only ever in relationship with ourselves how might this change our thoughts and feelings about others? How to cultivate self trust, safety and love without any need for validation? what do others give you you are unwilling to give yourself? How to let go of playing a victim? (To stop giving energy to fear based thinking) the give/take energy/power dynamic is interesting to observe without judgment. This is the cause of toxic relationships imo, losing a part of ourself we find someone willing to be/show up as that aspect. Resentment and everything else builds and is eventually projected onto another, as it becomes clear a dog chasing its tail dynamic is in play and if we change or opt out, the tides change and everything is lost

what a brilliant food combining guide this is to reflect on when transitioning, meal planning etc this can save years of digestion issues and misunderstandings about how the body reacts to specific foods and food combinations -

@King Merk you might find this interview interesting -
@TrynaBeTurquoisegood point it's not kobe the person people loved, it's the passion he brought to the game, to his craft and profession. It's a typical intellectual's write off or bias, justifiable but also shruggable

but i see with my 3rd eye.... thanks for pointing that out, i am lazy enough to create my own meaning for (g)odhead
-
@Leo Gura I was talking about his energy (the creativity) on the court...he's often either hated or loved, like jesus
-
Can you feel it? that energy? insanity, a miracle worker on the court, what a godhead for basketball <3
-
Hmm interesting. I find that whenever I eat it brings out the sexual drive in me, definitely any meat. If I’m not eating, I’m like asexual, or perhaps bi, quite strange. Perhaps it has to do with the detox process but I suspect it’s because the sexual energy goes upward
