Interesting enough, I’d like to add, poor diet, intensive training, and high stress levels will cause inflammation, creating continuous muscle tightness. Eating less, consuming more alkaline food and a morning stretch + strength routine would surely help achieve your goals.

Skip break-fast, eat primarily fresh fruits and veggies for lunch. Give this a try for a few days and see how you feel ? personally I’ll either skip breakfast, consume fresh fruit or juice intermittent fasting for a longer period should boost your energy, no doubt usually it’s digesting certain types of foods zapping our energy, also there’s adrenal weakness which is sometimes exposed whenever cutting out the stimulating foods (animal proteins, caffeine etc) for extended periods of time consider replacing breakfast with another activity like breathwork yoga exercise etc

Were you working under this modality of understanding health and the condition where all disease has only one cause? Did you work with a specialist? There’s some great herbal formulas and iridology is helpful for learning what areas and organs may need herbal support

Looking for a cure is the wrong idea here but reversing “disease” is possible for just about anyone who believes cellular regeneration is possible. Using herbs is a way to speed up the process, but it also depends on how deep one is willing to dig during detox. It’s definitely no quick fix. I imagine you haven’t tried a prolonged detox @Leo Gura ?

@LfcCharlie4 Id probably make the guidance as simple and empowering as possible (not at all by the books). Start with beliefs and make sure there’s a crystal clear image of what the goal (dream board shit), then to start imagining that’s exactly where they are now and how things would be different having attained this new version of themselves. Encourage self empowered, self love based thinking (of total control/freedom and abundance), working with their strengths It’s funny as I contemplated what I’d suggest I saw this teal swan video with the exact focus I always felt awkward helping anyone with weight problems because it’s not something I ever struggled with, but if someone’s serious about changing I’d ask to allow me to join them in their shoes (perspective) and clear out any limitations. I’d be curious to see how a hypnotist could influence a willing person looking to lose weight to transform

This one's definitely interesting! Sounds like it would work. I have some questions and concerns. Diets are good for "managing" certain types of conditions, just like supplements, but to say this is curing of the condition only makes me wonder "for how long"? I am not sure who believes that lowering metabolism equates to longer living but i have heard of several who have reversed hypothyroidism through detoxification. Detoxification focuses on an entirely new modality for health, primarily the terrain theory and a mucus-less free diet allowing for cellular regeneration. I've also met people who are not healthy as a fruitatarian or raw foodie because they did not do a proper detox, which includes cleaning out the bowels and getting the kidneys to filter. I am highly critical of what equates to a healthy diet, like food cravings, mental and emotional cleansing as well. After a healthy detox, and healing of the system, living off one meal a day as a raw vegan or vegan will yield to an abundance of energy and strength. Calories will indeed be a thing of the past and focus will be only on easily digestible fruit sugars for energy, rapid repair and recovery. High vitality is not about lowering metabolic rate, but cleaning the system, the metabolic waste, allowing weaknesses to repair, and consuming primarily mucusless free, leading to a disease free lifestyle

Hmm yeah i am not sure but i'd probably incorporate extensive fasting. I will purchase this book, personally, as I am highly motivated to encourage dog owners to step out of the current modality of health. Detox can take over a year, even for dogs, so im sure it's quite the journey to witness. This will also encourage people to question their own eating choices/behaviors and beliefs as they see the powers of detox and potential for living free of health concerns Vet visits will be as important as going to the dentist for those who understand and practice detoxification, only necessary in emergencies mostly part time self employed, primarily walking, boarding and sitting, also some off leash walking packs, a sort of training exercise for some why was it weird? I recall going to a pet daycare to apply and never went back with the application, im not sure why

aww what a cutie. I've seen some skepticism and stories on the Facebook group but i hear it's very similar to how humans have to adjust or transition into new diets, unique to the individual dog requiring a certain adjustment protocol involving fasting (which is actually very normal for most animals to do naturally). I believe dogs, like other animals, have a species specific diet, but through processed foods and various other treatments, they've gone down the same road as humans so it can take some time to get on track. I recall someone asking about the most organic/cleanest commercial dog food brands and whether that'd be enough for their dogs vitality but the response was no, possibly the main reason being fat content. That's awesome, I dont own a dog but having worked with so many the past few years i encountered some sad situations with great frustration from dogs and their owners going back to the vet time and time again but never reaching high quality health for their dog Just like with humans, medication is not the answer, it's at best, a short term solution

It's not exactly hard to find the benefits, always in plain sight when doing research, however, knowing what questions to ask and analyze the potential risks/dangers is another story for most in my opinion. Realizing what knowledge we are already armed with and knowing it's not always obvious to question agendas, so this questionnaire definitely has an agenda for exposing the risks and questioning the motives, triggering for some (like joining an antivaxxer website) but it's a perspective worth considering before throwing out information. @TrynaBeTurquoise shared on Instagram? yup, seems suspect (kidding, wow it's interesting)

@remember Did your autoimmune go away and has it returned? How was the benefits of the vaccine you got for it? I feel it is scary to hear vaccinations can lead to immuno-suppression and mutation. I feel like beliefs hold most people back from doing a deep dive into the dangers of vaccines. I've been relying more on trust and intuition but have seen a questionnaire to research and fill out for anyone who's questioning the scientific evidence behind the anti vax movement At an individual level it's pretty easy to establish direct correlations. We still don't understand the cause of most diseases today, how could we even imagine making a link to a contributing factor to toxemia the false reporting techniques used have already been massively criticized, unfortunately tweaking death records is nothing new for the industry. Read a nice frightening truth article about this not too long ago. We don't need to disregard anything, but it only makes sense to be given the potential side effects for any given vaccine. There is evidence out there to support the anti vaxxer movement and this should definitely be considered, even other versions for the history of vaccines and how much they may not have been a contributing factor to the end of outbreaks. Perhaps so, It's interesting, i don't hate on antibiotics and during emergency situations modern medicine/technology is our godsend. I just fear perhaps it has arrived at a great cost, supporting our further division with nature, sustainable living and unity as a species Yes true but if modern medicine still views pathogens and virus's to be the primary cause for disease rather than a result of toxic conditions in the terrain compromising immunity then i think the problem is in not questioning simply do to the presumed history

@LfcCharlie4 try doing nothing, how hard might that be also you gotten into body weight workouts? Short intense training is excellent, burpees, squats and some of the routines athlean x shares are pretty awesome for no equipment training. Also consider looking into yoga, using this time to get into body/breath connection in movement while working on flexibility? Yoga with an amazing teacher what id consider to be a catalyst for meditation and putting the mind in its place, maybe Kriya? Also I find that simply doing any activities that create high vibes is the way to go for moving energy or boosting immune system, whether that’s dancing, singing, cooking, walking, or being creative. Staying highly in tune with the body is such a gift, something to cherish in every moment if you ask me. You may find that not only will your health improve but even those around you may benefit from that energy Like wim hof, we should all welcome the virus because it manifests to help us grow no matter what it may appear to do, sickness is a blessing in disguise. Sometimes it’s exactly what must occur to knock some sense into those who live in resistance and feel paralyzed to make change

Haha nice try, and I think you’re right: Health conditions are expected to get worse as weaknesses are exposed according to detoxification experts. During detox I’ve had old injuries return temporarily. It’s very helpful to get an iridology reading and to use herbs to support the system and organs of elimination while fasting. Also not a good idea to dry fast without being properly hydrated on a cellular level. Fresh fruit and juices is the best way for this imo. Ive never done extended dry fasting but with a high alkaline diet of primarily fruit or at least very clean, I easily go an entire 24 hours without a dry mouth or even feeling thirsty or hungry This doesn’t make sense lol or you’re a practicing breatharian? Deep breathing and meditation in nature can definitely help support a shift into pranic (living) energy intake and feeling highly connected with experience. One must fall soo deeply in love with eating to sustain a life without. They say the counterintuitive way of attaining food freedom is taking your eating to a whole new level, fully conscious “professional eater will break the deep bonds reinforced throughout a life time. Without food, we are forced to face all demons, hidden away beliefs and lies we tell ourselves on the daily and take full responsibility for everything, mainly our feelings ?
