fuck the proteins it's the amino acids you need, you can get these from fruits. If you try to build muscle maybe take in some greens, use smoothies, nutz etc, protein is an overrated disservice to the body. They say mother's milk has maybe 5% protein? Also don't go vegan, go vegetarian (if anything), simply know what it is you are putting into the body. I don't claim any superior diet, but i encourage compassion and knowing yourself. There's so much vegan around these days, it's a lie to say jumping on that train will equal a healthy lifestyle. The key is really learning to understand how the body works. We are powerful beyond measure.

Also start off with some lying down meditation in the positions you aren't privy sleeping in Usually if there's a night i feel like sleeping on my stomach, it's only just to start and i will move around eventually, i don't judge, my sleep is good I am not concerned with sleep, i allow for relaxation. if i am meditating all night, that's fine, sometimes i will have foods that will not allow me to sleep at all, so i am completely fine becoming relaxed. Soothing music can do the trick, healing chakra beats etc. The body knows what it wants/needs, it's our opportunity to figure out how best to serve
