  1. How to increase Consciousness Level of your mind ) I'm practicing with Meditation Stage-1,,, but are there another things which I can add to my daily ongoing life.
  2. observing thoughts during meditation-IM doing that OK(17days regularly)..... but during daytime Normally I get carried away by my Negatives and caught up..., Why is it so.....?

  4. I recommend contacting with your physician so he can prescribe you with some medicine and meanwhile you can try Meditation and some Yoga...They are really powerful.

  6. I have problem of negative thinking and then getting anxiety with it... So lately Im working hard on myself and practising Meditation daily its my 16 th day and Today after meditating I felt very anxious and sad... of all that anxiety emotions... What are they and why?
  7. I realized that I need to Self-Actualize in my life.. I am working hard on it... One thing I need to ask How. Much potential do I need to get Most of it... I’m caught up in Freaky thoughts sometimes and anxiety... and What is Spiral dynamics??? How much do I need to work on myself.... I have to study too sidewise... cuz IM a medical student.. so i meed help.

  9. @Nahm I wanted to ask you something cuz I know you will provide me with best answer... Even though I believe in that I’m thinking wrong thought so why i do after some time I start focusing on them again and off track.
  10. @denydritz yes Right... I don’t know why I keep fearing of my negative thoughts although I know they are just tricking me up and then I feel sad with them.
  11. @Nahm thanks i love how you explained... I inside knows IM thinking wrong and something that I stupid... So I dig to find more why did my brain did that... A stupid habit... Its over 1 and a half year.. that is why I feel a sad..
  12. @Nahm Actually IM in a university... I live in a Dormitory so 2 years back I used to had problems with my two room mates... I get disturbed by them and I used to study a lot I mean I am a Type A personality person.. so those times I didn’t get enough sleep, my roommates always keep me down... then soon I had my eye treatment where I felt a little worried.. I worried about my health a lot even though I was fine.... As you know I studied psychiatric subject so During those times I started fearing.. after that I changed my roommates and what I got was another roommate who used to be a depressive and very narrow minded... after that I changed with one of my senior and Now I have no problem.. but during those time till now I start doubting things.. everything I would associate a Negative aspect with things.. and then feel worried for doing that... I’m a intelligent student... I want to put my all in studying but these days I’m serious about improving myself so going on with meditation habit and watching Leo video and gaining more and more about myself sometimes I will be Good and sometimes soon will pop and Think like J told you in previous message and feel sad for doing that.
  13. @Nahm why do I think negative always I think Like only one thing and that is- “Oh Am I really Living in my real life” and after that I think this I hate myself for thinking such and then would worry like why I would think like this and the emotions seems to be real.

  15. @pluto I respect your experience with life... I’m just making comments regard to what i know... Fluoxetine is safest of all... Tricyclics are bad I can say... Overall Fluoxetine is Good If somebody wants to get good along with his self work and can leave taking after some time... I’m not arguing.

  17. Hie people I’m mediating from last 15 days cuz I feel like Im self aware and less conscious... and sometimes gets tied up in freaky thoughts... How much time Do I need jist to become more aware ??? ?? It feels like I need more and more time

  19. I had negative thinking problem for over 1 and a half year.. I try my best to get rid of them... I just have a bad habit of thinking something negatively like most of the time I think “ Oh Really Am I in my real life and somewhat like that” and than feel sad that why i thought like this... when i feel motivated and happy and forget all... immediately I recall myself to make me sure that Im not thinking negative again and soon after some time I start thinking negatively like this and feel sad.... when I was with my gf I forgot all these problems I had and after breakup I started to think like that again.. sometimes IM good... and its 10 days I have started to do meditation ..... Any helps??? I was OK 2 years back but I had problems with my roomamtes As I live in a Dormitory.. I dont use to get enough sleep.. my roommates use to put me down everytime... gone through hard time... so It was the time I started to build up these negative thinking habit and get worried of what I think... Oh is that really real what IM thinking... Even thought iM the most intelligent guy of my class and IM a medical student.
  20. I automatically will try to think like — What if I’m not in my real life... I know it sounds crazy... But I know Im thinking it wrong... I don’t know and when It comes to my mind I feel anxious and it feels kinda real.. I feel sad then
  21. I had issues with my roommates 1 year back and that time I went through a low wuality life not used to get enough sleep and emotional disturbance... I was In Anxiety and tend to worry about little things as I used to have a Psychiatric subject too so I was in touch with all the Psychiatric knowledge and patients... So Once When I was going through anxiety and thought That what If i think Like “Am I in my real life.. do Things really happen with me like Good” thought like this... and became upset thag why I thought like this and since then Whenever I get upset I think about it and face Anxiety.
  22. I know I’m good at studying but I don’t know why I keep on recalling those thoughts “Am I. In my real life” that make me feel worse ?? otherwise I dont have any other problem... Thanks Charlotte
