  2. I have a habit of always Arguing if someone disapproves me, I want to know why!? And also I will argue over things which are against truth... such as my mother will make a comment about my knowledge For medicine... and I will continue arguing with her until she approves my advice... and sometimes I feel frustated and rejected while I’m arguing... why do i argue with everyone.... when i feel someone don’t follow what I say ..... I DONT WANT MYSELF TO LOOSE THE BATTLE.l at any cost

  8. I’m struggling hard with my negative self talks... I don’t know why I don’t get aware that IM doing that which affect my studies... I know that I’m thinking wrong things... but I would dive and get caught up by them... I feel helpless...
  9. I’m facing a particular feeling type from a year and I’m trying to find a category for naming that emotion or feeling... But i fail to name or categorise my feeling type... I need help !!

  11. I sometimes get stuck thinking why would I think that wrong which is just nothing and that just builds up anxiety and How to just move forward when my Conscious mind itself knows that the thought is itself false and just my Mind fucking with me...THANKS
  12. Summer vacactons and I’m back to my home..from another countey after a long. Its my 2nd day at home. I feel frustrated and sometimes yells at my mother cuz Sometimes I think she always itritates me for no reason... I’m also getting relapses of my previous gf as I dumped her cuz She was so cheap I think and I dont trust her... I was very happy on the day I was coming home but now At my Home I have started remembering previous things happened to me and all those shit.. Please help me... I want to change this thing...I want to study and devote my all time studying... I don’t know what I keep thinking in my mind... my previous times when I was down and hurt.
  13. I have a bad habbit I think.... Whenever I feel energy low or stressed or my eyes a little irritating or heavy..I start to think inside my mind that there is something wrong with me or my mind... and that make me feel depressed...This happens everytime with me.. I want to correct it... Any Helps
  14. Its over 15 days and the last 2 days IM feeling very nervous observing my thoughts... They feel like real to me therefore I get sad after completing Meditation....
  15. @SoonHei I want to know why do I doubt things..... !!! Doubt my real life... why.... I have interest in psychiatric feild so I study those things a much and there are many crazy things to study...! Do you thing maybe it may be impacting my mind... Like I will ask myself in mind—- What if I’m not in my real life experience?? just want to make this doubt Clear in MIND that puzzles me.

  18. @Rinne I constantly think like “Why do bad things happen to me” And “I dont think I’m in my real life, My real life was not so stressful” and also think sometimes negative and doubt myself why would that happen..... i cant believe why would that happen
  19. @Solace thank You I would practise the first method that would be easier focusing on breath.... so what about the meditation stages leo told From stage 1 to stage 4.... How much time do I need to practise the breathing meditation so that I can move to Leo’s meditation of second stage.

Even though one point in a Day I assure myself that these are thoughts that are causing suffering and aafter sometime My mind immediately comes up with a thought questioning what if they are real, so I get confused,,, WHY IS IT SO and how to defend that?   21. @molosku during day time I keep thinking why is it hard why do I stick to negative thoughts, I keep doubting about my moving forward in Life....even though IM aware that my thinking pattern is wrong!!!
