  1. What do you mean by securing a good rebirth? Do you mean my next incarnation would be nice? Unfortunately it is a slippery topic because I can't check if reincarnation true empyrically. I really wonder of what you talked about Jnana. I am meditating for 3 years and it seems I've lost some big chunk of a Joy puzzle!
  2. stretching. For abdomen and neck, upper dog and cobra pose are very good. General exercising improves your everyday baseline of relaxation. The important rule is that muscles better relax when you tense them and then stretch or tense and intentionally relax
  3. Not yet, but I would like to learn an Angamardana, Surya Kriya and Shoonya
  4. Yesterday evening I was sitting still in my room looking at rainy outdoor. I felt amazing. I felt too nice. And I identified this urge to relapse by masturbating. It is so hard to keep yourself in high-energy state. Life is too intense to tolerate it. It is much easier to remain in zombie-like lethargic state after masturbation. I have a lot of changes in my life: I am doing super-energizing Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya meditation, eating much healthier - almost just greens and fruits, I am doing foam roller massage for my legs - I feel much more relaxed now. Also today I looked at my old unfinished 3d modeling project (see attachment): it was amazing! Unfortunately I didn't have enough computing power to render it well so I've dropped it. But it gave me an idea: "Hey man, you have lot of creative potential. You just don't know how to control your mind" So because I am not master of my mind It hurts me in the form of depression. As I received the kick of inspiration because of this insight I started to notice tension is acumulating in my calf and thigh - the area I am working on with massage. So another lesson: I don't know how direct my energy so it blocks in the body and creates disease. In order to prevent disease my body tries to release this energy. And guess how? It's nice that I have loose schedule on the current job (cannabis farm) so I can take time and sit and observe the feelings. Because if there would be no time room I would go into unconscious reaction to feelings and relapse. So I was observing the feelings and did not relapse. But still there is more to unaddict yourself than just few times not doing it. Thats the story! Hope these insights would be helpful to someone!

  6. @OmAhHungVajraGuru one can do shankha prakshalana or other gut flush before fasting. Shankha prakshalana flushes everything from bacteria to waste matter
  7. @Medhansh yeah, my girlfriend had also told me that and you've reminded. Yeasts in stomach emit some acid or so... Shambhavi is highly energetic. You feel like you have a psychological, emotional, energetical skeleton. I would name the feeling "impenetrable". It improves mental peace a lot, however if you think a lot during meditation it kinda energizes your thoughts and you think even more but still you are "impenetrable". It is a lot easier to not do PMO activity and overeat. It works cumulatively so one sessions doesn't change much but if you do it for 40 days twice a day it is really powerful
  8. In the upmentioned topic, there's a link to the article where the guy debunks zeolite industry. https://www.naturalnews.com/051805_zeolite_myths_heavy_metals_removal_daily_detox.html I've read of wonders that zeolite does but this post makes me think twice... For example this article gives you a big promise: https://www.oneorganichealth.com.au/Total_Body_Detox ...however, that isn't an independent source so how could I trust it Even @Leo Gura had written about the benefits of zeolite in topics on DMSA. How do I even check (more question about epistemology) whether his methodology is legit? I am not a chemist and it would take me a couple of od days just to recall chemistry basics. Besides: I also feel that my introspection skill is weak - how would I develop it? There is so much overwhelming information on the internet. I would be grateful for some hints. Thanks
  9. @Gregp The last post makes me think "How do you check if somebody's claim is true?". I've read few articles about the benefits of zeolite and it seems everything is fine. For example in this article where a guy is debunking a zeolite industry, how do you check if his method of an experiment is legit? I would probably need to sit few days in order to have basic chemistry knowledge before I can come close to analyzing his methodology.
  10. In my experience I feel bad in the morning if I ate before bed. Think - your digestive system is off during sleep so food is not digesting properly and gets spoiled which leads to intoxication.
  11. I've had a chance but I've choosen to do Temazcal instead
  12. Do you also claim that bacopa in cellulose capsules is also contaminated?
  13. How about 40-days fasting? Don't you think it is capable of removing heavy metals from your body? It cleanses your body quite deeply. As I know they fast 20 days and then take some teas with special herbs.
  14. What are their main benefits?
  15. In my case instead of focusing of not eating sugar I focused to add lot of green vegetables. I've started to read "150 healthiest foods on earth" from Leo's booklist. Also Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya meditation by Sadhguru helped me to develop energetic skeleton so I less influenced by any external thing: pleasure and pain ar e not that important
  16. Flax seeds contain ALA omega3 fatty acid but does not contain EPA and DHA
  17. Wow, very useful information dude. I will try for sure!
  18. I plan to do a detox by ingesting 80ml of castor oil As I know it contains poisonous substance called ricin. If consumed in big quantities it may cause death or intoxication. I wonder if this substance is needed for detox (I suppose it enhances laxative effect). Some sources say that ricin is left in the seeds during the extraction of oil and oil don't contain it. Other sources say that ricin is deactivated while using high-temperature extraction methods. Does anybody knows: Should I ingest oil with ricin or ricin-free oil? Is cold-pressed oil ricin-free? Should I prefer not cold-pressed? Thank you for your response
  19. I use them for about a year. I've tried to measure the water EC (electroconductivity - the more particles are dissolved in water the better it passes the electrical current) and it is 850 uS/cm after 12hour filtration comparing to 1150 uS/cm. What I've read about the coal is that you could tolerate drinking water after 1 hour of time and best filtration after 12 hours Tap water filtered with those sticks is tastier than boiled tap water. I think I also should've been researching deeper about that.
  20. I have a goal to cure my joints so they don't crunch during everyday life and workout. I don't want to stop on that - I want to master my body through yoga, pranayama, and calisthenics. In order to do that I need to find a reliable source - some author that has a deep understanding of the human body - and start doing his exercises. Currently, I consider this guy (Russian), his knowledge is quite comprehensive so I will stick with his methods, and if you have similar teachers I would appreciate a link to the source. Also, I have muscle stiffness, tension, and cramps, sometimes I can't sleep because of it. Currently doing MFR (myofascial release) - helps a lot. I have bad gut health. I often feel dryness and 'rust' on the walls of my stomach and intestines and it makes an irritating emotional background throughout my day. I suppose to do a castor oil flush this week. My girlfriend is an expert in detox so she gave me this method. To obtain joint health I will do a lot of detoxes: Shankha-Prakshalana (brine yogic intestine flush), 10-days juice fasting, 30-days anti-parasite herbs detox - my girlfriend said I have a problem with joints because of salts, substances emitted by parasites. She healed her grade II arthrosis by detoxes so I think she is trustworthy What is holding me back? My "hurry" mental state doesn't allow me to introspect deeply into the topic of health. I rush through the article trying to find a solution and don't go deep to the core of the issue. I want to but it just "rushes" by itself. My health journey for the last 3 years was eating a lot of junk food, playing video games 16 hours a day, masturbating a lot. In the last 2 months I've improved a lot: eating a lot of vegs, greens, and fruits, masturbating much less (big thanks to Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya and Sadhguru), and don't play video games for half of the year. I've recently found a girlfriend that is very successful and she is just 19 (I am 20). She earns a bunch of money, bought herself a scooter, she goes to detox, yoga, and meditation retreats (not cheap ones) regularly. I was jealous of her but now I see it's because of her state of mind that she had achieved such success at her age. So I think contaminated organism is the bottleneck of my development right now. Thank you for your attention
  21. Over the last 3 years I was engaged in compulsive activities: playing video games 16 hours per day, eating a lot of junk food, masturbating a lot, having a bad day regimen (going to bed late and waking up late). Sometimes I was sitting all day in front of the computer and then without good warm-up was running on a rugged terrain which destroyed my knees. Also, I have problems with other joints and they are crunching when I workout. I feel there is friction in them and like some "ledges" of one bone are rubbing onto another one. 50% of my current depression, I feel, is due to muscle tension, especially in the neck, and calf muscles (I can't sometimes sleep in the night). Whenever I have some inspiration or euphoria I tense up and my artistic process gets blocked. Currently, I'm doing MFR (myofascial release) and it gives me significant improvement - I am more relaxed and my mood is better. I also feel more observing my thoughts rather than identifying with them, because I am more relaxed and the negative emotions that accompany the thought process are weaker. Another 50% are because of feelings in my gut. I feel dryness and "rust" on the stomach-intestine walls and it makes me nervous, brings a "hurry" state, and because of it, I can't exercise more than 1,5 hours long because I can't endure without water. I am doing castor oil intestine flush this week, so it may improve the condition. I also suppose to do some Shankha-Prakshalana and herbs detox, and juice fasting for 10 days later. 2 months ago I've changed my diet a lot: almost no diary, lot of greens, vegs, and fruits (150 healthiest foods on earth), no wheat, no sugar, less salt - I feel much better. The health of my joints is disturbing and it prevents me from doing hard physical exercises. For example, while doing a push-up I sometimes get a sudden strike in my elbow (like somebody injected a needle in my joint). Joint and gut health is my priority now. I don't want to stop on just curing my joints but also go beyond and work out on every corner of my body. I want to make my muscles and joints strong though flexible. I think the yogic perspective is more conscious, I feel aversion to bodybuilding because it is just for packing as much mass as you can. Even if I would be about building a beautiful body, I would be into some exercises and practices that rely on a deep understanding of the human body (not just pumping a lot of mass on a bench). Can you guys give me some hint in which direction should I move to restore my joints and furthermore mastering every corner of my body? I search for roadmap towards body mastery. Thanx
  22. Do they accept volunteers during pandemics? Should you just complete the Inner Engineering Course or you also should complete Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya 2 times per day 40 days mandala in order to become a volunteer? Meanwhile, is it possible to fly India in the nearest time - I've read that you cannot travel by tourist visa
  23. @Chi_ 3 hours a day is very good! I thought I would scarcely have 2 hours. Thanks for the information. Does dormitory environment mean 3 people in the room? I suppose they have some silent cozy place aka library?
  24. That is how. I don't say it is much more interesting than spirituality
  25. No, it is actually much brighter than the ashram. Sometimes I couldn't sleep because I'm so inspired so I wake up and do 3d till 03 AM Yeah, my girlfriend suggested me to move to Mexico. I will consider it, because even with my current skills I could easily make 600$ dollars and rent a much more moderate apartment than you do and have even money to spare. What else low-cost areas do you everyone know? Goa for sure. Maybe someone shares their experience in living in cheap countries? I tried to do Uber courier delivery by bicycle and it was ok. However only if you are not renting an apartment/room.
