no... no skill really there is no method to bring about the understanding sure you can do various exercises/teachings etc which can get you closer and closer or as leo would say, try some pysedellecs and let them do the talking but just like with this image: there is no "skill " that is needed to see the old vs young woman. the shift just happens when it does... ergo... the pathless path

@ivankiss keep in mind when we are talking about the "illusion" of something it means the part which is the illusion is also true. it is all relative and so is the movement a simple example being that if you are standing on the side of the road and watch your friend drive in a car infront of you, you will see that you are still and he is moving and from his POV, he is still and you are moving just like that, from the POV of the moon, you are moving though you are standing still on earth same with reality it's the POV which dictates the movement vs stillness or free will vs determinism all these are opposites and they are both always there in unity as the absolute from the absolute POV there is neither movement nor stillness there are no distinctions there are no illusions there just is isness and isn'tness there is nothing and everything

What's the ultimate message in a way? Think of an author when they are thinking up a world in their head... JK Rowling for example... Each character has a background, a story. The world, the Construct of it, the details of harrys home. Hogwarts everything It is thought up in her head The entire world of Harry Potter exists in her head JK Rowling - though tells the story from the POV of Harry mostly... Isn't Harry Potter herself She is everyone and everything ! The substance of the entire harry Potter world is jk Rowling's thoughts/brain To Jk Rowling, all are her creation and she loves every single one of her characters equally She loves Voldemort as much as Harry Bellatrix as much as Hermione She gave brith to each of these characters Now to get an idea of the direct picture of Reality Replace Harry Potter with yourself And jk Rowling with God Also, thats why no good/evil from god perspective It's all a Construct/story God loves the murdered and the murderer equally I am telling you THIS is what is being pointed to! Don't attempt to argue or justify or get this rationally because you cannot. You trying to get this would be like harry Potter trying to understand JK Rowling... Not possible you see So what is being implied that you are the thinker of this entire visual field around you including the POV from which you are seeing right now from your personal body/mind God has access to all infinite characters all at once - thats the difference between the example of jk Rowling vs God God is infinite awareness being able to have infinite POV simultaneously and be the whole thing Row row row your boat, gently down the stream... Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily Life is but a dream

the construct of Reality is that a single infinite consciousness both in power/intelligence is thinking this reality into being each passing "moment" it's like when an author of a novel thinks up and conjures up an entire world with various characters - each with their own background, trait, life the hero and the villains - the author loves them all, without bound that's God's view of our world/reality the rapist is loved equally as a saint/child it's all a live-action play, playing out in God's infinite MIND but God himself is all the characters - or rather, the characters are made out of God's awareness. God cannot be pointed to as one thing, the entire construct is God's infinite thought and God is just a word used to call that one single being in existence but God seems appropriate with the common meaning associated with this word but BOY is it mis-understood

when asking the question who am I? or who ultimately is hearing these thoughts or sounds? the answer to these is also heard/seen and then a question about those answers is heard/seen and the answer to these questions is heard/seen and so on... no fruit in this process rather stop and drop all questions/answers and just BE but that "ok, now i will just sit still and just BE" is also heard/seen how do i end this trap? or just BE and not be "doing it" and just aware of it from the place where all is heard/seen maybe asking the "how to" on this is not a good idea because by asking how, i am expecting an answer which will itself be seen/heard is it fair to say that just to sit still with this understanding until it finally just CLICKS on it's own?

@Inliytened1 epic also. i am noticing how the ego feels that it will have this great moment of realization and all and in this expectation in the future - it asks more questions like i am about to do here but the dropping on the knees to say OMFG OMFG... that is the ENTIRE REALITY/CONSIOUNESS Expressing the realization thru the body/mind in that moment - correct?

@Tistepiste keep this in mind this "ego" becomes a thing once you come to know it just like "gravity" is now a thing vs 2000 years ago... gravity was still there but without its label what if someone does not know the concept of an ego... does that person still need to get rid of it? as a checklist on the way to enlightenment? getting rid of all concepts is what's required... ego is ONE of the concepts and getting rid of all concepts is what's required <- is also a concept <- is also a concept <- is also a concept .... ALL JUST IS

WHAT I AM IS ALWAYS HERE AND NOW IS ALWAYS WATCHING WOAH THIS WAS A NICE ONE TO FINALLY GRASP DEEPLY I FIND THAT AFTER HAVING THESE INSIGHTS MYSELF AND FINALLY UNDERSTANDING WHAT WAS BEING SAID I AM ABLE TO ARTICULATE IT BETTER FOR MYSELF CONCEPTUALLY TO UNDERSTAND IT when it is said truth / happiness will be found NOW... not at a later time in the "future" (because the "future" occurs in the NOW also) now that can be equated to watching the TV and then saying I will realize in the future or after a couple of hours that the TV screen is on... THE TV SCREEN IS/WAS ALWAYS ON! It's not like that it wasn't ON when the movie/show you are watching began and then out of no-where in the middle or end of the movie the TV SCREEN turns on. THE TV SCREEN JUST ALWAYS IS - ETERNALLY!

Yao Take this in for a sec Really try to get this - intellectually at least Your entire experience (centered from your point of view) in a dream "appears/happens" to you... The you which is sleeping on the bed and not in the world of that dream in any way at all That entire experience, if it can be called an object is ONE It is one experience - the you in the dream from which the Point of View is based on is not separate from the dream world You and the dream world are ONE OBJECT appearing/happening to your (dreamer's) awareness. That's how this current state is. It's all ONE now where is the dreamer who it is happening to? It is NOBODY/NOTHING it just is... Yet something sees and is aware of it. You are THAT. That blank empty nothingness which watches/sees/is All.

@Yousef yup. That's exactly it. You need to have a realization that sorts pulls you out of this and the thought loops Become aware that there are thought loops happening. Why questions based on the content can be answered relatively... Why should you not jump off the bridge... Because you will break your leg... But you can ask why to that And then again to that And so on... All concepts... But also not. Keep it going. Not like you're choosing to anyways. All this is a natural unfolding... God's Will/Plan/No-Plan

now we are talking also notice again there is another "why" question you asked... why/how questions will not give you the flavor/sound/sense TRUTH TRUTH just is. without the need for why/how. why/how exist as pieces/parts of the TRUTH
