I am in love with Jordan Peterson. But I understand what Leo is trying to say. Jordan Peterson's work is all based within illusion. And Leo is trying to pull us out of illusion. Jordan Peterson is like a delicious illusion. His illusions taste really good. haha And when Leo speaks about Peterson, it feels like taking candy from a baby to many people. Because many of Jordan's lectures taste really sweet. Jordan is a Bodhisattva. He is well aware of stage turquoise but feels "responsible" haha for humanity, which delays his growth. And it also makes him annoying to people on the spiritual path, because they can see "Jordan Peterson knows what's up" but he won't cross the bridge. He is choosing to stay on the side of illusion because he believes it is most beneficial to humanity.

But that's what death is though. The cool thing about being alive is that you are bound by something. It's kind of like Leo's video from last week... if you weren't different, you wouldn't exist. Difference is existence. And to be different, is to have limitations.

Don't judge and it will be easy to love others. The problem on the spiritual path is judgement. Also , ask yourself "what do I need from this person?". Are you trying to fulfill a need of loneliness or boredom through them? That's a trap. If you don't need anything from them, they will be easy to talk to , no matter how frivolous their path seems.

You are taking life too seriously. Watch TV, go out dancing, etc. and chill.

This. Having an enemy is the worst enemy.

Same here. I recommend Vernon Howard's book "1500 Ways to Escape the Human Jungle". I have been eating that book up lately and it has been exposing all of my shit.

I second this. Sure! You can move to a place that is completely surrounded by nature. But in every city, there are always parks and nearby places where you can hide out in nature. I would highly recommend spending time in nature right now. Go today, even. Look at google maps and look at where you see greenery around you. You might discover a ton of new places near your hometown! I am saying this because we often dream about living in "other magical places" and don't discover the magic in our hometowns. And we miss out a lot when we do this.

I love the archetype of Peter Pan. From certain angles, it really helps explain the human psyche.

Just watched Moana. This scene.

Shadow work gives you a healthy ego. Zen devils are people who can access the void, but don't do shadow work.

"Beating yourself up" is what we are taught to do from culture. We live in a society of reward and punishment since we went to school. You are not alone.

This is huge progress. Keep noticing when you become unconscious. Keep noticing over and over and over and over and over and over again. You will keep being called back to duality. And then you snap out of it. And then you get called back into duality And then you snap out of it. But each time, the pull back into duality gets weaker. The more you do this work - the more shadows will be revealed. There are many shadows within the human psyche that we don't want to see. Many of them, I still refuse to look at. Because they are shadows of our ancestors that I don't want to uncover.

If you are conditioned to jump every time a dog barks, enlightenment won't stop you from jumping. However; self development will stop you from jumping. Self development changes the conditioning. Enlightenment changes the story around the conditioning.

Are you interested in the book? Or do you think you "should" be interested in the book?

The desire for oneness can sometimes look like "sin". When the drive "I need you to love me" doesn't get fulfilled, it may turn into suicide, murder, rape, power, control, and manipulation. People feeling unloved is dangerous. -
All of them? Personally, I think I fall into purple, red, blue, orange, green, yellow and turquoise. There are times when I get stuck in the tribe Times when I break rules Times when I am dogmatic Times when I am materialistic I am a complete hippie. Times when I am extremely open minded and can analyze complex systems And times when grace pushes me through the illusion

This video is absolutely incredible. Thank you for sharing! His videos on romantic love being a cause of "mindfulness" really gets me thinking. Is romantic love a temporary feeling of enlightenment? Is romantic love when the mind stops seeking? I also enjoyed his viewpoint on disease. I still have a hard time believing that thoughts cause or prevent disease though. I have always hated hearing that. Because I don't ever want to look at a sick person and think they caused it in some way.

I was wrong! I figured out what I was referring to. bo·dhi·satt·va: (in Mahayana Buddhism) a person who is able to reach nirvana but delays doing so out of compassion in order to save suffering beings. I guess I noticed a ton of bodhisattva's.

Think of the lava in Hawaii right now and how it is causing destruction while simultaneously creating new land. This is what shadow work feels like. Trump is like the lava in Hawaii. He is shadow work for the masses.

What is the difference between gratitude and contentment?

These are all great! No one can tell you where to start. You need to listen to your intuition. What feels good to you? The mind is a computer machine. It's not really "evil". You just have programs installed that have "viruses" in them. - I use shadow work to find the viruses - I use self love to heal the viruses against myself - I use metta meditation to heal the viruses in me that attack other people - and then I use non-duality to see that the viruses were all just an illusion. I also recommend the work by Ali - The Perception Trainers for this.

I work in Corporate America and I take my morning and night routine ridiculously serious to prevent myself from falling into the Matrix. This is my morning routine Monday through Friday before work: - wake up early - shower - listen to scientific/philosophical videos for 1 hour - brush teeth - Read spiritual texts for 50 minutes - Read a section of "Radiant Sutras" book and a section of "If It Hurts, It Isn't Love" book. One book is pure non-dual magic and the other book is a slap in the face of the ego. - Put on clothes for the day and make a cup of tea - Meditate for 10 minutes (can't close my eyes for too long in the morning or I fall back asleep) - Mirror work for 30 minutes or Yoga for 30 minutes. (I make a choice depending on how I feel) - Write down my intentions for the day in a yearly "intentions journal", write down what I am grateful for, write down what habits I want to release - Write down my intentions in my "food journal" about how I want my food to look like during the day - Drive to work while listening to a scientific/philosophical podcast on the way - Read a scientific/philosophical book for 20 minutes in my car before entering work - Go into work There is a TON of prep that I do the night before and weekend before - in order to make my morning routine really smooth and chill. The prep work is the most important part sometimes. Like preparing clothes the weekend before. And having your work bag packed up. Or your lunch already prepared the night before. etc. etc.
