I never understand why people on the Layman path go into Enlightenment/Transcendent/Monastic spaces and try to preach to everyone about the goodness of the Layman path. Marriage and Kids are a wonderful and beautiful thing. But people on the Layman path need to stop entering Enlightenment spaces and flooding them with: "But it is bad to let go of all attachments." "You have to participate in society though." "Humans are social creatures" "You should give up non-duality and tend to your humanity" "Having kids and getting married makes you even more evolved than ego transcendence" "You are spiritually bypassing" "In the past, they taught detachment. Now, we need to focus on being aware while remaining attached" "Well you can't meditate all day, you got to go to work and pay bills" "I feel way more fulfilled as a mother than I did when I was pursuing enlightenment" "Nonduality is dangerous and it is better to focus on shadow work instead" There is a section from Autobiography of a Yogi from Paramahansa Yogananda: Ananta took me to their home. The son, a young man of ebullient manner, greeted me in the courtyard. He engaged me in a lengthy philosophic discourse. Professing to have a clairvoyant knowledge of my future, he discountenanced my idea of being a monk. “You will meet continual misfortune, and be unable to find God, if you insist on deserting your ordinary responsibilities! You cannot work out your past karma without worldly experiences.” Immortal words from the Bhagavad Gita rose to my lips in reply: “‘Even he with the worst of karma who ceaselessly meditates on Me quickly loses the effects of his past bad actions. Becoming a high-souled being, he soon attains perennial peace. Know this for certain: the devotee who puts his trust in Me never perishes!’” But the forceful prognostications of the young man had slightly shaken my confidence. With all the fervor of my heart I prayed silently to God: “Please solve my bewilderment and answer me, right here and now, if Thou dost desire me to lead the life of a renunciant or a worldly man!” I noticed a sadhu of noble countenance standing just outside the compound of the pundit’s house. Evidently he had overheard the spirited conversation between the self-styled clairvoyant and me, for the stranger called me to his side. I felt a tremendous power flowing from his calm eyes. “Son, don’t listen to that ignoramus. In response to your prayer, the Lord tells me to assure you that your sole path in this life is that of the renunciant.” With astonishment as well as gratitude, I smiled happily at this decisive message. “Come away from that man!” The “ignoramus” was calling me from the courtyard. My saintly guide raised his hand in blessing and slowly departed. “That sadhu is just as crazy as you are.” It was the hoary-headed pundit who made this charming observation. He and his son were gazing at me lugubriously. “I have heard that he, too, has left his home in a vague search for God.” I turned away. To Ananta I remarked that I would not engage in further discussion with our hosts.

No, you can master your emotions. Actors and actresses can literally cry and get angry on impact. You can also learn how to feel any "blissful" feeling you want, even the state of deep blissful Romantic Love, through Law of Assumption or Neville Goddard techniques. There are many spiritual practices that can activate good feelings and state of feeling HIGH. None of this is enlightenment though. It's just emotional mastery, which is a skill of it's own.

Most speakers mix good teachings in with the bad teachings. You have to decide what your tolerance levels are for corruption. Because most people aren't 100% corrupt. They might just be 97% corrupt. If you want to stay for 3% of goodness, that's your tolerance level. But not everyone is willing to sacrifice their mental health, for that 3% of goodness.

I agree with you. You can release dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins through various activities that aren't spiritually related: - being raised by loving healthy parents - reading a good book - falling in love - getting likes on social media - listening to music - drugs - receiving affirmation, praise, applause, glory, compliments etc. - having sex - spending time with kids - a blissful wedding day - service to others - delicious food - playing with pets - watching a good movie - being privileged or being dealt a good hand in life - getting your dream job - winning a sports game - talking with a close friend - family vacation - exercise - worship service at church And most of it, is actually our thinking...not even an activity itself, that causes these chemicals to be released. It's often HOW we are thinking that generates them. Certain activities generate positive thoughts more naturally. For example, going to a tropical vacation isn't making you happy.....it's your thoughts while you are there, that are making you happy. It's a mental thing that generates happiness. Certain places or people just make it easier to think peaceful and happy thoughts. But the place or person isn't causing the chemicals, they never can or will. Our attachment, addiction and chasing of dopamine/oxytocin/serotonin/endorphins can lead us away from truth. Dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins are not enlightenment, just a byproduct.

Most people are aware that their negative thinking causes distortion in their relationships. But what most people are not aware of, is that positive thinking also causes distortion...but it causes distortion in how we perceive reality itself. Women are using men to enhance their self image. Men are using women to enhance their self image. This is just normal relating. But within doing this, we create a foundation of "We are separate". To hold unto or create a "positive self image" is still a mindset of separation, even though it feels really good and blissful. The "positive self image" grasps and clings and attaches to gain something. It wants to become or be something. There are 2 kinds of Unity. There is the Unity of the shared happy dream. (which is what I think most people want). This is where the Man and the Woman hold positive self concepts for either themselves or each other. In this state, they are often gracious and loving towards each other's shadow and trauma states. But on a mental level, they see distinct self images ..... self concepts.... often positive about each other....and they believe these are real. They think the positive stories and self concepts are actually real. This state of Unity feels like an oxytocin soup of bliss. haha It feels like heaven. But then there is also a deeper Unity where [both] positive and negative self concepts collapse. This is where a lot of the mental differences between Men and Women shatter completely. Romantic Love, as a mental concept, shatters here. Relationships, as a mental concept, shatter here. Marriage, Kids, Sex, etc. might still happen but the mind isn't attaching to an image of self. The barrier and block to reaching this state is usually clinging to "positive self concepts" or specialness. This is not a highly desired state but it's still a state of Unity. It can be argued to be a deeper Unity state because you both collapse into nothing. The actual truth is that Unity, on the level of mind, is already the case. There is nothing to join....because nothing was divided to begin with. The title "Why unity between man and woman will never be possible" implies that division took place. It is implying Unity isn't already here. But division never happened to begin with. There is nothing to connect or join or unify or bring together......because nothing was separated to begin with. On the level of the body, yes, men and women are divided physically. (though certain people debate this as well) But division does not exist on the level of the mind. [There is nothing to unify, because nothing was divided to begin with] is only seen clearly in the 2nd form of Unity. The 1st form of Unity, where you are blissfully Unified with a lover/spouse....but still clinging to self concepts of either a positive or negative variety, won't reveal this.

Women and Men have a lot more in common on the level of the ego-mind than people realize. If you put the mind of a Woman on a mega phone , and blast it for all people to hear, Men would be shocked and appalled to hear the voice of her "ego" and "monkey chatter". Men would be flabbergasted at how similarly neurotic and insane the ego mind of a woman is to men. A lot of the "romanticized" and "metaphorical-poetic" ways we use to describe the feminine and masculine, wouldn't hold up so neatly, when the egoic monkey chatter of a woman's mind is on a mega phone and scrutinized and analyzed by a public audience 24-7. On the level of the body , is where the main difference and division between men and women is. The difference is not so much in the mind unless you go into the poetic/metaphorical/archetypal/romantic realms, which don't hold up so well in close examination...........And fall away from your grip once you let go of both your positive and negative self concepts. Letting go of the negative self concepts, but clinging to the positive self concepts (which is what most people do).....leaves you stuck in the metaphorical/poetic/romantic realms of viewing the feminine and masculine self. This realm is very important place to hang out in and we can't bypass it, because it teaches us a lot about how romantic relationships operate. All conversations around forming "healthy relationships" exist in this realm, so it is important to play around here. But letting go of [both] the negative and the positive self concepts, shows how similar the ego-monkey chatter-machinery is in both genders. Letting go of your positive self concepts, zooms you out to see the machinery from farther away. It is mental telescope from the void. Romantic Relationships, themselves, are dependent on our attachment and identification with our positive-self-concepts. When you start playing around and deconstructing the "positive self concepts" too much, romantic love at it's foundation, begins to crack. Romantic Love is a huge game of attachment to our positive-self-concepts. We get an oxytocin high off of our positive-self-concepts. Deconstruct the positive self concepts (which no one wants to do) and the whole game shatters. And when it shatters, you will see the Unity between both genders on the level of the mind/ego/identity. However; the differences on the level of the body, between men and women, will always be there. That isn't going anywhere. It is no different than a leaf and a branch will never be the exact same thing, though both are part of the same tree.

You might like the book "The Surrender Experiment" by Michael Singer. It is kind of like an autobiography of how when he surrendered, many things just fell into place financially and relationship wise. I think this is what it is, this type of teaching is very new to me. So it seems very advanced. I have been in the Non-Duality, Neville Goddard and Shadow Work circles for a while now. But this "geometry", "fractal", "recursion" and "calibration" stuff is extremely new to me. haha It sounds like robot speech. She also cracks me up when she says stuff like this. haha

Is anyone familiar with Yeshuani's work on Tiktok? I view her as a female version of Leo because her work is a step beyond Non-Duality. She is extremely fierce, non compromising, provides a brand new framework of consciousness and enlightenment. It's the most original work I have seen in a while. She doesn't regurgitate anyone. Although, Youtube is many people's preferred platform, her content on Youtube is not the same content that is on Tiktok. Youtube is mostly Q&A's and I guess crystals? haha While, Tiktok/Instagram are her epiphanies and downloads. It's more advanced information on Tiktok/Instagram. It's very different. I agree with you. Selling spiritual content is okay and necessary for people's survival. But I disagree with [her] approach to money. And I feel like books/system/courses are sometimes gatekeeping wisdom that should be freely shared. I agree with all of you, in some ways. She has certain blocks, like everyone does. And her language can be dumbed down a bit more. But she is creating brand new Maps within the Spiritual field, which I have never seen anyone venture into. And deconstructing people's assumptions of reality but not parroting anyone else's work to do it. So it's quite fascinating to see. I think it is Yesh-who-anne-ee haha

Thank you for bringing that up. I am doing a deep dive now on the Catholic Church, the Vatican, Martin Luther, The Inquisition, Constantine , etc. History definitely repeats itself in ways. Not in the exact same way, but there are parallels. A lot of Christians are watching Political influencers, Podcasters, and Conspiracy theorists in replacement of church. haha Yeah, or they might have not voted at all. Or would be apolitical.

I am not sure if someone already posted this video. But this is one of the best videos on "Christian Nationalism" or "Political Christianity" I have seen. Kristi Burke is an Atheist and understands the Bible more thoroughly than most Political Christians, which is the new trend.

It depends on what classes you sign up for in college too. Some of my Philosophy and Science classes had mind blowing discussions.

This is very helpful. I understand this "First off, when I say Masculine... I don't mean things primarily pertaining to gender. Masculine and Feminine are two polar energies that exist in all living and non-living systems. It's more like Yin and Yang than Woman-like-ness and Man-like-ness. And the issue with being unaware of which energies and archetypes are at play in a given dynamic is that we can have a bias against one of the energies/archetypes without realizing we have a bias. the Masculine and Feminine exist in all living and non-living systems. Anyone can have positive Masculine or Feminine qualities." I think what confuses me is when we start bringing up Real Life women or men, in these discussions. And we say "These men are in their Toxic Masculine. We need men to be in their Healthy Masculine." Or when a woman says "I was not in my Feminine" When I hear this, my mind automatically goes into "Men must be X and Women must be Y", which causes resistance in me. But I understand that is not what is being said. Then, it also gets confusing when: Women who have a "Feminine performance" but who are in their Toxic Masculine. and Men who have a "Masculine performance" but who are in their Toxic Feminine. Some people put on a performance of femininity and masculinity, but their actual energies are something else. And this is very confusing. And then sometimes, with certain behaviors, I wish we could just say layman terms like "This person is a bully" or "They are unkind" instead of giving it more flowery language like "They are in their toxic masculine". But I get it. You are creating a map of the psyche. It is going to sound metaphorical. I need to stay more open minded and patient. There is still a lot for me to learn and explore about this topic. I just need to stop rolling my eyes around the topic and calling it "Woo", and begin to do the work. haha

I think we need to be careful with these New Age/Jungian classifications of the "Masculine". You have classified being: - foolish - dishonest - heartless - repulsive - froth people into a rage and direct that rage towards more vulnerable groups of people - tyranny - picking on the weaker - making career power moves at the expense of other and society at large - wanting to be more successful than others - competitive As "Shadow Masculine" traits But if there is one thing, that I think Christianity does well, is that it doesn't classify "Sin", for a lack of a better word, into Masculine and Feminine. The qualities you listed are not Masculine..... they are just "Sin" or Vices. Vices that both genders fall into. Some of these rigid classifications of the Masculine and Feminine in the New Age/Jungian world, are binding and lock people in an unnecessary box. And it can also make you very unprepared when you meet Right Wing women, who can be very Feminine, wear makeup and dresses, are stay at home moms, don't hold typical Stage Orange careers, etc. ............ but who still harbor the same exact attributes as tyranny, picking on the weaker, wanting to be more successful than others, competitive, heartless, dishonest , rage toward vulnerable people, etc ..... as the Right Wing men. You listed traits of people who value "maintaining hierarchy" above all else. And Right Wing Women, even if they are unemployed and are Stay at Home Moms, really care about "maintaining hierarchy". These are not Masculine traits. These are traits of a person with questionable moral character.

I agree with this. Social conservatives are also a God amongst themselves. They are their own God. Their agenda just uses the terms "Christian" or "Bible" as a mask to get into the room. This is why even Atheists are puzzled right now at what is happening. As many Atheists read and study the Bible thoroughly for debates....they realize "Wait, this is even beyond the Bible. This is a different agenda altogether." The Bible itself does not support this rigid Patriarchal White Supremacy type of society. The problem with Christian politicians is that they often go against the teachings of the Bible. They ignore a lot of what Jesus says, and do the complete opposite. This makes them very unpredictable. If they are already ignoring what Jesus says, then exactly, what would this "Christian democracy" be based on? The Bible warns about a group of people called the Pharisees. Basically, a group of people who used God's name and even have the Bible memorized, but were dead inside like a rotting corpse. The issue with Christian politicians and Christian nationalists are that they often resemble the Pharisees............ which the Bible warns about. “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. - Matthew 23:23 "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! I agree with this. I always step back a bit when I hear this "return to your humanity, be in the human experience, return to your vulnerable humanity" in Enlightenment/Transcendence spaces. Especially after I just had a full week of work in the office, socializing with friends and family, watching Netflix, going to Therapy, reading fiction books, going for walks in the busy city, etc. It's like return to being a human??? haha I am so confused right now. So yeah, unless a person is spiritual bypassing, trying to replace Enlightenment with Therapy/trauma work/shadow work or is like a monk that lives in a Cave avoiding society.....then a lot of the "be in the human experience" rhetoric seems like an imaginary problem.

Well, Social justice activism and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are part of the backbone of the United States. The effects of these, are everywhere, even if you don't notice them. Without these, the United States won't be the United States anymore. Social justice activism = If a certain group of people are being treated like crap, we need to do something about it. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) = People from all backgrounds, ways of believing/thinking, different desires, different goals, different dreams and walks of life ..... all belong in the United States Even companies that don't have an official DEI program, are often still very diverse. Just because a conservative employer doesn't shove DEI programs down your face, doesn't mean they are prejudiced. And a conservative employer may still be hiring people of all different backgrounds if they are qualified for the job. The issue with the "woke agenda" is everything else you added on the list. Woke People are preachy and expect immediate obedience. And if you don't immediately comply with them, they call you a "bigot, racist, sexist, homophobic, ageist, ableist, etc." It's like a "Obey me now!! Otherwise you are a bigot, racist, sexist, homophobic, ageist, ableist, etc." They also don't leave room for people to have 1 foot in something more conservative, and 1 foot in liberalism. For example, even if someone is Liberal in everything besides for Abortion, they push them out. Or even if someone is Liberal in everything besides for Gender Pronouns, they push them out. They don't allow any middle ground. Any disagreement at all, and you are kicked out. This is a very ineffective strategy long term. It is prevalent in major cities in "Hipster" areas. haha If you google "most hipster cities in the U.S.", that's where you will find these people. Woke and Hipster are not the same thing. But you will find many woke people, amongst hipsters.

I really like the work that Sam Harris and Alex O'Connor have been doing in the Political sphere's lately.

I think Stage Green is losing influence. Partially because many of the leaders of Stage Green, are shifting to Stage Blue. Since the pandemic, a lot of people who were Stage Green, are moving more towards conservatism and right wing teachings. I think the whole "get a vaccine or you can't enter this building" and "get a vaccine or we will fire you" terrified a lot of the Stage Green people. Hippies and New Agers don't like vaccines. So, they are now following Stage Blue people, thinking they are "rebelling against the system". But by following Stage Blue people, they are going to become even more obedient to the system. Stage Blue leaders have no interest in your freedom. They are just pretending like they care about freedom. And many Stage Green people are falling into the trap.

You can eventually get to a place where you master the self concepts, imagination and mental stories, so thoroughly, that you can generate your own oxytocin and dopamine at will. Once you can generate your own "Happy Dream", without the external world helping you, the game is almost over. Eventually, you will see the structure of the ego so thoroughly, that the whole thing starts to collapse before your eyes. And sure, you can keep rebuilding it. Like you said, you can't get rid of the ego and "the only way to destroy ego is to die". That's true. It will keep rebuilding itself, whether you like it or not. But it eventually gets to a place, where it keeps collapsing over and over and over again before your eyes. And you see the blocks that it is made of. This makes the whole game of ego very boring to play. Even when you can generate oxytocin/dopamine whenever you want, it can get boing. Even the pleasurable states of the ego can get boring, once you see it very clearly. Ego is a mechanism that wants to survive. I am not sure if you want to call that selfish or something else. When you say "Ego is just you, as human, this what you built your entire life, nothing more.": Ego is not that solid. It's not like a solid object. But it "appears" like a solid object. But eventually you can see what the bricks are made of, that are building the house.

This is all true. But then eventually "Design your desired ego and create your desired reality." gets very very boring. Especially, when you are successful in creating your desired reality and get everything you wanted. If it hasn't gotten boring yet or if you are still struggling to create your dream reality, then keep at it. A lot of people are at the "I already created my dream reality, now what?".

Well, this is sometimes where the "there is no evil" , "there is no bad", "nothing is wrong" , "everything is holy', "all is good", "Everything is God" train of thought will lead you. It can lead to stuff like this. haha
