The simplest way is to remember that your-self concept is just a collection of thoughts about yourself. @Romer02 I would not say that it will inflate the ego, but rather will create an attachment. Let go and do not to cling to the experience itself. "There is just an experience in reality and it has nothing to do with "you". So in the situation when you would like to take any ownership of anything, just let go and move on. You are not your thoughts, emotions and feelings. You are the one who observes them. Refocus your awareness, pull back and enjoying seeing everything as a raw experience. Also, the more you wait the harder it will be to let go. Observe your ego and do not get involved. Like truly. It will act as a crazy animal sometimes, so let is just be. Seat in "the back" of your consciousness and have fun. This way you will be dissolving ego day by day. Once it dissolves you should see your true nature that has nothing to do with ego. Simply notice that you are (who notices things) are distinct from what you are experiences. Actually it's easy and fun

I do not think that he wants to be a teacher. We are just "talking" and since there is not a lot to talk we have to share ideas somehow.

@James123 thanks , it is exactly what I am doing right now, I mentioned it in my other posts ? but honestly it is on and off during the day, losing it, then remember about it again. But I am aware at least couple of times during one hour, but can’t hold this awareness for a long time, drowning in the objects or people.

@WaveInTheOcean actually I can for a while. Yesterday I had a negative emotion, started to observe it. I let go the desire to control but was stuck on feeling, this “after taste” after being upset. So I asked myself “can I let go of the desire to remedy my inner sensation?” And then magic happened. As soon as I allowed myself to let go of the situation when I was stuck on negative feeling, that unpleasant feeling disappeared within couple of minutes. All you had to do is to let go. Hope by letting go will lead me to the realization of my true nature. But I have to let go a lot, even my dreams. ? This is so hard, I don’t know if I am ready.

Some guy has already asked this question on forum, here is what Leo said: “...because there is no other game in town...” that made me ? laugh. but really what else is there to do, we need to entertain ourselves somehow while in this infinity ???. Set up some goals and play this game, it is fun. It gets even funnier when you do not identify yourself with the game, therefore you are not attached and don’t really care about the results. This is the most productive state. But the trick is it is very hard to not attach and let go.

"FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real" (Dwoskin, 2018) I guess it is just a thought projected into the future if we break it down. Yes, every problem we have stems from the desire to be separate, to survive, control and be loved. The shortcut to the awakening is to rest as awareness in the present moment. This is so healing, because present moment does not have any issues. Our mind is always lost in the thoughts about past and future, that creates fear. Thank you for the post.

@justfortoday Mind over matter,ha? Treat is as a game and let the desire go, it is a sine quo non if you want your wish to come true. You’ll be surprised how fast you’ll get what you want. as soon as I take my attention from the desire it fulfills , this is a magic for sure.

@justfortoday oh that is nice, can you tell me my future with a coffee or tea leaves? How about tarot or palm readings? I have done all of that in my life. Very popular in my culture too. I remember one woman read my coffee cup and said everything with 100% accuracy, i was 23 at that time.

Okay, since I am a visual learner, that works better for me. I appreciate your help and I am sorry for my drama earlier. We discuss this topic here every day, so I am totally lost in concepts.

@justfortoday so here is what makes me confused, why has this omnipresent omnipotent consciousness has put a limit that it can only experience one POV at a time? If i am infinite and powerful, why I can’t experience all POV simultaneously? is it because time is an illusion and everything has already happened? I am very sorry about my confusion.

Thanks for your help. So basically that awareness that watches “me”, people around me, this environment, experiences various emotions , that is the only one in the whole universe. I got it. Okay!That feels great again, hahahah?. when I say awareness I mean that background of a silent witness that rests peacefully as all this happens now!!!! The one who is ever present and observes “me”.

@justfortoday I think the reason behind my anger is that I want to be real and want others just to be agents of my reality. This is silly, but solipsism feels great and I don’t want to give it up. I am completely honest. I wish that my experience is the only real one in the whole universe.

No dear, it has nothing to do with you. I am emotional because I am confused and tired of this topic, all is wonderful. I think I am going to forget about it for a while as I feel irritated when talking/thinking about it. So I am letting this curiosity go from my life. Later on should resolve on its own. Have to wait. Sorry, I think I was just angry when reading because it hurts my ego.

As I read this, I notice that I start to have emotional reaction about this topic. I am so tired: real/unreal...I am giving up. No more, I won’t even read this anymore. One day we are real, another day we are not. Enough, I am letting this thing go!
