What is it to be so scared about? You do it every night, falling asleep and forgetting yourself, no guarantees that you will wake up. It is scary for the ego, as soon as you forget yourself and your" little drama", you're gone....you die every night. I always wake up with this feeling of being amazed how this reality pops up in front of you every morning, and just for about a sec or two, before being really awake I never remember myself. It takes a second to remember, for the memory to return back. This fascinates me.

I loved this video because it has answered some of my questions, nothing new, ofc. Read two of his books. One peculiarity though... when he is talking about "falling below" thinking, that borderline state between being awake and falling asleep. This state of consciousness has always fascinated me. when realized, I am trying to hold it as much as I can, but when doing it, always waking up. This is my little meditation.

Stems from your childhood and preciously, it is all about the relationships with your mom and dad. Are you parents divorced, together, what pattern do you have in your family, roles and leaderships...etc. do the shadow work with a counselor.

I finished that book couple of weeks ago too. On understanding men? Try "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus" by Gray. I read it probably ten years ago.... The book that impacted my vision of the relationships was "Love, Freedom, Aloneness: The Koan of Relationships" Osho. I would recommend, perfect guide to freedom and independence. Teaches how to accept and love yourself, how not to cling to your partner. I think that book has transformed me a lot. Also, "The Essential Difference" or "He's Just Not That Into You"

@Inliytened1sure, but when you guys saying that I don’t need anyone to awake it hurts as hell! ☹️ If I didn’t need you I wouldn’t be here. but if I am here it’s because I need emotional support. do you think I talk about this topic to regular people? where else I can discuss it if not here? ofc, the major audience on this forum are males. I love you guys a lot but you need to learn how we ,females ,need emotional support, not just ready made answers. Oh man, I sound like a drama queen today!?

Thanks, I do appreciate your feedback. I thought you and couple other people here got angry with me because we started to joke around couple of days ago with @Someone here . I don’t know maybe I said something inappropriate that sounded like sarcasm. I am trying to say how I feel. However, I realize that because of this media and lack of facial expressions, people can read my messages as being sarcastic. It is a bit upsetting because this is unusual to my personality. I don’t use sarcasm in real life. I am very straightforward. Plus sarcasm is a form of a passive aggression . This forum is all I have. ❤️ If I lose you guys, I will probably go crazy on my own. ☹️☹️☹️☹️ This community is very important to me. I am the only one real and 2. others are real as much as me at the same time? Can it encapsulate both 1 and 2?
