  1. @dimitri oh, I am sorry, I thought I found a version for free, silly me no problem, it is just 7 pounds (around ten bucks) no biggie, I will purchase your meditation.
  2. @abrakamowse We read Dickens in high school, I honestly do not even remember anything except Oliver Twist. Have you noticed that when you chasing this Enlightenment, all you wanna read about is this topic. Like, truly! I do not remember when was the last time me reading a classical literature. Everything should be linked to Consciousness nowadays and it is fascinating.
  3. @abrakamowse Do the first one in the evening and the froggy one first thing in the morning. @dimitri here we go, because that other link it not working, but I have found it on YT.
  4. Thank you, my sweet friend. Yeah, I remember this forum member and I actually remember this thread.
  5. My next one is going to be McKenna. Once I started to read it and dropped it. But it was too long ago.
  6. @abrakamowse I can read 2 or 3 books at a time as well. Ralston is a great guy, he is acing it, very serious, but man....you can not read that book fast. You have to read, ponder, digest, make notes. It is not like those book you can finish in one night or in one day on the seashore.
  7. @abrakamowse @peanutspathtotruth Guys, I will try it tomorrow and let you know, I can not today, no chance...but tomorrow for sure. @dimitri Dmitry, I loved the one that you shared with me the other day, very cool meditation, thank you can you please share it here for us. The one you sent me in PM. (Sorry I can not find it, and I did not put it in my bookmarks, the one with the frog. was it Mooji or Tolle? not sure...)
  8. Oh man, love Maharaj, did you read his "I Am That" book?
  9. This major experience you guys are all talking about here ?
  10. but it sounds so simple...I am aware but nothing happens.... ...no magic.... how much aware should I become? I wish I could do it on my own without 5-meo, but I truly doubt it is possible.
  11. @An young being Sure, you are doing it all the time, you are just not quite aware of it. Give me a favor, go back in the video above to 33:38 min, you do not have to watch the whole video, from that 33:38 he explains it very nice, watch it and let me know. It will take about 3 or 4 minutes of your time. I love this topic but not a lot of people like to talk about it.
  12. I talked about it in another thread so here we go: Space awareness can be developed when you're contemplating the source of consciousness, it is this space inside of you, prior to any thought, feeling, sensation. When the focus of consciousness is turned back to Itself. Object awareness is when the content of your consciousness is completely corrupted by the objects or feelings, images or sensations. When you start to explore consciousness instead of form, you realize that your consciousness only appears to be small and limited because you are focusing on small and limited objects. When you "pull back", it's expending. It is easy to miss because we are highly consumed with our mind and its activity. You do not have to be an enlightened being to see "it", it is quite natural. I guess that is why so many people talk about the benefits of meditation. Because it teaches you how to rest in your awareness. Also, I believe his book, “A new Earth” he elaborates about it better. I am not sure, read it long time ago.
  13. @peanutspathtotruth cool, thank you ❤️?
  14. In the recent video with Russell Brand, Eckhart was talking about how we should surrender to suffering. Like truly how?
  15. "The most profound experience arise from questioning the obvious" PR. Thank you
  16. @Peter-Andre It depends on your goals. You can make your own one at home, that is my goal in the future, to have a separate room for my own gym. I have elliptical and treadmill. If your goal is a sexy body with abs, gym, for sure! My goal is ideal weight for my body, I do not need a lot of abs.
  17. The topic about nutrition is really hard because scientific community have different breakthroughs all the time and some of them contradict each other quite often. My take on it: any "organic" food (normal food, I mean) that you buy in the supermarket is not really healthy for you, in fact it is not health at all; some berries and fruits should be avoided at all costs, especially strawberries. I am not even talking about (farm raised) salmon, fish, shrimps or any kind of meat, especially chicken. If you want any nutrient value from your food you basically will have to starve yourself and eat only quinoa and buckwheat, wild rice or grow your own in the yard. Bread, be careful with this one. I made a research on gluten, do not kid yourself that if you make your own bread you are safe. Research how they raise wheat nowadays, it is so much genetically modified. It can mess up your whole entire colon tissue and structure. Pretty scary stuff. milk and dairy avoid at all cost, unless you have a cow. However, some research was done to prove that milk is not healthy for human beings. About 2 litres of water every day, absolutely bs, our ancestors did not have chance to drink that much water every day. Plus look at the animals. Have you ever seen a cat or dog drinking so much water? Water is great for you, but we have to take into consideration the fact that if you drink too much of it, you are going to have some deficiency with minerals, not good for your kidneys either. I doubt that corporations that produce vitamins really put something value in the jar, unless it costs you a pretty penny. My vitamins are expensive and I trust the brand. Omega! Huge topic along with turmeric, MCT oil and bunch of other supplements and spices that gain momentum right now . They put this freaking turmeric everywhere. It is so funny. Everybody forgot that these spices have been with us for centuries. Just some random guy decided to re-brand them again. I wonder how they produce this omega, from farm raised fish that they feed with crap. Nuts and seeds (your omega 6 and 9, btw), I would add a lot of those, but do not binge of them heavily. Herbs and grains. Imo, I would say there should be a golden middle. Before buying some supplements you will have to read a lot of opinions and do the research. I trust essential and regular oils a lot. At least the producer will not have a lot of room to play with those. All other products? well, it is hard to verify or test what it's in the jar. I eat lots of grains: millet, buckwheat, wild rice, etc. Quinoa is so rich in nutrients. Be careful with celery, it is great for you, but check the producer. Have you ever heard about Ayurveda? Read about its diet. Vitamin D3. It is not a vitamin, but a hormone. It helps a lot with my energy levels. Great supplement. 5000 units in the winder and 2000 units in the summer. I read a research that they fudged the data about D3 deliberately.
  18. @abrakamowse @DrewNows but the problem is that it'll be hard to join (unless you'll gather specific people) because others would not know what on earth we are talking about there, there won't be any algorithm and structure. bye guys, talk to you soon. p.s. let me know, I'll send the invitations in the mail for others.
  19. I am on board, let's talk about it tomorrow. Gotta sign off and do some productive things. P.S. no keep the jokes please, I need to learn new idioms, but if I had a chance to order I would ask for pretty words like: superimposed, vicissitude, enormity, etc. Love learning those.
  20. Can I order another thread please? Thank you! So, I want a Peter Ralston thread please, for the ability to discuss serious matters, how to strip my mind from the concepts and beliefs.
