What is your intention doing Yoga? Yoga is not an exercise or just 'another' thing. Is a sacred process. If you are thinking about trying to have 'fun' or try to see if you can trip with it or whatever, you are not understanding the seriousness of what you are doing. In fact, I know you plenty of guys are doing this Kriya Yoga thing from books. Too much people in the forum casually doing this. Yoga can not be learned/done from a book on an Amazon.

Yeah the key is the self. When being 4 years old, 'Real me' was dead. I was not 'born'. Nothing existed at 4 years old. When Real me identified with body (maybe at 5-6 years old?), illusion about being 'someone' specific gets created. Illusion about existing in a certain 'place' and in a certain 'time' gets created. All illusion gets created when that which does not exist in a concrete or particular way identifies with body. From that illusion, the questions of others arise of course. 😆

Yeah, suffering is 'just' fire getting to the ego, until the point it burns so fucking much you have to surrender and still sit for the fucking meditation. Then something might open up. sitting for the meditation but thinking afterwards I want to go to the amusement park with my gf...yeah, it probably not going to work. Because they have lost their mind, sure. You can not put an example like that because you are deliberately choosing a mad person. A baby doesn´t have even self consciousness, is just functioning by their instints as an animal. Even though, usually babies won´t hurt themselves. They might do it unconsciously in the process of exploring reality or their own body.

Bliss extends infinitely, now it reaches a human body. What Bliss did was to create itself as something separate and chose to identify with body. From there, character and individual life as an illusion gets created. When human body stops working nothing happens, Bliss stays. You can meditate in such a way you realize universe is not even real, this is all united, is all a wave of Nothing for Ever. Objects, light, sounds, what you see is a projection of Bliss. When you look within you realize you can never die. Because this is already death. When death happens is just a Silent Intense Wave of Bliss for ever. But there will not even an 'I' to experience. That is death. (Still there will Be something. That will be real You. )

Probably over 500 shamavhi mahamudra kriyas at this point and going up 🤲 have helped to pave the way 😅 although Today realization didn't even happened doing the kriya. Just some angamardana (yoga stretching) and a 5 minute meditation and it happened. I had to come out of the bliss to get back to work lol. Why? Pure Nothing can not suffer. Only with identification there´s possibility of suffering. If no identity = it is a never ending Wave of Bliss, trust me.

I think is just unconscious Creation. The process reality is doing is to go from unconscious Creation to more conscious. When you experience other being as part of Yourself, could you ever murder, abuse, etc? Only because you are unconscious (Mind, beliefs, differences, dualities), you can fight the believer of another religion, because you dont see the Life they are IS the same Life you are, rather you see them for their beliefs and labels, so you fight them. Why? Is different to realize true nature VS realizing other things of the relative dream. You can realize your true nature, but that doesn't necesarily mean you know what are others, reality, etc. Not to say that you do not know it. But one thing does not imply the other. there are no POVs brother because POV is something created by the ego. When there is an ego there is a POV, therefore there must be also 'other POVs'. If you stay yourself as Nothing and don't identify yourself with anything in your current perception, there is not even you or others, just Bliss. I´ll meet you at the Bliss brother 💙
