There are Kundalini Yoga kriyas which I´d swear they are literally just for purifying/healing shadows. I´ve been doing them intensily this last weeks and I´m discovering A LOT of shadows. Like I am amazed at the understanding I have discovering from myself this last weeks doing this stuff. Check out any kriyas which include breath of fire, and especially kriyas which include movement with hands and arms in combination with special/intense breathing. Also shamanic breathwork is pretty good for that kind of stuff, but I found my mouth gets so damn dry I can´t do it anymore.

Isn´t the ego just an idea of you? I wouldn´t say the ego happens in the brain, thoughts do appear which you pay attention to because you are maintaining an identity. But the point is identity is maintained with that attitude you are endelessly maintining, is not that there is an identity in the brain somewhere. It´s like you would say there´s a "you" somewhere in the brain. This is exactly what believes mainstream culture

The fundamental problem is assuming that all of this paranormal activites can be measured with the current scientific methods. For starters, you must be conscious in that moment, secondly, it doesn´t depend on you! It´s consciousness! So good luck wanting to make money or prove anyone wrong which are both ego-driven motives off an action which doesn´t depend on the ego.

Holy shit I can't seriously wrap my mind about this kind of examples, but sure they apparently exist. After my first psychedelic experience even if I didn't have any spiritual Awakening it changed me completely, so I had always had a hard time imagining how people can do high doses, lots of times, and still can use them as recreationally and still believe totally in the materialist paradigm...etc. One truly takes his own consciousness baseline level for granted.

I call enlightment as the death of the ego in everyday life. A clear understanding, a certain consciousness levels where the ego is seeing as what it is, not as just your true identity/truth. Of course realization comes with certain profound level understanding of reality. But I think we can say that "enlightment" is not the definition of complete understanding of reality, but rather a certain trascendence from it. I think psychedelics are great and withouth them I wouldn´t be where I am . I just think not everyone is ready to just take the psychedelic path and start tripping regularly non-stop until reaching enlightment, it just too hardcore, too intense. Ego backlash is a real thing, with psychedelics you can traumatize yourself if you aren´t careful. The ego usually asks for a break if there´s been much transformation/mindfuck. And that is totally normal and Ok. For most people there´s a lot of integraiton and shadow work/purification while doing the psychedelic path. This means sometimes stopping to catch a breath, start a sober practice, integrate, discover...etc. I think you get my point.

As far as I´m concerned the general definition of enlightment is when you are "done". No more practices needed. Until you reach that you need to work your way up. Yeah Depending on how big the realization was your baseline of consciousness will raise , but this will happen either with psychedelics with any other practice, but again one realization usually is not enough. And all of this information is of course just guessing, this work is so deeply misterious, that you need to verify for yourself what will at the end will work for you. You can take Leo´s advice that has done +50 trips of 5-Meo? Maybe that will be enough maybe not, he even says just doing psychedelics won´t enlighten you, but again the definition of enlightment which he has vs what you have will differ enourmously.

Enlightment doesn´t take usually just one mistical experience. Much Probably you won´t get enlightened by shaktipat or a psychedelic. That´s why sober, boring methods exist. Because is not only about the experience but also about aligning yourself with truth and of course raise your state of consciousness for hours, daily, not just one time.

I call it true freedom. It´s great you are starting to become more consciouss , good for you, why limit yourself to a simple thought, right? We all have done it, quite nonsense that was.

I almost sure that phrase is more related to Spiritual Experiences. Meaning, what what crazyness the mystic might experience he is able to let go of try to contextualize in his mind and surrender/flow with the new perspective, meanwhile the psychotic can´t handle the minduck, rejects it and it ends up going crazy because of it. Yeap MDMA can definetely be addictive. Probably not scientific, but there is plenty of anecdotical evidence in the internet of MDMA having the possibility of being addictive. 5-MeO i doubt anyone has become addicted to it.

The thing that gives me hope is the fact that depending on what stage you are in you will understand and contextualize in a way or other. For example now it really seems but is depressing but maybe it´s just my proyection. I just found his recent messages kind of "dooming", but I´m sure part of that perception is that I am projecting my kind of "doom" on to his teaching that I have lately about spirituality and truth. However I won´t argue that the difference from when I first learn about enlightment, to know, things have gotten bitter. I guess I lack a real awakening. But I am already scared where this is headed. I am already accepted the lose of physical ground, a self...etc what else will I have to surrender? Hehe...yeah but that Love you talk about is not the love this devil wants.

With sober practices you are not going to live in non-dual you'll have glimpses. I say this because, there's more benefits to conscioussnes practices than just non-dual states. For example if you do Yoga rigorously for enough time, even if it doesn't even get you to LSD conscioussnes levels, even if it gets you on a 1/20 level of conscioussnes, your life will be dramatically transformed, because you will live in a state more consciouss of yourself , your habits, your conditionings, and therefore be able to trascend them. I have been doing Kundalini Yoga for almost 3 hours a day these last week and I am sure to say the overall awareness that provides it's far superior to people doing microdoses of LSD. And there is people who use LSD microdosing to reduce their depression and anxiety. Let me tell you Pranayama rigourously with some Yoga will get you further. And it's free! But of course 3 hours are not easy joke. You have to be really serious. Also you have to be very disciplined to maintain this. Let's not even talk how well-balanced your life must be to be able to do 3 hours of intense Kundalini daily. I am being able to do it because I am staying at home since the virus. This change in lifestyle will be align you more to be able to your "avatar" will be more aligned with Truth. I think this is clearly the benefits of the classical practices as meditation or yoga, you can have an Awakening doing those but most of the people will need chemical substances to reach there. However the classical practices provides an excellent ground. In fact it wouldn't make much sense if yoga or meditation would put your in conscioussness levels of those of psychedelics. We basically would stop almost surviving!
