Pretty much what Leo said. You say it's a downgrade from the point of view of the ego mind because you have preferences between unity bliss and identity constrain doom God however doesn't . So it's 'happy' to live the life your ego is 'creating' right now, doesn't matter if that entails 'suffering'

Na I'm just kidding actually. I mean Psychedelics have been a potent catalyzer but actually most of my spiritual realizations and breakthroughs have been sober! So of course yes everybody can do it. Psychedelics are still very important in most people's path thought. Even though my realizations were sober neccesarary recontextualizations of reality and basically making my mind open minded to actually start spiritual path seriously, were mostly thanks to Psychedelics

My advice is...each second choose LOVE. Each second you have a decision, most of them appears in form of thoughts. For example a thought might say "I need to solve my.problems and i feel anxious because of that". Choosing or believing FEAR would be to to believe/attach/be attracted to that thought (becoming One with it). Choosing or projecting LOVE would be to not Become One with it,. because it doesn't resonate with you, (as Nahm says because it feels bad/not good), so instead you just let it go (this is not an action! Is effortless, it what inevitably happens when you are projecting/creating love and not fear) This work is second by second man. You can start NOW

Here are a couple of tactics for this issue: 1- Work on healing and loving yourself to allow to be confident and free of ego-traumas that rule your life like this and prevent you from being who you are which is love. 2- Be consciouss that you are projecting everything into this women. There is literally only colours and shapes there. The rest of it (love) which is what you really are projecting, is coming from yourself, not "them*. Anything that you FEEL when you see them, that feeling is happening in You, not "them". But you are projecting it "outside", thinking they actually 'have it'. Crazy really. @Nahm

You are not getting it. There's no filtering. Whatever "you see" is Actual and Objective.

I don't know if it's an illusion but lately I've been discovering that instead of avoiding fear or trying to come up with strategies or "accomplish self growth goals" that make the fear dissappear, it's better to get used to walk towards the fear, accepting the fear, surrendering to the fear, being in the fear, making the habit of making friends with fear.
