  1. Is normal to feel somewhat relaxed or 'chill' (a small decrease in energy) after fapping, but I don't think is normal to feel a brutal crash in energy, 'exhausted', body aches...etc. (At least if you were fucking for 2 hours you might have an excuse to feel exhausted). Here's my theory on why this happens to some people: Is not the act itself of fapping or ejaculating, but rather the energetic crash from the type of content that you are watching. Precisely, is type of thoughts or fantasy situation you are imagining while watching that content (the content itself, as hardcore as you might think it is, is not fundamentally 'bad') that makes the period after arousal, an exhaustion crash in your whole body. So If you 'suffer' from this 'post fapping' syndrome, I would inspect what you actually are feeling while arousal and what type of psychological dynamic is going through your mind. See, this is not about judging or not judging the kind of porn or fantasy you have. You can go on fantasies of killing nazis to arouse yourself. I don't care. But Reality does have consequences for you depending on what you like to think or get aroused with. Of course there will be minority that have some real health issues or abnormalities and fapping just makes them very tired. But I suspect that is not the majority. The majority of people are fine but are traumatising themselves with their fantasies and then paying a high price in terms of a damaged energetic body afterwards (particularly fantasies that revolve around shame, guilt, ...etc). It is not a causality that religion, guilt and shame have gone hand in hand for centuries. Those things are still implanted in the collective ego consciousness, and we are paying the price still. Things are getting better, but there's a whole a lot to do. In summary, if after fapping you are not feeling fine you are doing something fundamentally wrong.
  2. Good shit! Is truly shocking to realize how the mind has constructed all the questions. Actual nothingness (not ideas of no-self, but actual non-localization) is extremely addictive, absolutely ?
  3. Is not about kidding myself. Is about setting the bar to a level that is enough high so the word "being Awake" means actually something real. I do not consider anyone to be awake if he falls into ego. Since Reality is always Now, if Now you are not awake, that's it, you lost. You might as well say that you awakened 10 years ago, but the previous 9years you have been a crack addict with a miserable life in very poor and compressed states of consciousness.
  4. @Leo Gura You literally created the video some time ago "Everything is state of consciousness". That should answer your question. When you say "I can still get addictions if I'm not careful and get bored" that's your state falling from being Awake to sleep. Being Awake = A state of consciousness. Pd: One might say memories and understanding influences your state of consciousness, so is not like just because once falls off the state all past mystical experiences are useless, but if you are constantly falling they obviously are not all the ingredients neccesary to be Awake. That you are the body is the belief lmao You don't need to belief you are not your body. Just stop assuming that a feeling or a sensation is equal to truth. Just because you have a feeling or a belief or an idea that you are a body and you have this feeling 99% of your waking time, does not mean that is actually what is you. See an schzophrenic can be hallucinating shit for most of his life and feel is true as it gets, but doesn't necessarily mean he is seeing how things are. You understand ????
  5. Just some minutes ago I was doing a bit of Yoga and it came the moment of doing an asana where you put all your body towards the floor (balasana) and (here comes the important part), you rest your hands towards the floor (the palms facing the floor) making a "triangle" form with your hands. Once I settled into that posture I started having the sense of 'merging' and being 'directly in contact' with the soil that is below my house, and therefore being 'united' with every other being. Until.... I realized those were just thoughts/imaginations. No, the union is much crazy than that lol I started being completely united / communicating with infinite love (Infinity of Gods) through that special positions of the hands. That mudra (the hand position of mimicking a 'triangle' form) is like a portal...like it become a gun of 'Love' where my singularity started 'opening up' and being in contact with the rest of Infinite Singularities. Maybe I am not alone in the universe. I hope infinity of Gods is real @Leo Gura
  6. If you touch something beyond mind and body, then fear of death won't be there anymore. That which is not a thing, can not die. Notice that before THINKING you didn't know such a thing as a death
  7. God is inside the human form as is inside the table chair in front of you.
  8. There's not an ego..only God. God can be asleep or awake. When God is asleep, it loses itself to thoughts and compulsion. God just doesn't want to magically suffer because it likes it.
  9. Telling yourself this kind of stories to feel good about it is fine, but is not clarity about what really is going on.
  10. Who said that withdrawal does not exist? Although after +5 years doing opiates on and off, I can say withdrawal is psychological and created by the ego (doing spiritual energetic practices reveal how the mind 'creates' constantly the illusion, and stopping memory can reveal how powerful we are, but that is another story). I´m not talking about withdrawal or physical dependence, I´m talking about accepting the reality that one chooses to do the drug every day. Trust me, my father used heroin for 30 years. I can guarantee you drug users are the best bullshitters in the world, but specially they bullshit themselves very brilliantly. In the perfect way to not see certain things to accept their responsibility.
  11. I found 5-MeO trips quite therapeutic in regards to trauma! But I recommend the OP to try psilocybin/4-aco-dmt . By far the psychedelic that has most helped me @shree
  12. Pretty much. People that say that they are 'addicted' is people that have imagined and set as true that there is such as an inert thing (drug, drink, ...etc) that has power over them. Of course this means that the whole 'addiction' ideology is bullshit. People that identify themselves as addicts are just people that haven't come to a place of accepting full responsibility for their actions and life. So in summary addiction as modern society understands does not exist. It is built on a foundation of victimhood and illusory false sense of power.
  13. See, I warned here some months ago about that dangerous attitude that comes from that woo-woo spiritual ideologies. Good that you got out of that trap. Notice that you are falling to the same mistake here. You are making Awakening or Spirituality as a goal to be at the standard or whatever 'Godhood' means to you. This is again (at least how I have understand you, maybe you meant other thing, let me know) more morality. Those are great things to do. The only issue is that those things are not achieved by 'letting go'. The 'letting go' motto is a woo-woo weak ideology for people that do not know or have learned how to manage themselves and this mechanism (mind-body). So 'letting go' is a kind of solace for them. Nice ?? Is like that. You are the Creator. You can create misery or heaven. And nobody will create it for you. If you just 'let go' and let things run like they are conditioned, nothing much will change. There's no one watching your ass. God doesn't have a mummy. Is either accepting full responsibility for what you create, or not.
  14. Is because 5-meo or any substance is not awakening. Substances induced states are still within the dream
  15. There is a difference. As Leo have said, Science measures things inside the dream, but Science can not grasp the dream. Because science is within the dream. @Someone here
  16. Of course you might have to do some of these ones to get to a point to realize it...but once you do realize it, all tools will be seen as completely imaginary and unnecessary. I realised that... if I don't think, everything that I wanted is right here. If I just do not touch the mind phenomena (thinking, projecting, imagining), and stay Consciousness, ALL IS SOLVED. If you are able to close your eyes and truly truly let go of ALL ideas and intellectual attachments, THAT´S IT. The dream is GONE. All language concepts must be let go, surrendered and seen as mere thoughts, and as phenomena that is different to Experience. This includes: ' I am Alive'. 'I am going to die' 'There is something as reality' 'I am existing somewhere' 'I need to Awaken' 'I am a human existing somewhere' 'Others are existing somewhere else' 'I exist' 'There is time' 'There is something'. 'I am in a certain place on reality, and I can move to other places'. And the list goes on... as you can expect, the mind can create ideas for ever. If you just turn your back to absolutely all ideas, then that's it. You won. You are kidding yourself if you think you can understand the dream, ironically that is MORE dreaming. The way you keep yourself entangled in the dream is by thinking you can understand it or going 'profound' into ti. That is more Maya.
  17. I'm not saying they are not stunning, I'm saying are you actually attracted to them. On another hand, IME, much of the sex quality is actually focusing on the girls pleasure and arousal, not yours. So when you say "but fingering does nothing for my arousal'! I think you are lacking an important point, and is that if you care about growing as a man, you should not care about your arousal or pleasure in sex so much.
  18. You probably are not that aroused/attracted for the girl.
  19. But that is not understanding the dream. That is understating things that exist within the dream @Someone here
