  1. For my first trip of Lsd, I listened to a psilocybin playlist which was being used by Imperial College London for their study on using psilocybin to cure depression. The music is exquisite and shaped the experience. The playlists have been complied by Mendel Kaelan a neuroscientist at Imperial who has researched the effects of music for people on psychedelics. Mendel Kaelen is probably best known in the world when it comes to created playlists for psychedelic work.: e.g., LSD modulates music-induced imagery via changes in parahippocampal connectivity," by Mendel Kaelen et al. is published in the European Neuropsychopharmacology. Here he is an interveiw: "These playlists are specially designed so the lengths are matched to that of a psilocybin journey and take into account the various stages of a trip such as onset, ascent, peak, return. There are variations on this depending on the creator of the playlist." The playlists are available on Spotify, as well as from Wavelengths, a company founded by Kaelan: The one I listened to, a playlist used by my guide/sitter, is available here on Spotify. It is somehow perfect for a psychedelic journey. It is called Psychedelic Therapy Playlist 1.
  2. @Dumuzzi , thank you. Yes, that is what I am doing by asking for her help and placing my trust in Durga. Then every now and then I wonder if I connected to her at all. Perhaps, I first need to ask her to somehow show me that a connection has been made :).
  3. @Dumuzzi , thank you for this. Since the last message from Inanna on how best to raise the kundalini, I have tried many times to pray to her in the form of Durga during meditation and can't tell if I have been heard or if I am doing it effectively. What does Inanna mean by this: "Many on your earth need healing and I have passed our healing method to you, separately. " Als this sounds wonderful: "You may call upon us at any time, simply using our names, intent, energy and the power of concentration. Say our names three times and we will come." I would like to ask Inanna how we can make sure that we call her with sufficient "energy and power of concentration". What counts for "sufficient"? If I try a few times with all my heart and it doesn't work, I will assume that I am not able to invest sufficient energy and concentration into the effort and, therefore, Inanna is out of my reach. Is it something only people who have been meditating successfully for many years (like you had) are able to do?
  4. The Polish composer Henryk Gorecki is superb. His Symphony No 3 is on the Psilocybin playlist I posted above. Hear this:
  5. @Mattie , I just bumped up the music thread for you.
  6. @justfortoday , could you please tell us about yourself or your spiritual journey thus far. Do you meditate, for example? Have you had other spontaneous experiences previously?
  7. @Dumuzzi , your reaction to the acceptance of your dual nature led to a very forceful experience. Perhaps in your case, because you had placed strong psychological barriers to suppress your less palatable side, the demolishing of these barriers was a big step forward for you. This may not be the case for others who kinda accept they are a bit of a chaotic mix of good and bad and are ok with it. So if there is a mental fusion or acceptance of one's dual nature waiting to occur, it won't represent such a big step in achieving Godhood. Would you agree?
  8. @Dumuzzi , this is very interesting! Would you please say more about what you mean by "I fused my dualities, the opposing forces that were previously fighting for dominance in me and became Non-Dual." What is it that you actually did and how was the process triggered? I am looking to understand the details of the process. Re people denying their evil or less godly side, could you give examples? In my case, my less godly side would be losing my temper or getting irritated by people I encounter or disliking certain members of my family. I would prefer not to do that and think of them in a more understanding or generous way. But can't think of anything less godly. Once or twice I've wondered whether it would do the world a good for someone to kill certain country leaders. So, how would I fuse this side of me with the good? Isn't accepting that one has a variety of thoughts and responses enough?
  9. None of what anyone is saying is responding to the basic question - How can God allow such injustice and pain to exist? It is pain and injustice in the eyes, feelings and nerves of the person in pain, who lives and functions in the 3D world - which is of God's creation.
  10. This in Philosophy is known as the problem of evil. It goes like this: If God exists, then God is omnipotent, omniscient, and morally perfect. If God is omnipotent, then God has the power to eliminate all evil. If God is omniscient, then God knows when evil exists. If God is morally perfect, then God has the desire to eliminate all evil. Evil exists. If evil exists and God exists, then either God doesn’t have the power to eliminate all evil, or doesn’t know when evil exists, or doesn’t have the desire to eliminate all evil. Therefore, does this mean that God doesn’t exist or that God is not who we think she is? Read more here: https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/evil/
  11. There has been discussion in this thread on how to keep count of no of kriya breaths etc. Traditionally, the way to keep count has been to use a mala or rosary - the Indian mala (rosary) usually made of sandalwood beads has 108 beads, which is the number used in Kriya Yoga. Just checked why the number 108 is significant: "Renowned mathematicians of Vedic culture viewed 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence. This number also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth: The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters. Such phenomena have given rise to many examples of ritual significance. According to yogic tradition, there are 108 pithas, or sacred sites, throughout India. And there are also 108 Upanishads and 108 marma points, or sacred places of the body." So now we know.
  12. @moon777light , you referred to a book you were waiting for on page 1 of this thread. which bok was it, please?
  13. @Dumuzzi , beautiful and inspiring! Thank you so much .
  14. @herghly , thanks. But where is this booklist, please?
  15. ,@Verg0, have your parents noticed anything different about you? How are you relating to them and to other people? Please do take care of your health. Are you being able to exercise and eat healthily while micro dosing? Take a day off in between to make sure you are not suffering from withdrawal and have an urgent need to get back at DMT the next day - a sure sign that you are addicted.
  16. Thank you for this clarification, @Dumuzzi . It would be illuminating if you could ask for and channel advice on effective meditation technique/s to activate the kundalini. There are so many techniques around, and it would be a blessing to have channelled advice.
  17. @Chives99 , lovely music, very much like the psilocybin playlist that I posted above.
  18. This may have been covered somewhere in this thread but posting the query here nonetheless: Is there a website which explains a basic Kriay yoga technique? I am referring to the Kriya Yoga techniques from the lineage of Babaji and Yogananda.
  19. Here's a track from Psilocybin Therapy playlist 2, also on Spotify:

  21. @Dumuzzi , thanks for your responses. Your situation is extremely intriguing so do excuse the endless questions. Can you describe how your access to divine communication coupled with a fully awakened kundalini affects your daily life. Presumably, you work for a living and have to relate with a variety of human and challenging situations. Do you, for example, have foresight or intuition to guide you? Do you operate with a meta-awareness wherein you can see yourself in the world and also not as part of it? How do you deal with irritation and anger? These questions could apply to anyone who has had a full kundalini awakening, of course. Another question about different types of meditation - are there some which worked for you better, or which according to inanna are more effective, such as Kriya yoga?
  22. @Dumuzzi, how fantastic! Thank you for this. But 20 odd years meditating before your awakening!!! No wonder people resort to psychedelics as a shortcut. On the matter of psychedelics, what would the Gods say about using these to gain a glimpse of reality, other dimensions and the universal soul? It would be very useful to get their advice on how to use the psychedelics to advance on one's spiritual path. You would help many here, including me. I started meditation at the age of 14 and then many attempts off and on which invariably led to frustration and giving up yet again. Only now, several decades later, by using LSD did I experience transcendence. It has strengthened my resolve to meditate consistently but whether I make any progress remains to be seen.
