  1. Your welcome
  2. Yes you can. Just make sure the dose is correct. Use a microgram scale. (0.1-0.3) is a microdose.
  3. @Breakingthewall Yes I do understand the ego in that way. Im actually not asking these questions because I do not know or that I need the answers personally. I am just asking to observe how you personally would respond to answering them. Im just interested in what it looks like when others try to explain things of this nature. Then I kinda take notes on the unique ways others word the same information I already know, sometimes Im asked similar questions, as generally happens for me at work or while socializing, so its helpful to expand delivery. I read many of your posts and like how you answer questions.
  4. So theres not actually any specific way to explain it? I appreciate your answers however they are rather vague and ambiguous?
  5. @Breakingthewall I guess this kind of question is hard to put into words, since its quite subjective and personal but If you wanted to instruct someone else on the process, how would you explain it?
  6. What does your deconstruction of mental patterns look like practically?
  7. @Inliytened1 How might you describe your personal awakening?
  8. I think because of exactly that. Your imagining one way or the other.
  9. @Breakingthewall Well by teachings thats basically what im talking about. Learning any material via this platform to include Leos videos. What do you personally consider "real work"?
  10. @Breakingthewall Is that why your drawn to A.org? Were you always like that or did you become that way as a result of the teachings?
  11. @Breakingthewall Is that your mode of perception now? living beyond ego?
  12. @Leo Gura Over the years you have been realizing the deepest things about reality. You must have some form of a method in which your arriving at these insights, as you have been getting consistent results! I had a question on your personal methodology when using Psychedelics. I've come up with a few points in which I think would be potential ways or methods in which one can arrive at insights, based on my own direct experience but also just thinking about methods. Could you possibly mention something about each method or simply point out the method that has been most frequent for your experience? Im trying to design a structure to follow a method that is repeatable at generating insights or that which is most likely to facilitate optimal results. Some of these points will be obvious but I wanted to be thorough at options, the Points are as follows: Are you contemplating mid trip a topic or question and the insights arise out of this process? During a trip, do insights arise from having already studied related information, (so questions are there, but resides in your memory so your not really thinking about them) where as the information then becomes directly experienced? Are you reading certain books then contemplate what you read either (pre-mid-post) trip? Which period is most optimal? Is it that you are holding questions in mind pre-trip, like an intention of a specific question or concept? Do you contemplate a specific or a set of question/concepts thought out the week, then during a trip at a later date the insights arise revealing information or answers about what was contemplated prior? Do insights spontaneously occur and are immediately recognized and "known" or even totally "unknown" but require questioning. Then you contemplate the insight over time and come to realizations? Do insights occur in one trip, then whether understood or not understood further contemplated again specifically during another trip? Do certain insights take multiple contemplation trips repeatedly before understanding of the topic has been realized? What then is your actions steps after an insight is realized? (Documentation method) Do you write it down then contemplate it later, does it just "stick" or do you purposely wait for another trip to contemplate it? In a sense im rearranging the same questions to have in an order that fits a particular method. Trying to narrow it all down a bit, But If you have a specific arrange of these methods you have observed to be most accurate please designate that order. If order is irrelevant and any of these really would work, you must have one that seems to be more consistent than others or set of combinations, please designate your observations. Im all about direct experience and my own trial and error with most things, so Im more than happy to answer these questions myself and enjoy that process which I intend to do, however due to only having limited resources of psychedelics and funds to dedicate available, it occurred to me that seeking advice from someone who has already done over 100 trips, it would be smarter to ask this kind of question and see what has been an effective method or be introduced to a new way I haven't thought of and follow that more often. Thank You, and hope to hear from you! Anyone else on the forum your welcome to mention your personal process and respond, as I am open to all suggestions which may be new to me.
  13. @Breakingthewall Does this take a shift in your thinking? Acting more selflessly? How would you recommend "loosening barriers" practically?
  14. Totally understand. Well you can move to taking action on the books you learned so far. You worked many hours on "theory" now implement "practice" and focus on that for awhile if you want.
  15. There is so many books on there there is no way he needs to update it. Its going to take years to finished all of them. You can resort to the High consciousness resources section of the forum for more books.
  16. @Leo Gura Is the fear an egoic defense mechanism to keep the illusion of ego going, for survival? I been wondering what is it that makes me fearful of realizing certain things. Especially the distinction between self and other. There is alot of fear in realizing specifically that one out of all my fears? Its as if im concerned with my own mental content or inner feelings seemingly shared? I wouldnt want people to know what im thinking or feeling sometimes. Obviously the pleasant things are fine but not the unpleasant, so maybe Im just avoiding the raw unpleasant? Its been a hell of a block for me, so what happens is there is resistance(anxiety) in myself because a coping mechanism comes online out of this fear. Any advice on this?
  17. Yeah these are solid recommendations. Go with those too!
  18. The post I read said because of the gravitational pull of the other galaxies bend the curvature of space time.
  19. Was that helpful? What are your thoughts?
  20. You dont "need" a professional per se. Im a fan of shadow work which is basically self therapy. Professionals will just try to prescribe you something you dont need. What you need to do is understand observing the distinction between thinking and awareness. The ego loves to come up with any form of distraction that will make you focus on thoughts instead of awareness. Awareness in this context would be the "Observer" or the Observation itself which is "perceiving" these thoughts. You allow them to pass, no matter how often they arise again you let them pass, the more you allow yourself to focus on them the more energy you put into them that sustains them. Thoughts like that only matter based on how your interpreting them, so setting in the awareness and ground yourself back into actuality, The environment your in, your other senses, the breath. There is also a book you will find helpful called "Overcoming Unwanted and Intrusive Thoughts" It describes the different 'types or variety' of thought, which you have been able to identify a specific type of thought your having so thats a step in the right direction. The variety type we could classify your case would be in the " Illness Death and Dying section or the Self harm/harming others category" these are just a type of thought no different from any other thoughts really, it just carries your bias with it because it makes you uncomfortable because you dont understand yet what thoughts are, the book also explains how you can deal with them and that they are actually normal to experience from time to time, but your specific case seems they are more common and thats only because you've made a consistent pattern of focusing on them which made them 'sticky' since you been feeding them with your attention, they keep coming back. It takes awhile but the longer you settle in witnessing them and letting them to go the less sticky they will be. I find that knowing the varieties and placing uncomfortable thoughts into its own category increases your attention of them allowing them to be observed and analyzed with out reaction to them emotionally, and reduces its moment cuz now your changing its meaning to be an object to be placed in a box to let go of so to speak. Its a little more complicated than that but thats the general idea or an initial perspective I can give you to work with this kind of thing to get you started, if you have more questions let me know.
  21. Oh ok, you mentioned Owen Cooks energy worker? how have you never heard of him? i thought it might have been one of his videos lol.
  22. I think the notion of "next dream" is false. There is only the iteration of continued dreaming indefinitely with the observable distinctions being changes in 'State' of Consciousness. So its more about asking will actions in one state create consequences in different following 'State' Its hard to say for certain. Theres karma. So the likelyhood is possible. But Ive experienced radical state changes where as my prior state was completely left in the dust. Nothing carried over or applied to the New State. It was an entire new reality. However it was short experienced so there was no way to really tell if anything I did in my prior state made any difference but it didn't feel like it.
  23. @SourceCodo Hey man, What is the exact title of the Owen video your talking about?
