I am becoming more aware of the emotions, how they change so much and I am observing the impermanence of my personality or ego. I am not the same person, I am all the time changing, I am change. Constant change. But that I am is the one that I am now identified with, the true I am is unchangeable. It doesn't change, is always there observing how my character change, the character that I play in the movie of life.

@theking00 Maybe you can stay in that feeling until you feel confortable to let it do whatever is going to do. I really would like to experience it. Fear is the reaction of survival of the ego.

Explain in detail what you feel. How do you know you are about to die?

Ego backslash happening. Big depression, but I managed to keep in observer mode. I were half in awareness and half in the ego. I was watching a soccer match, which I always was a big fan and now I was thinking "what a boring thing!" Lol I am beginning to see through the illusion, but I also understand is what it IS. It is necessary to be like that. So I go to a point of total acceptance. I am sure that this will pass, and it happens. It passes. Awareness is always there. Thoughts about enlightenment being a silly thing, then at the next moment I can see enlightenment is the only truth. The mind going backwards, forward, anywhere... and I only watch it do its thing. I found an article on internet, very interesting. And reading it I realize it is true. Non duality tend to bring sudden enlightenment, seeing through the veil of illusion but it brings big ego backslash. Because is too radical. You need to be prepared, otherwise you can go back to ego or worst. Vipassana meditation, is more slow and it tends to help more to assimilate insights. IMO is more safe, but more slow... really. But, we have eternity to reach enlightenment, so why to rush the process??? Blessings!

Totally agree. But in my vision, they are closer to truth, but nevertheless they are not truth still. But I am not trying to show I am right, just pointing to what is my understanding. In the end, is all concepts, even my opinion is not true hehehe... But it is true that we have to use concepts to transcend concepts, as Alan Watts said, is like biting our own teeth.

That's super smart, I am also in a state of "not knowing"... is the wisest thing to do. I know, and I appreciate it. I also try not to assume anything about others. As Jesus said: "Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. For the way you judge others is how you will be judged — the measure with which you measure out will be used to measure to you."

I consider solipsism the idea that the person is the only one, that's what solipsism says. That's a really fundamental different between solipsism and non duality, because non duality accepts the diversity. It is only one in reality but there's all the POV of the persons who are being lived by reality. Solipsism says that only one person exists, one ego... not sure if the say there's a God or consciousness.

Your life matters. Because you are part of reality and God want to experience how it is being you. Words are pointers. Hallucination is just a way to say that reality is not as "solid" as we thought it was. There's also spirit. Don't let your mind deceive you. Everything you do has a purpose. You can see life from all points of view. Choose wisely.

@Bill W I agree with a lot of things you say Bill. I'm not closed to other beliefs and techniques for liberation. Maybe I'm wrong. I learned the difference through an Eckhart Tolle YouTube video. He said the belief comes from the ego, from our ideas and thoughts, from others, from the world and faith is more like a knowing or understanding that it was always in you but you were not aware of it Like from your intuition or real self.

@Bill W theres a different between faith and belief. They call it faith but it is not. It's a belief, dogma... You can see the truth from that set of beliefs but is much harder than real understanding and true faith. IMO.
