Thanks @ivankiss I really feel proud of myself, but I realize how the I am is changing powerfully. Really, in a way I didn't knew it could happen. So in reality I know is not "me" who is doing the change but it is ME or the I AM, so it is everything because is not in my control. It just happen effortlessly. It is really a miracle hehehehe....

Right now I am feeling that I am in the level of anger. I didn't accept it before, but now I know.... and leting that anger be, manifest is making it go away. Incredible. Never expected that to happen. I was always containing the anger and avoiding it. Thanks @ivankiss for sharing!

@Nahm are you saying that all thoughts are there and I am (the small I am) choosing the ones that are related to this small perspective? If ego becomes aware of all thoughts he will see THAT and of course, dissapear or kill itself?

This is Key to liberation, maybe that's what I still need to be completely "free"... of ego... :-P

I also experienced panic attacks after an awakening @arlin It was extremely scaring to me that I went to the hospital and I stayed there like a week Lol... it was crazy really. I realized that most of the people who are suicidal or having weird thoughts are close to awakening but they have no one who can channel what they are experiencing. IMO. If I didn't have any previous experience of meditation or espiritual background as I had maybe I would have ended in that hospital for the rest of my life with a straight jacket hehehehe... The only way that you can pass through those experiences IMO is just to focus on awareness and forget what the mind is doing, let the mind do whatever it wants, just be the observer of it... don't try to use reason, that's the trap. And don't forget that it doesn't matter what it happens in your mind, it will pass... but you will be always aware of everything that is happening. The only thing is that is not happening to the real YOU. :-)

@Leo Gura I see the actual teachings of the Church as the "modern pharisees" that wanted Jesus dead. They are in reality adoring an idea of Jesus (or Christ), they converted Christ in the contrary of what he was trying to teach. Ironic, right?

Christ = Consciousness God = The Absolute That's why in the Genesis it says that God was first and Christ was with him. Seems like Christ was created by God, in reality is consciousness that is posible to manifest in the absolute, and then all the things can be created because we are conscious, so if there's consciousness you can be conscious of objects, etc... that was Christ. That's why they say "Everything for him was created"... think about that. Jesus is the avatar only, he becomes conscious of God in himself when he is Jesuschrist. That Christ is in you, in me in everyone... it's not only "inside Jesus" as the Church teaches.

@Conscious life I don't agree with that. That "maybe one" is that they will realize they are one with everything. That's the problem with reading the Bible, everyone gives their own interpretation, we will never agree on that point. I think... I repeat, I am Christian but I read more into the mystic Christians, they understood that. John of the Cross, Meister Ekchart, even the ortodox Church understand this different than Catholics and Evangelicals. I was evangelical, but now I consider myself plain Christian. I am more close to what the mystics understood about Christ, the Desert fathers, etc....

I agree with that too... maybe you are right. I know a lot of Christians that got all the teachings wrong but they still experience things that make me think they are awaken too. Well, thanks for making me notice that.

@Keyhole It's not ridiculous, Jesus himself warned about it when he talked about the sin against the holy spirit. If you deny "the kingdom of God withing you" you are doing a sin against the holy spirit, because you can't be saved... you are denying salvation.

@Conscious life I am Christian and I think mainstream Christianity took all Jesus teachings and twisted them so much, that they are doing the contrary of what he taught. He taught that we are God, but look at the twisted explanation that traditional Churches have to give to this teaching of him and you will understand how they are teaching it all wrong. John 10:34 Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are "gods"'? They say that in that text he was talking about "judges" that's ridiculous.... and crazy...

I know Arzola, but when she is saying things and conclusions that she is arriving that are wrong, maybe something can be done. But you are right, is Leo's decision to do so... :-)

I think it should be possible to sue that guy. Isn't it?
