  1. I'm trying to do a morning routine, normally I just take a shower first time in the morning. Then I go into breakfast, I am also in the process of switching to a healthier breakfast, as Leo said, more veggies, etc. Not so much bread and sugar. My idea is to make at least 15 minutes of exercise, first thing in the morning, then shower and after that meditate at least 20 minutes. Then breakfast and getting ready to work. I'm working on creating that morning routine. And then before going to bed I try to meditate again. :-)
