  1. I took these six mechanical unconscious workings of the human mind from Leo's video on Pyotr Ouspenskii. I simply have them written on a card I use as a bookmark. Oft times monkeys forget and oft times monkeys need reminding. I can't remember the Islamic term for this at this present moment of typing. (The reason Mohamed made prayer such a huge part of the Muslim doctrine) Simply thought I'd share for anyone who missed such or needs reminding Video Below. --- * Self Deception / Lying Pretending we fully comprehend. * Imagination - Fantasy * Self Talking Fear - Dislike of silence. * Negative Emotions Lack or loss of self control * Distraction This is a huge obstacle to Self-Actualization and Enlightenment work * Criticising and Judgements The Ego looking outwards instead of looking within ---
  2. Loving this series so far @Leo Gura We're all looking forward to Green and beyond P.s you should say cu** more
  3. Perhaps this should be posted into the SA sub-forum. I don't know. Enjoy
  4. @sarapr I couldn't find anything on Hermit Japan worth sharing but it was obviously Deep Blue for so much of the last 500 to a 1000 years (No idea how long) Scorsese's newest movie Silence is all about Japan defending itself against Jesuit Priests and Catholicism. Trailer below. It is a long film and great for observing Ego and history. I recommend. Beautiful Cinematography. I doubt there are any documentaries of worth talking about such since there is no footage or pictures etc. Perhaps there are books people might be able to recommend. I'm not sure what other Hermit like Kingdoms or Empires there were throughout history. I only know of Japan and todays North Korea. These two are another Deep Blue Extreme very much like how Nazi Germany or Communist China is an Extreme Deep Blue. Man made Dejima in Nagasaki is pretty fascinating to look at for an hour. The Japanese were brutal at defending their truth and collective ego.
  5. You said videos but here are a load of Blue pictures regardless.
  6. So much Blue. I think she is Christian also.
  7. Blue reacting against Red
  8. @Nahm Silly Monkeys
  9. @Leo Gura I have been looking forward to you diving deeper into the model of Spiral Dynamics. You delivered sir I'm excited to ascend into the more complex comprehending stages as the weeks go by. I appreciate your work. Have a good day dude.
  10. @louvar He talks about our corrupt consumer culture and how Science, The Health System, Agriculture and The Legal System all revolve around money instead of conscious altruistic betterment for we monkeys and our habitat. He talks about self actualization and how young men should / could become coaches, basically sages, to guide others. Though he doesn't use the term Self Actualization nor Sage. He doesn't use the term Ego but basically talks about how we will begin to awaken as a whole race and ascend what we are now. Light shining onto the darkness etc etc. Spiral Dynamics . . upwards unto yellow and turquoise.
  11. @Quanty He isn't enlightened no but he is on the path
  12. @Ether Maybe he also grew up?
  13. This first one is a more beginner level video where she eases people into the concept of meditation and gives examples of benefits to the practice (though I will add you puts a slight unique and pleasant spin on it) Ultimately she leads the listener to the second podcast below. She acts as a stepping stone unto Vinay Gupta and his process / practice to achieve enlightenment. I think both are valuable depending on ones level and experience. Both are great listens hence I'm sharing. Maybe someone will learn from and enjoy
  14. Just re watched this and had to share it on this forum for everyone. It is somewhat an introduction into Tony Wrights work and perhaps some of you will be interested in such. This is a link that is in the description box within the video What fruit can do for you. Some of the links are broken so I figured I'd put this here also. I have no experience with any of this so I have nothing to add to Kerry's words. Simply thought I'd share since Tony Wright only has a few thousand subs on Youtube and I think he is relatively unknown.
  15. @Nahm She has recently been uploading videos about meditation and the like. She is new to the actual practice of sitting I think but she is the sort of person who would embrace it all and go deep. Kerry's mind and Master speaking ability makes me smile. She has a great YT channel
