  1. @AlphaAbundance Thanks for your reply. Yes, true that these are my thoughts. Probably scenarios causing emotions. Problems are clear and they can be resolved. I have to find a way to get to Vietnam. I can always borrow from friends, If I really need it. It is emotionally tough and challenging. There is an option that I goto Australia and then get to Vietnam, I have to go through double quarantine. More stress , but I will find a way. THanks for the support
  2. Hi, I have been working hard towards my goal of becoming a singer & composer for last 2 years. I had lots of songs/covers lined up. I live in Vietnam, I bought all the recording equipment and made a mini studio in my home. I came to India to meet my parents and siblings. Then, the lock-down happened. I got stuck here since March. Ever since, i don't have any equipment to practice or do anything. It is making me so restless and depressed. I finally was able to get a mini (kids keyboard) to work with. Though, I am finding myself increasingly frustrated (It's been 3 months being in India).I recently got angry and threw my mouse at the screen and cracked the screen.I RARELY lose patience and get angry. I find myself kicking and punching things and objects randomly. I now read that the borders maybe closed for another 6 months. It is really impacting me emotionally. I mediate and visualize regularly, but its not helping me much. I feel like, I m wasting my life away. Plus, I lost my income as well. My job is still waiting for me, but they stopped paying me. I probably will have to borrow money. I am losing my motivation to sing and compose. I don't even feel like playing the keyboard anymore. Please any help or any suggestions are welcome too. Thank You
  3. @molosku Thank you so much for that video. I watched it, it gave me some new insights. WE all are connected so judgement is like passing it onto myself! Thank You
  4. Hi All, I recorded a cover video and posted it on YouTube recently. There was a lot of resistance which came up. I decided to go with a stage persona and I felt it aligned to the kind of music I was into. Thank you for supporting me. There is still a lot to learn. More videos to come. Thanks!
  5. @Nahm I had one white baord , but I wrote too many tasks on it too. I just bought a new one, just to write my goals. SO, I should write my goals as already achieved 3 times a day? Should I visualize it too ? Or just write? Just one or 2 goals, I have 1 music related and 1 finance related goal.
  6. Hi, I have bought Esther Hicks books and have been practicing a visualization by Jake Ducey (I try to do it daily). Initially, I doubted them all. Now, my online income has double to 350$ a month (from 130$). Also, I manifested 1300$ AUD (which I though I will never get) into my life. I took very little action and all these things have happened in the last 2 months. Sometimes, I can't believe what is happening. If this is true, that means there is almost very little to no component of taking action in LOA. I am getting more faith in LOA. I think I will be financially free within couple of years! I also read that Leo has changed his stance on Law of Attraction. He emphasized a lot on action before, but not so much now. Can anyone recommend me the best exercises and any rituals or visualizations they do? I would highly - highly appreciate it! I will share all the exercises I do. Thank you
  7. THank you for your responses. I have tried to mediate and sit with the feeling. It's hard , but I can see some improvement. I am trying to just be an observer of myself. Look at myself from a 3rd person view and trying to actually listen. I am trying on my path and trying to forget "It's self". Live on the edge, ie the Hero's journey. It is scary, but I am sure it will be worth it. Thanks
  8. Hi guys, I have found my Life purpose after a long soul searching and uncomfortable coaching sessions and some tears. I am on my path to becoming a singer/musician. However, I am slowly realizing that I judge other musicians a lot. For ex - Justin Beiber, I call that guy names and think he is a very poor musician. I also judge other YouTUbe stars too. I was going through some personal development videos online and I came across the line that "The more you judge others the more harder it becomes to do something Bold". I think that is the exact thing that has been stopping me! I have good singing skills and can play some music too, but I keep putting off putting my music on YouTube because of fear of being judged. How can I work on this ? Are there any meditation/exercises I can do to drop the judgement. ?? Has anyone faced this before? Thank You!
  9. @bmcnicho You are totally right. I never found a woman who was going to support me on my mission. Most women hindered my mission and I let them go. (Got Red pilled - ROllo TOmassi) It is very difficult to find a partner who understands you at a deep level. You are better off being alone. Every social relationship has social obligations. Remember that. A lot of super successful men where Bachelors - Tesla, Newton, Mozart. Illusion of "perfect woman" has been broken for me. I am no longer a slave to that desire. I feel that's why Life purpose is so important. If you have that and you are obsessed with it, no one will be distract you for long. Sure, you can indulge in pleasures occasionally, but the best pleasure is pleasure of achievement. Cheers.
  10. @Peo I have 3 different answers to this - Because I tried so many things. First question you need to ask, Do you want to do this to "save time", money or energy or all of them or for enlightenment purposes? 1. For Enlightenment/ spiritual purpose. I would recommend you try Vipassna meditaitona and join a 10 day retreat. THis will equip you with the tool to transcend desires. You can try Chakra meditation and breathing meditation. You can also try Semen retention/ No Fap (I tried for 3 months - It has some benefits - but I was too horny and too distracted by women, so, I stopped this) 2. Getting over need of relationship | Taking the Red pill on women - Richard cooper + Rollo Tomassi. This one was the hardest to take and swallow and I was depressed for few months. It talks about the realities of evolution and female nature and that women are hypergamous (They always seek higher status men , and that 'love' as we men feel is mostly fictional concept). Read the book - THe Rational MAle. I saw how was manipulated over years by women , and after this I went through a small phase of anger/depression. Eventually, I got over it and realized that I am free and I don't need a woman. WIth women comes a lot of issues and challenges and it has been made worse with social media. This made me see that there is not too much to be gained with being with a woman, unless you find a true gem who supports you in every way (which is too rare). 3. Getting over need to have a woman to have sex | Finding alternates to releasing sexual energy. This will sound/look very weird. Most men mostly want great feeling of sex or touch of a woman. I was super skeptical about this. One of my friend who is a very attractive man. I asked him he must be getting many girls, how does he control himself. He first didn't answer and after pestering him enough. He said he has "someone" at home. THen he showed me this. It was sex doll! First, I was shocked and surprised, but the doll looked very real unlike what I thought about them (science and technology has come far). He said he doesn't want to distract himself from his goals, so this doll takes care of the need to have sex and female touch. He said it was one of the best decisions he ever made. He also has a nice dog for companionship/affection and buddies to hangout/chat. I also bought a toy to check it out. It does the job for me. So, there you have it. If you can tell me what you are really looking for I can be more specific. I faced this dilemma and tried it all. I still do meditation regularly though.
  11. HI, I have seen this statement : "How you do anything, is how you do everything" ? Use a lot recently in personal development. However, I personally find it conflicting with the Idea from the book - THe One Thing by Gary Keller. He talks about counter-balancing and that we should focus on doing only few - just ONE thing with excellence. Rest we have to try to balance. Even Robin Sharma talks about focusing on the "Major rocks" and letting other things take less priority. For example - Some rockstars are amazing musicians/singers but there health is crap or there relationships are very bad. I feel it's not necesary to do do all things with Excellence. I hate cleaning and cooking. SO, I have hired a cook and cleaner do that for me. So, this statment confuses me even more. Any thoughts are welcome. THanks
  12. @NoSelfSelf Mate start here - I also bought his course. https://youtu.be/-SeSL9WdVBo worth it! really good info
  13. @Nahm Yes, I am doing the yawning exercises. Focusing on the posture and relaxing my body while singing. I don't know more about diaphragm exercises. I focus mostly on Lip rolls, Pianissimo and Glottal Fry exercises. I checked Ken out he is quite good. I already have a 2 courses with me - one from Eric Arcenaux So, I was wondering whether I should I buy his course? I feel I should master the previous courses. Let me work with my vocal coach and then see what I need to do. @Quanty I strongly believe in getting coaching and guidance, we all have blindspots. A coach can help us see them and shorten our learning curve. George Leonard in mastery is big on - First class instruction. So, am I. If you are serious you should consider getting coaching.
  14. @Nahm Thanks for you reply. I really appreciate it. I know the challenges we need to overcome to sing well. I am getting in the groove slowly. I try to practice for 20 mins then have some fun singing and then again practice for 20 mins. I can't do 40 mins straight. I am slowly building my discipline. If you can give me some tips on how to practice correctly that will be great. Though, I still feel that any musician should focus on one skill first or have one as a primary skill. I don't know any world class singer who is a Virtuoso guitarist or vice-versa. (Other than Alexi Laiho and, even his main skill is Guitar and vocals is is good but not fantastic. ). I am happy to be wrong and know some other musicians. My natural inclination is towards Singing. So, I focus mostly on singing until my throat and voice gets fatigued then I focus on guitar. They both require intense focus, sometimes I get incredibly tired (mentally) when I try to do both at in the same day. I am making faster progress at Guitar than singing, but my natural inclination is at singing. I slowly getting in the flow, but that happens like 1 in 20 times. I can sense the magic of flow state at times. I have also contacted few coaches to train me online. let see how I progress.
