I am not sure which sub forum to put this but i guess its health related so itll be here ANyhow back in high school i used to dream probably 2 out of every 3 nights, practically everyday. Really intense, vivid, beautiful and weird dreams. Now that im in college for a few years, my dreams pretty much are gone, i am verrrry lucky if i dream 2-3 dreams in a month :'(. My sleep schedule is horrible, i usually go to sleep around 2-3am and wake up either 7am (if i have a 8am class) or 12pm (if i dont have anything that day). Is there a supplements/herbs that help intensify dreams?

Hey so i have this one "habit" if you will which is where i will pick the skin of my lips for absolutley no reason until it bleeds, and usually ill even continue until my lips are completely bloody. I noticed it happens most often when im home alone or studying, never in public, and most when i have tests/much schoolwork. Back in highschool i use to pick my lips sometimes, but now in college its nonstop. I saw a school photo back when i was in 2nd grade (i think i was 7 or so) and was shocked to see that my lips were all crusty and bloody too. i go through several tubes of chapstick a month to attempt to stop it but that doesnt work. Ive read books and watched youtube videos that say that everything, every action, has something subconscious behind it that is causing me to do this action. How can i uncover and stop this action? something so deep that i had since a child? thats nearly 2 decades worth of anxiety-driven lippicking?

@Arman i completely agree with you. i think a reason why me (and practically everyone on here) quite like Leo's approach to explaining this is because he does it in a non-bullshit, straight to the point, open to skeptism way. I noticed Faceless's way of explaining the concept of nonduality is through the use of something similar to riddles. However i dont think his points are wrong or anything, just that sometimes ( a lot of the times) when i dont understand, i feel like im dumb or inadequate to understand this lesson thats being presented to me. Sometimes i get frustrated when i ask him to elaborate but he doesnt answer the question directly, instead answers by the use of other riddles. Then again there is a great deal of myself projecting onto faceless's answers (my insecurity leading me to believe that im dumb since i dont understand or my somewhat lacking of self-worth jumping to conclusions that he is speaking is a condescending-im-more-spiritual-than-you kinda way). We are all here to learn. Peace Also just wondering @Mikael89 @Faceless @Outer @Anna1 have any of you actually experienced no-self, or "enlightenment". Not talking about the philosophical questioning that all is one, but actually feeling it, the infinite?

when i see a guy, i dont really look at his clothes, i dont think i even notice. But from the comments on here i see i am in the minority on this issue. As long as its nothing too intense, your good. As the comment above said, its better if you have a certain style, that really shows "you" rather than individual items of clothing.

Sooo i just got my mri results back yesterday, i was so nervous, my knees were shaking on the way to the hospital. Good news is they found nothing serious BUT they did find that i have a cyst in my pineal gland! its 10mmx5mm big. Does anyone have any experience with these or know anyone with them? I assume that, according to metaphysical properties, i probably have a very closed 6th chakra. Does anyone have any tips for healing the pineal (so far i know about getting rid of flouride and taking skate liver oil supplements) Thank you guys so so much in advance. Im still a little worried, just thinking about a tiny sac of fluid in the middle of my brain :/...

@Solace i do that for 20 min a day (mindfulness) but i am still riddled with thoughts/fantasies/daydreams, you name it. But it certainly helped a little, i used to be worse

how can we understand the stream, the stream and movement and thought?
