The difference between toxic people and empathetic people Toxic people are like a glass with a hole at the bottom making it bottomless. So if you keep pouring, it never fills up, you just have to keep pouring and it's a waste of time and you get drained investing and pouring so much and still nothing. What this means is that even if you showed full loyalty and pure unconditional love to a toxic person, no matter how much you try to please them, you will come back empty because they are empty to begin with. They will give you nothing even if they pretend like they care about you. They will throw you out when they don't need you anymore. They are like this bottomless cup On the other hand, empathetic people are like closed cups with a small space. All you need to do is show little love and support and they are immediately full and they give you back the same loyalty and trust and love that you offered them. They don't take you for granted or drain your energies. Rather they are grateful for your presence.. Like this little cup that gets full quickly. Life is to be lived like this spring. Jump back to normal from setbacks and keep moving on and doing better.

Mini spiritual exercise I want to use a mini ritual where I will shame my inner demons, the feelings of darkness, despair and hopelessness. This will help me to detect such feelings or demons when they arise and be more connected or tuned in with my inner flow. I will call this exercise the bonfire exercise. I can create a campfire in my garden outside my house. A small bonfire or campfire with some twigs and lighter fluid. Then sit near the bonfire and call out the darkness inside and all the dark entities or feelings of despair or sabotaging feelings and then shame them so that they are not given any validation. Shaming the inner demons out. Shaming is the best way of invalidating these feelings and dissociate them. Also laughing at these feelings to ridicule them. Mini bonfire ritual.

Now create positive warm energy and impinge this object with your positive mantras, spells, magic words, sigil/symbol, prayer, blessings and energy. This object is now charged. The main objective of bonfire ceremonies and dances will be to drive away and scare off negative forces. Industrialization is the biggest evil that happened to mankind. It wiped out all traditional cultures and spiritual practices and any form of relationship or connection with nature was properly extinguished.

I also want to focus on assembling my Patumba art collection. Girl you go girl. The Patumba use a wand, mostly black or Grey or gold colored wand that they consider a mini version of the Struppeh. They carry it in their hands as a spiritual unit, a symbol of their spiritual living. So when they are not around a real struppeh they still have something that reminds them of it and keeps them close to their spiritual powers and assets. This mini struppeh is called bah-struppeh I can use a candle or a wand of rose quartz to serve the purpose of the mini struppeh.

Using supernatural forces to cure inner demons.

In simple words this is called exploitation.. Happens a lot in the movie industry. The likes of Harvey Weinstein..eventually someone wakes up and breaks the code of the system to reveal its evil secrets. It's a subtle method of emotional blackmail and manipulation To prey on someone's helplessness because they are in a subordinate position and you are in the authoritarian one. This is what is called corrupt authority, the likes of Trump who peep into women contestants changing clothes during a beauty pageant. Typical stage Red/Blue/Toxic Orange mentality to use a bait as an exploit.
