@Hotaka I also had many dreams about Leo. He is usually a certain fixed way in the dream. I don't remember a lot of details of the dreams though except that I saw Leo in those.

Try to look at it something not as important as it seems. Focus on your growth and think of the problems as obstacles that shouldn't deserve a lot of your energy or time. Not more than necessary. Only give a limited amount of time to process and think and reflect on whatever problems you have right now but try to bounce back to normal and immediately seek closure on the said issue and mentally wrap it up like a gift box and then mentally throw this box out of the window. And then go about with your life. And remember to be gentle with yourself. I believe that you need a ton of gentleness to be able to feel good.

Healthy stage Blue definitely puts away a lot of the unhealthy parts of stage Red. It's very useful in grounding and of course it also becomes a foundation or basis for Stage Green. Stage Green cannot be stage Green without a healthy blue at its core.

So I see a bunch of my college mates just trying to find some space in the elevator. That elevator doesn't look normal by any definition. It looks like a thin slice cut into the wall and a door that slides over it... Only four people can stand next to each other on this elevator rim and the door will close on them. Then the elevator goes up. I was getting claustrophobic looking at it. How can I breathe if the door closes across my face? It felt very suffocating. The scene cuts to another pathway next to the elevator.

Everyone looks good. Nobody is really unattractive. Don't go by what someone told you. And if someone said that you are ugly, it reflects more on their ugly mindset, and it's not about you.. All this lookism discrimination is giving everyone a self esteem grenade assault. It needs to be fought tooth and nail. Raise your self esteem so that you never allow such mindsets in your life.. Nobody is born beautiful or ugly. Just a bunch of nonsense to make people feel bad, nothing else. @GroovyGuru. You are good looking as you are. Don't internalize what someone says to you. It's they who are lacking heart and intellect. I had my ex call me ugly repeatedly through the relationship. It used to hurt so bad. And then there were other people who always called me beautiful If someone wants to put you down it's their problem. Not yours. You're not lacking. They are lacking in love. I have moved on from the terrible person who always attacked my self esteem brutally.. And finally found a person who truly appreciates me. Find a woman/man who appreciates you for who you are. And those who make you feel bad for being you, they don't deserve to live in your life rent free. Give them the boot the way I gave the boot to my ex for good. Don't want such people in life.

@Karmadhi your arguments are full of sexist generalizations about women. Do you know anything about women for you to even use the word "pussy" in the most degrading fashion? Why are you claiming so so so much about women when you are not a woman and when you claim that you don't have any experience with women? How do you know how women feel or what's good or bad for them? How are you so so sure that a woman will not have any issues in getting a guy? And if women don't speak up as much as men, does that mean they don't have any problems? Why assume so much regarding women when you haven't been in lots of relationships with them and even if you supposedly were, how can you be so sure of what goes on in a woman's psyche at all?

@Karmadhi be a little appreciative of women and tone down the looks based discrimination. If the guy above feels discriminated with regard to looks, women also feel the same way when you make such statements. Girls don't owe anything to men for them to used up like a ladder for practice. Such statements hurt women who are working on their self esteem and don't wish to be used up and dumped by men. Be careful how you judge women in the name of pragmatic advice. You're basically telling a man to raise his self esteem and in the same sentence attacking a woman's self esteem. Can you see it? A basic respect for women is always expected out of men. Try not to cross that line. You're encouraging bad treatment of women. And also using degrading language.. Gender is a 2 way street. You can't expect one gender to be happy by demeaning the opposite gender. You're being incredibly offensive and your views are very sexist. Tone down

Ugh this thread. Such demonizing and insulting women's looks. Looking at women like a piece of meat. And then they wonder why women are so unhappy. (on such a high consciousness forum, speak about women with a tiny bit of dignity please??)

Using a movement to simply focus on racism when so many factors are responsible for the social situation of both white and black communities.

@soos_mite_ah you don't understand. It's like telling someone don't be a funny person. There is no nothing wrong with love bombing. It creates endorphins. The tactic is not the problem but the intention. A lot of my friends are married to men who love bombed them even more than what narcissists do. It's a red flag only if the person uses it to lure in vulnerable people, only when a narcissist does that. It's not evil. One can enjoy it as long as it lasts without being emotionally attached. It's a common dating tactic that men often use. Not all are narcissists. And it helps build attraction. The intention is important not the charming technique. If the guy has good intentions, nothing wrong with love bombing a girl and get her as a girlfriend. The only difference is that it won't work on people with lots of experience.
