  1. Take comfort in a story Take comfort in a place Take comfort in a conversation
  2. Searching for that sense of normalcy.
  3. You don't understand. There are already such things. Do you think that the right wing that invests so much money into propaganda won't use a little bit of tech support to build a platform for free speech crusaders to gather together. Haven't you heard of Gab and Bitchute? You know what happened there. Gab was shut down by the Federal government because one of the persons there had been posting weird stuff and then they went and blew up a synagogue. Look up. That's what happens on such sites. All sorts of anti Semitic bullshit is allowed there and that is basically more of radicalization rather than free speech. Nobody really stops anyone from thinking anything or saying anything. But what a person says especially on a platform where they can have some amount of power is obviously going to have its own consequences. If your so called free speech causes people to pick up guns then I won't call it free speech. Time for you to open your eyes really wide.
  4. Are you acting creepy with that person for getting attention or getting a reaction out of them. I was just wondering. Try not to objectify. And remember everyone likes to be respected when approached The most basic thing in any relationship is Respect. And if they don't feel respected by you, they will walk away. Also, you can only respect others when you are able to respect yourself.
  5. Learn to control impulsive behaviors. It ruins happiness.. It's about you if that person didn't genuinely meant to hurt.
  6. They want to constantly use the term "big tech company" as if being a big tech company is a crime. In this case, one has to be grateful to capitalism for giving leverage to public opinion. Candace has wool on her eyes. She repeats the same regurgitated nonsense that comes out of the mouth of the great Tucker Carlson. She has zero merit. All shenanigans to impress her big Daddys.
  7. So I had this insight this morning. About collective improvement. That each one of us is capable of evil and dark thoughts. But at the same time the only way to start the new path (the path to a spiritual life) is to give up our older selves and come completely clean, say out aloud all the lies and all the truths, not leave anything to speculation and scrub out the older self (the old narcissistic traits or behaviors or any bad mistakes, thoughts) and keep scrubbing out slowly slowly slowly slowly slowly slowly and becoming this new clean person ready to start a new path, a new life, a new spiritual life. And I think everyone who is ready to lead a moral life can do this. I will call this collective improvement. Instead of looking at things in a very black and white perspective where you think that a certain person has to be the devil who has to go through atonement and demonization with constant bullying and lynch mob pitchfork mentality, why not think that people are capable of positive change and become better people. When you blame someone and find someone to burn it's almost as if you're calling a fat person fat fat fat fat fat but you don't want them to lose that weight, you kinda want them to stay fat so you can keep calling them fat. But what if they change? Will you be able to appreciate this change? Or will you call this a ploy for sympathy or damage control. We're human beings and we have to accept human nature. To consider ourselves saints and Incapable of any error is an inherent form of narcissism in itself. To be able to understand and accept one's own flaws in their entirety and then take a pledge to move on and improve on those flaws, to become a better person after learning better, that's the right way to grow. To halt this growth in oneself and others is also narcissistic. What I find is that people will move on whether you call them good or bad. If you don't want to hop on the train of collective improvement, well it's your loss and you will be left behind with all your flaws because of your never ending self righteousness. If you think that you are smart, you're right all the time, you're the go to authority for everything in life, you're the best person, that you can never do wrong and that your judgement is always right, you're invincible, and you think that you will never do any wrong in life, you're basically setting up yourself for failure and blinding yourself to your own flaws and errors. Such people can never be a part of collective improvement. Self righteousness is another thing that keeps us away from spirituality. I've realized that in order to change you have to be aware and accept human frailties and flaws. Also I've realized that evil will never be truly non existent. It will always be there. Evil will always be there. But like autism, evil is also on a spectrum. Even narcissism is on a spectrum. That means that some people do lesser evil and some people do greater evil. But those who do lesser evil are capable of overcoming it. But not those who are self righteous and engage in finger pointing behaviors because they can never overcome anything. They leave no room for it. I believe that we can all collectively improve and lead a sane moral life. I want to be able to create hope where people who do wrong things can improve and are open to improving rather than have this black and white mentality of one person being the devil and the other person is an angel. One thing that we would need is to clean house and completely shed the older skin in which we lived.. And then start new pure, clean fresh like pure fresh water. To me pure clean fresh water represents spirituality. You know how it feels. It is cleaning every dirt from your face and body. You have to clean your spirit in the same way as well. Your past mentality, your old beliefs, your narcissistic ways, your old bad behaviors, your flaws, when not scrubbed out, they become like a thick cloak over you and this thick cloak does not allow new light, new insight, new spiritual ways to penetrate you. You become impenetrable because of this layer of gunk of old skin (old mentality) over you.. If you keep this old mentality like that and don't get rid of it, it also interferes with your new path and makes your new path corrupted and redundant. There is no point in learning new spiritual techniques and enlightenment if your pre-enlightenment old patterns of thinking are going to remain the same. It's like... you know, before enlightenment chop wood carry water, and after enlightenment, chop wood carry water. I know it can mean something else but I don't like it in this context that you remain the same person with the same old beliefs. I won't call that spiritual growth.
  8. I think self righteousness is also something that takes us away from spirituality.
  9. @Leo Gura I completely trust Biden. He comes across as the most sane individual so far. So I'd say he is far better than most, even Bernie.
  10. Trump has made a joke out of centuries old American constitution Those founders must be rolling in their graves.
  11. @DocWatts I know right. Maybe he should check his own privilege when his Daddy pardons him.
  12. @Extreme Z7 is this real? How long before the lines between reality and fiction are blurred!
  13. The film is gross. The film was antithetical to its own message. I found the director dumb.
  14. @Leo Gura what would you say about Antifa? Do you think they are similar to the Nazi in their approach?
  15. The way he points his finger though, so vulgar. He is already following in the footsteps of his dad.
  16. Nazis and leftists? What am I reading? Oh maybe they mean in terms of curtailing their freedom of speech like they banned Trump from Twitter. Maybe that's what they're referring to as a nazi move. Frankly, putting a ban on hate or violence incitement is not exactly infringing constitutional freedom of speech. Nazi = against natural freedoms. (constitutional freedoms) Leftist = against Misuse of natural freedoms and clamping down on destructive freedoms. If by Nazi they mean the behavior of Antifa, then there is some legitimacy there. However Antifa does not really represent the Left. It's the far end of the left which is hijacked and corrupted by violent extremists. Let's face it.. When the Left does violence, it's usually burning buildings to prove a point. To create sensation.. When the Right calls for violence, it calls for annihilation of certain groups of people who they don't deem worthy of existence. The comparison of the Right to something like Antifa is a joke because Antifa is not in your face everyday pumping you up whereas the Right is pretty much ubiquitous in their hate propaganda brigade, for example Trump.
  17. @louhad there's nothing like liberal privilege. It's a hoax.
  18. Meanwhile in Trump USA, Trump was banned from Twitter. That's a huge step to progressivism.
  19. What's warlords of Liberia? Is Liberia a country? If it is, I've never heard of it before. Puzzled.
  20. Lmao Donald Ex Twittler. Campaign Twitter account banned as well. I'm too giddy just hearing this. I'm enjoying this news like...
  21. What I'm understanding here is that a lot of the values in Christianity are sort of an import from Judaism. I'm also trying to map what takes people away from spirituality. I believe that marriage is fundamentally evil. I'm not going to explain why and it doesn't matter what I think anyway. I think spirituality is like a central pillar and lot of the things that we do take us away from this central pillar.
  22. I can't imagine a president being deplatformed. Looks like we're in an apocalyptic dream.
