I find some of Beyoncés songs really enmeshed with the concept of self empowerment. These songs are so beautiful

He is always hypocritical. Hypocrisy is his all time instrument.

So you need a survival guide under a narc.

Because we are surprised by the support Christians give to Trump.

Please get rid of this hate. Cultivate love.

So my doctor told me to do some self empowerment exercises. So I came up with creating beautiful banners of my profile to give myself a boost. I might use these for my youtube channel. Or other places.

Mostly dogmatic Christians eh. We make the mistake of thinking that most Christians are good. That's the conundrum.

Drink from a steel bottle. No biggie.

@Phyllis Wagner Indian people have a craze about drinking from copper bottles. A year ago I went to the store and got myself one. After using it for a couple of days, It now sits catching dust in my warehouse. Sorry. It's not what's its all hyped about. I even started feeling odd drinking the copper leeched water. You get your minerals from food, that's more than enough on top of supplements.

Time for a new concept.

It's never good but whatever. It stinks. I'm beginning to get so tired. All my energy goes to the drain when something negative comes into my periphery. Some people are just nuts.

Ok I'm going to read a post in detail.

I've heard this word or acronym very frequently in recent months. But I never understand what it exactly means. I tried looking up but the definition doesn't make sense.

This reads like an obituary. Wow what an irony. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Preety. She loved a quiet evening with friends and a tea cup in hand. During school breaks Preety often explored the nearby bushes and found beauty in the spring wildflowers. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met. Preety is survived by her many alter egos.

Give yourself a break and explore your sexuality. You're confusing yourself too much.

There are ways to defeat negative energy. One is developing a thin film of protection. Priming yourself. And the other is... Throw back stress on the stressor. Make them stressed out. Beat evil with evil. And the other is not allowing yourself to be.... Will write later.

@ilja @ilja if the root cause of your emotional drain is coming from him, then try to detach this negative energy from yourself by self empowering thoughts. Deflect and defeat the negative energy.

I like this post. hi, i took a bit of mushrooms and they showed me a 'chord' that is connected to my heart which is parasitic, instilling negative self-judgement and draining emotional energy. it is from a previous long friendship with a parasite friend. any ideas how to sever that ? what can i work with? my focus feels too weak to do it myself at the moment.

@ilja stop thinking about this friend. Shame them in your friend. Rebuke them. Own your power. Let not your self power get dissipated. Awareness is the first step. Now that you are aware, you can work on detaching yourself from this suckage. To any thought that is self defeating, say a firm no. Empower yourself and have self empowering thoughts

Western culture is based on fear and survival and holding power to maintain fear and survival.

What I remind myself now is to stare into an empty room. And yes kill the messenger in me. Never try to awaken the world unless the world is listening with an open heart
