Nihilism Detachment Don't be attached to life. Because existence is not meant to be graceful and beautiful. The more you are detached, the less is the impact. Counter intuitive Try to be happy as anti dote to the pain of existence.

My fitness level is pretty bad. My diet sucks. I'm too lazy. Although I exercise regularly but just lightly. Like running on a treadmill.

World... Life.... Existence... Is like a crab bucket. Because survival will never be given to you on a silver platter. So your lofty ideas about survival are bogus. The world wasn't designed for you to survive harm proof. Your survival was and will always be a challenge and this will be shown to you by reality one way or another. Modern technology and human system makes it look like survival should be a grant, yet the nature of human life is not impeded by such changes which means human existence will forever be a survival game and a zero sum game in that. So human survival will always remain a challenge no matter how cushy it might appear. When you can't face this challenge, you fall through the cracks. When you overcome this challenge, you get to survive. This is how the system is designed. The human system. So don't get fooled by a modern system that makes it sound like survival is an entitlement or grant. Nope. No human gives you survival. You have to snatch it for yourself. No human gives you a silver plate. There is no higher authority out there working to ensure your survival. Such an authority doesn't exist. Even though you're made to believe that and you can believe that the government exists for this reason but this is just technical. In reality of realities, there is no such system designed to ensure survival. You have to do it all by yourself, failing which, your only way is going down and falling through the cracks.

These are specifics that will need to be worked on. Also this is not a one man's job. If I'm going to be involved in something like this, I'll most likely need to be a part of a team of people Have you heard about startups and how they get funded? They aren't doing all the work. The work is distributed between different departments. There are people who find them like venture capitalism.. I can't do it all alone but being a part of it and using it as a launchpad for my charity work is something I can do. Source of income? That depends on how I want it. I can either work free or get paid, both could be my choice.

@asifarahim I don't believe in such limits on my soul.. I know it's a third world country but I have defied social norms before. I completed my degree despite my social anxiety and multiple disorders, health challenges and a notorious family. I pushed the envelope as far as I could and I'll keep pushing all my life. My dreams are big even if I'm a small person with little ability. If we continue thinking like 99% of the population then we can't bring change or even begin to expect change. @Thought Art thank you for the encouragement. I need to blend pragmatism and my dreams.

Well I can agree that God is not a belief. Yet when we speak, we cannot simply say God exists. We say - I believe in God or I believe God exists.

I'll summarize it this way - Yes they are metaphorical like the user above said Dreams are connected with consciousness Dreams can fortell Dreams are a gateway to the subconscious mind which is your inner registry (the magic created by God) Carl Jung has done massive amount of research in this area. Even Freud. Dreams can be psychic in nature Dreams can be a form of Premonition. Dreams can be simply a reflection of your daily thoughts, anxieties, hopes and fears. Dreams can be an indicator of bad health if you are having too many nightmares Dreams could be an indicator of bad sleep patterns, breathing issues, too much stress, sensory overload. Certain dreams can have specific meanings for example they might indicate that you're in a bad situation, you'll need to look into reliable sources where most people have assigned similar meanings to specific dreams. For example if your dreamed about running away from a chasing animal, it could mean you're scared of something in real life or suffering trauma.

Even if i happen to be dead, my family will be like "good riddance." they will try to hush up the whole matter so fingers aren't pointed at them. So they will hurriedly bury me and won't care about a proper burial/ funeral. That's the vibe I get from them.
