I wouldn't be too harsh on this test. It looks like someone with a basic understanding of spiral dynamics but the scales are a bit mismatch. My results show that I'm Coral. Which is a bit weird because I'm mostly resonating with Green. But it showed me that my position is good as a mentor. When I took the DISC profile test, I was given the position of a Coach as a suitable life career purpose etc. This test result kinda resonates with that which is a good confirmation. I'm not sure how I'll do as a mentor because I have never been one. Overall I reject the test result because I'm not Coral although I find it quite ironic and coincidental that just a few days ago I was constantly looking for stage Coral elements that I wanted to integrate slowly into my system. I found Coral fascinating although I didn't have a perfect picture or grasp of it. But something about it resonated with me, I could feel that there were certain elements of Coral that can shape my personality better and give me better insights on key issues and areas.

Pumpernickel is a type of rye bread that is originally from Germany. My thread on Negative Entity Removal

Imagine spirits or individuals to be glowing green figures in the dark. Those with a neutral spirit have a slightly diffused weaker glow. Those with a stronger spirit glow brighter than others. The red glowing arrow points to those who are more likely to be attacked by psychic attacks or NE(negative entity). The others aren't seen as a threat because they don't have a strong positive spirit.. Those with a strong spirit are seen as a threat by this negative energy, I'll call it NE. One of the reasons why a strong spirit is considered a threat is because the strong spirit comes with Stronger psychic energies which can detect and expose NE. That's why NE sees a strong spirit as a threat.

Spiritual exercise I came up with a wonderful spiritual exercise First sit and meditate. While meditating keep your hands on your head. Now slightly move your hands to the back side of your hand. Look at the side. Deep breathe for 10 minutes. Then look to the other side and deep breathe 10 minutes Raise your arms Now stand up When you stand up. Turn to one side and breathe deeply for 10 minutes. Turn to the other side and breathe deeply. For 10 minutes Now sit again And now cover your face with your hands and just relax. Imagine and Visualize that you are a sea creature like a long snake swimming through the vast sea witnessing every creature.
