First thing I want to vent about is time. How little time we got in life? Time passes by so quickly. It's so hard to grab it. It slips like sand through one's fingers.
-
So Yea I don't even remember what I wanted to vent about. There were certain images in my dreams. I wanted to vent about my mom. I wanted to vent about my financial situation I wanted to vent about my health. How I'm never in a good mood The junk food I eat. The nightmares and bad sleep quality I want to literally vent about every little thing under the sky. Lots of things withing my control. Lots of things beyond my control. I want to vent about my headache. About my back pain. About this forum especially its toxic parts About society in general and about humanity. Things that make me anxious I wanted to vent about my bad health I'm trying to think about every tiny thing I can come up with Just complete release. This feels like therapy.

I guess you are too young for spiritual things. I had a spiritual bent at that age but I mostly kept to my studies. It's best to not engage in spiritually because you aren't fully emotionally grown at this age. You need a mountain of life experience before you can start any real spiritual practice. Don't try any psychedelics, I would strongly advise against it at this age. Your priorities now should be to focus on getting a decent education, a degree that won't be a waste of your time or money. So strongly focus on your current skill set. Develop your skills and keep a track on your core strengths. Observe what drives your passion and what makes you feel fulfilled, and what utilizes your skills in a unique way that can be commercialized in the future. Work on your life purpose, that should be your main priority. The other thing I can think of is health. Focus on your health and fitness. Keep regular goals. I can't think of anything specific in your situation but do what works for you. No relationships at this age. Work on emotional maturity. Socialize and interact. Talk to a lot of people, learn people skills. Stay away from toxic stuff. Cultivate good habits and discipline.

If you think there are trust issues where she could cheat on you or is already doing so, in that case the relationship is already on a shaky ground. If a girl cheats on you, the only thing to do is to leave her.

What do you think about the recent emergence of far right nationalist sentiment in Europe which is largely anti-immigration and how is immigration going to impact the future of Europe and will it be a contributing factor to intercultural conflict? -
People staring at me causes me to freak out. My anxiety is usually very bad if I'm in a que or a crowd like a cinema or a restaurant or a shopping place where people are paying for their stuff. I tend to feel tensed in such situations. Also I can freak out if I'm out on a date with someone I barely know, I get very shy and nervous and I can barely eat or think. I keep fidgeting with my fingers or don't look into the person's eyes, that is no eye contact.

It's best to create your own content. Using others content won't take you far if you're trying to build a huge channel.

Practice self control and avoid over exertion. I used to do that. Self awareness helps in catching oneself while being too engrossed in something to the point of exertion. A little bit of self control goes a long way in avoid potential burnout. Awareness and control on impulse. Keep a regular track on your work schedule and work in blocks of time or chunks. Use only the time that is alloted or assigned to a task. This way you know you aren't spending too much into any task or neglecting others. Keep a track helps you to approach your goals in a steady logical non impulsive manner. You know exactly what you're doing. Keep updating your schedules as per your time and goal needs. Use planners. Keep a streak tracker for habits. Take breaks. One of the core reasons for demotivation is exhaustion. So take as many breaks as you want to keep yourself interested. Also look into emotional factors like mood swings, depression, hidden aspects like psychological history because a lot of these things are rooted in our psyche. For example in 2018 I did shadow work because my productivity was too low and I constantly felt demotivated and I just couldn't stick to any timer or planner, nothing worked. I felt blank, spacey, exhausted and empty all the time. When I did shadow work, I discovered that the root cause of such lack of motivation was unresolved trauma from my childhood. Since then I tried to resolved the emotional root and I haven't been feeling that empty or spacey ever since. Things have gotten better and I don't feel so demotivated anymore. Sometimes deeper issues manifest in everyday life without us noticing it.

That's awesome news. Hope others follow. -
This happens to me in the case of coffee/tea. I can feel the positive effects if I take it for a while and when I drink regularly for weeks, it seems to have a negative effect and gets addictive. I guess this could be said of all addictive substances. They're addictive because they feel like they are important to the body short term whereas long term the addictive effects tend to overshadow the benefits or positive effects. For example coffee makes you feel energized short term whereas long term coffee makes you feel more exhausted.

@Marcel Deep in my soul resides you. This heart I give to you. I want to feel your love in every Fibre of my being. You're so powerful you don't know the power you have on me. I'm absolutely besotted by you and your love, it's intoxicating and I'm mesmerized by you. You mean so much to me. I love you deeply. I could write a thousand words and it won't be enough to describe how much I love you and want you, you're my sweetheart, my twin flame, how could you magically appear in front of me, I'll never know. I want to lay my head on your shoulders. I want to cry in your arms. I have surrendered myself completely to your will.

I have observed this where I saw a guy around a bunch of women for a few years (with not much male contact) and he was beginning to act girlish. I guess effect of company. -
