My feet are broken almost. I did a lot of physical work in the last couple of days without any break. I still have a lot to do.

BMF 3 Pay house bill 3. Make a separate Taskmaster for house bill.

I'll be using assessment system to keep a track on completion of goals. I created assessment cards. They will be given numbers or codes.

Next month I'll go for a cancer test and I'm super nervous about it.

I can simply write here loose aggregated data. And then keep writing ideas about different tasks, activities and projects

I guess language impacts us very deeply. People usually assume that words don't have an impact. But they do. Behind every word there is a thought or idea In other words, thoughts are encapsulated into words. How we choose to speak to others impacts them. So how we choose to speak to ourselves equally impacts us. That's why positive affirmations are so powerful.

BMF is nothing but loose aggregated data or ideas that will be shaped later into rough cards. Rough cards will be further filtered and processed into mobile and fixed cards. This is how it will go.

So I'll start with the first phase of Assessment cards This is how the sequence will go First phase (before creating assessment cards) Assessment card phase Taskmaster phase Progress Report phase

Also to keep generating new assessment cards I'll need some base material as feed or fodder. This will be marked as Base Material Feed or BMF and it will be similarly marked as BMF 1, BMF 2, etc. This will be later organized into Rough assessment cards for initial evaluation. Later rough cards will be polished and refined into fixed cards and mobile cards. Hierarchical method of keeping and generating planners to maintain a flow state

Rough cards can me marked as R1, R2, R3 etc.. Mobile cards can be marked as M1, M2, M3 etc. Fixed cards can be marked as F1, F2, F3 etc

What I find attractive in a man? His confidence His level of understanding and maturity Affectionate behavior His intelligence His patience His level of responsibility and dependability /reliability

Along with these I will also create rough assessment cards or practice assessment cards especially if I'm not sure about what to write or if I just have a faint idea about how to go around with a specific project. These will serve as practice material to create final rigid structures or planners.. Because sometimes an idea is only in its beginning stages. So i have 3 types of assessment cards Rough cards /practice cards Fixed cards Mobile cards

What to write on mobile assessment cards? Whatever thought or task or set of activity that you get in the moment. Write it as A 1, A2 so on. What to write on fixed assessment cards? Use these as focus cards. So write something as a reference point. Everytime you look at it you are reminded of what needs to be done.

Also use cue prompts.

Just focus on assessment cards I will need to divide them into two groups - fixed and mobile
