I'm a strong believer in the possibility of anything and everything. I feel God has a purpose in our lives. And we can make anything out of nothing. Do you believe that anything and everything is possible out of nothing. I feel that a lot of the sentiments and judgement that people express here especially about women arise from negativity. Negativity only restricts us and creates dissonance. It shows the impossibility of everything rather than the infinite possibility of every minute particle in the universe. Be careful how you judge others because you might end up judging yourself the same way if you're in their shoes. Or you might turn into a hypocrite. Either ways it's harmful. Try having positivity in your life and maybe you won't judge the opposite gender or another race so much. You're suffering anxiety. Since how many days have you been having this sleep problem? Sleep issues will need extensive amount of time to heal. I'd not suggest psychedelic use in the future if your trips are bad. Avoid caffeine, coffee, alcohol, and wait for a couple of days to weeks. Exercise. Sometimes such incidents resolve on their own. Your brain is sensitive to chemicals. Don't attempt them in the future.

@Bill W I think the problem is with embedding and not uploading.. With the upload thing there is already an upload limit set automatically by the website. But the issue is embedding due to a server error. Nothing to do with media swamp.

I think it's a little different for girls. Girls can control themselves pretty much. I don't know about other girls but I definitely can. So I don't need this whole nofap craze. In fact if I do "nofap" it will be too bad for me and I'll become miserable. It doesn't work that way for me. I feel 24/7 good especially with it. And I can get it even without having to practice nofap, why should getting that ( ) be a problem for me. Its available anytime. @WisdomSeeker I kinda agree with you on this. But this question to me is more like a paradox. The chicken egg paradox. Did the chicken come first or the egg! It can be represented in the inverse way. People who are more conscious are probably less concerned with the idea of physical beauty and social appeal because they have transcended the stage of materialistic neediness and evolved to the stage of fulfilling deeper inner needs, they have higher self actualization goals which are irrelevant to most socially inclined settings. Therefore they tend to neglect their outer beauty and don't indulge too much in it. As a result there could be some physical deterioration in their appearance over time due to lack of care of the body, skin hair etc. Basically personal negligence. On the other hand, people who are orange and low conscious are more likely to focus on temporary materialistic aesthetic goals for instant gratification and since that's their area of interest, they are mostly preoccupied with looks, weight, appearance and so they are going to take great care of themselves to look best as per social standards of beauty and upkeep. So it may not be that beautiful people are born with low consciousness or are less conscious than the less attractive ones but the other way around that only low conscious people get attracted to fields of social media, beauty and try to excel in them. Whereas high conscious people stay away from the social scene regardless of whether they are beautiful or not!

So you're already having a negative attitude towards women even before you go halfway through your relationship with the woman. I wasn't very wrong when I said that. Be careful with your prejudice and projection regarding women. Can turn the tone of your relationship if you don't know how to blunt those sharp edges. But it's nice to see that you are acknowledging that women can be diverse and complicated. Just one advice. Don't judge too much beforehand. You never know how your perception is radically transforming the relationship right before your eyes. Relationships are fragile. Tread with caution.
