And also I forgot... Jeez. Yep Resolution of conflicting emotions and avoiding using stopgap fixes to emotional knots and conflicts and emotional situations or emotional questions. Using the long winded approach to a full complete comprehensive emotional recovery without hangups or loose ends.

As a woman I feel liberated finally after a 2 year long struggle. Celebrating my liberation with a cake I finally broke free from the hurt cycle.

A woman can give so much. She gives life. She gives birth She can give healing life and love. I won't feel unloved. I'll let my femininity to heal myself, to love myself. I'll help my family. I'm also helping my neighbors with essential supplies. I'm giving support to my friends. I am constantly checking on my family to see if they are safe. I'm putting my time into reading and cooking and spending time in my garden taking care of plants. I'm also spending time with craft and decor ideas along with my meditation and relaxation exercises.

When you truly love someone you give them freedom.

Don't give away your emotional and sexual freedom.

There is no need to follow someone even if the mind wants one. Sadhguru is in no way awake. He has his own brand that is all. He is involved in a lot of controversies in India. Not all Indians are supportive of him. A lot of Indians don't like him. Like me. I don't like him. Although I like only some of his teachings, I don't worship him. I don't see any need in holding someone as a spiritual messiah. You actualising yourself everyday, you become a good person everyday, you growing in unconditional love every day, that in my opinion is better than following any man on earth. Because they are not perfect. They are as much as fallible as the rest of us. I won't put a human being on a pedestal no matter how awoke or enlightened that person is considered. I believe each and everyone has a unique journey towards spiritual fulfillment and I think that eventually through their spiritual journeys come to one conclusion ... And that is... UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Only if you had said " I know bad things happened in this relationship. I did you wrong. I treated you bad. I wasn't the best boyfriend. Maybe I failed in showing you love." Yea I remember once you said "maybe I'm not the best boyfriend." I remember when you came back from jail you said, "I know I didn't love you enough. I know I never made you feel loved." Yes.... Right there. Just an acknowledgement would have been enough. I would have felt a bit better in knowing that you at least acknowledge how I felt. But then again, what to expect from a narcissist? To be honest, I didn't deserve the painful relationship. It wasn't fair to me. I started living like a zombie after you bullied me. To continue loving a man who made me feel like I didn't deserve love, how fair was that? Even when I dumped your sorry ass, I still loved you. That's the part that hurts the most. I just couldn't unlove you. I couldn't hate you even if I wanted.

@Galyna it came like a ton of bricks. Never thought that I would need to take infections so seriously. Earlier when they used to announce on the news that something broke out in China like Sars or whatever, I used to think "no worries, it only happens in China" I know it sounds selfish but I used to not worry. Now I can't believe I'm worrying about something like a flu. Never know what happens in this world.

This is going to change the world. First of all we'll never look at flu the same way. Second, if anything happens in China or anyone, even a small infection, everyone is going to feel the tremors.. Third. We'll stop taking presidents and prime ministers and governments seriously because we were left alone to fend for ourselves with no masks and no testing kits. Only fake promises. Also. We'll know once again that humanity is fickle. Even a small invisible thing like a virus can change our lives within days. It's time to accept our smallness. And Lastly... We're never really prepared for anything. We just like to pretend like we do And yes...whenever Trump says that something is a hoax, time to take it seriously and not call it a hoax.
