@Aris I know that. I just wanted to know his perspective and the real reason that made him say that. It could be two things Either that he is hurt and doesn't wish to see me with another man because it hurts him. Or it could be that he is giving me a light version of the "if I can't have you, nobody can".... I just need to know if his emotions are genuine. Or it's out of a grudge to punish me.. I don't like to believe that he is that selfish because it still hurts to think that he was a bad person. Because that's not how I perceived him the first time. So to think that he is bad or selfish is hurtful for me as well. In any case I will be ready to move on happily. He wants me to do him a favor by staying single.. But I'm not into it. I didn't ask him for any clarification. So I thought maybe people here would be able to shed some light on what he meant.

My family told me to stock up on oranges. The funny part is that there are no oranges in the grocery store right now. I might just get by with anything. Right now I have some stock of soup packets in my pantry. So I'm surviving on them. I have all the soap and toiletries. But the disinfectant ran out. I had only 1 bottle. Right now can't go shopping because everything is closed. But I need to remind myself to get all the stuff when it runs out. I told my family to spray all the surfaces and clean the windows and the door locks.

I was a bit panicky in the morning. Desperately waiting for tomorrow. I really need to keep all the essentials with me. Need to stock up plenty. My memory is so bad that I keep forgetting what I need to buy. I really need to be on high alert for the next 2 weeks. My family called in yesterday and gave me a long lecture. My ex called me. And I just told him to take care. He was a bit panicky. Normally I wouldn't have talked to my ex. But at this time he is alone and needs my support. So I assured him that I will be there for him in case he needs me in any way. I can't leave him alone at such a time. I need to keep my angst against him aside and focus on how I can help him. Because I care about him. I don't want to see him in trouble.

Hehe I sold 3 sleeping bags today. I'm so addicted to it. This would be a nice way of making some short term income during this whole coronavirus ordeal. I already made enough for the week. I'm so addicted. I earned commissions on the sale.

It's not out of my control. I'm quarantining them. I educate them on what needs to be done. I supply them with essentials and constantly keep an eye on the news to see how decisions are going to impact their lives. I'm trying to be as responsible as I can be.

In short toxic masculinity is nothing but chimpery of the male ego.

Toxic masculinity is on the rise all over the world. This attitude of the toxic masculine believes that a woman needs approval from the male gender in order to survive in this world. That their femininity only depends on how men see it. And if she ever fights the brazen authority of the male, she is allegedly just actively seeking to be a victim. There is a lot of propaganda in the world right now to make a woman look bad if she doesn't conform to male standards of submissive behavior. More and more women are leaving abusive relationships and this is seen as a threat by the toxic masculinity community. Men are encouraged, not to embrace the Feminine inside of them, they are encouraged to become aggressive, in such communities violence towards women is condoned, rape is condoned, in the toxic man's mind women are obligated to offer sex against their wish and women who do not meet a man's sexual needs are categorized as "blue haired lesbian", they're targeted, bullied, harassed and condemned so their voices get silenced, it's a propoganda to destroy the Feminine nature of a woman and turn her into a sex slave to feed the toxic masculine beast. In his eyes, she is only for his consumption and gratification. There is intense objectification of women even on this forum and in the world. Toxic mindset men are flocking the internet in large numbers to destroy the goodness in a woman. To suppress her female instincts. To reduce her to a cucumber. If there is an intelligent strong woman, she is berated, hated, targeted because she is a threat to the toxic male masculinity, she dare not change the status quo. And then these same men lose women every day and turn incels and blame women in return for their lack of ability to understand embrace and integrate the Feminine in them. They hate a woman because they can't get a woman. But they don't want to shed their bias. They don't want to look inside and see where they missed the woman, where they broke her heart, where they disappointed her. Their own actions turn women away from them. Their hate of a woman's nature makes the woman retreat to her own femininity in order to cope with the male assault on the female conscience. They use tactics of Gaslighting and character assassination in order to further their agenda to stop a woman from blossoming into her full self, because their greed makes them believe that they will not get sex, they will not get women. But they forget that women are not objects of pleasure as the porn industry would have them believe, that women are emotional and women are human beings who need Nurture and care and acceptance. Who don't need shaming but understanding and empathy and love. The greed for sex destroys whatever a woman can offer a man. In his greed, he loses whatever love he could have received from a woman by suppressing and objectifying her. His inability to offer love is the sole reason of his own suffering. Toxic masculinity achieves nothing but the destruction of the woman and the destruction of love and its replacement with vacuous pleasure and hollow morals and degeneracy.

And also I forgot... Jeez. Yep Resolution of conflicting emotions and avoiding using stopgap fixes to emotional knots and conflicts and emotional situations or emotional questions. Using the long winded approach to a full complete comprehensive emotional recovery without hangups or loose ends.
