@Dutch guy well I'm glad to hear that things are progressing in your country with regard to the political situation. A one sided system leads to monopoly. Having a party that echoes the voices of people like you is also necessary, am I right?? -

@Dutch guy you once again missed the universe. Nevermind. Sometimes the mirror doesn't come to you. You have to walk towards it. The whole world is a metaphor and you are it's king. -

Hmm. I don't know if it has anything to do with enlightenment. It's a chant and used for mantras and salutory reasons. And it's used to achieve the same result you want from meditation. It is a great accompaniment for a meditation especially for older folks who find it difficult to concentrate and use it as a tool to remain in the present moment along with the Jaap meditation. I'm not sure how this was linked to enlightenment though. It's a supplementary feature for meditation practitioners similar to the Tibetan gong or singing bowl or prayer wheel. So I don't think it's linked to enlightenment. -

Coral - we are all one. This is the representation of the different aspects of the oneness. Do not judge. There is a spiritual and holistic synergy here that will eventually cause the unification of all parts and understanding and chaos resulting from this will lead to the formation of the absolute love, the absolute one. Stage green against (the unhealthy cringe green - this is not a very relevant issue. Also these people are contributing to environmental pollution by gathering together. I can't get my herbs in the store during this time. I will lose my $1 offer on the tooth brush and this is damaging to my self esteem. My pet albino python snake who is also stage green like me could get triggered by the sounds of the protest. And one more stage. Stage spiritual bypassing - just accept it. It's all love. They show love. We show love.. We all show love in different forms. Do not show anger. Anger is like drinking poison and expecting others to die. Be forgiving. Forgive and accept. This is your wounded ego trying to resist. You are hating and you are projecting. There are no victims. Pain is certain, Suffering is optional. -

I watched this years ago and all I can say is that he is such a trigger happy cop. Also he gave two orders at the same time which is impossible to follow, like raise hands and crawl, now who can do that.i felt sorry for that guy. A curious question though. This is a white man. Shouldn't the white community create an outrage over this. I mean I would expect them to. But they didn't. A lot to think about in it. -
Yea this is exactly what I meant.. Yes when I say intimacy it is not with someone just general or anyone, it means with your lover or a person who you care or consider your soulmate. Only then the sex becomes really and truly loving. It's sexual love with your soulmate and not just a random expending of sexual energy. Yea pent up energy needs to be spent. But not for just gratification. For motivation. You're imagining your lover rather than imagining random porn. Not that there is anything wrong with it. For example if my boyfriend is not around or in another city, I don't use porn but I imagine him. Because I don't want it to be random for gratification sake. I want it to be to motivate me to be better for him. I hope that makes sense. I think changing a belief is not that easy when you have fear of change itself. However if these people are given the experience of sex as therapy, I think it will bring a major shift in their perspective on sex. They will change instantly to the point of tears. It can serve as a life changer. The only thing needed is their willingness to undergo such a therapy. Most of these people never had sex or had sex in dysfunctional ways that changed or shaped their perspective at early stages of life. So to gradually acclimatize them to the idea of having sex real time and helping them with it is a great way of liberating them from their fears. It's direct exposure therapy. Some healers do this Completely agree with this. (I will add your insights in my journal)

This is exactly true. I find it so hard to believe that people still don't realize the potential of black people. It's sad all around. Black people have historically lacked opportunities that were always available to all other races as a norm Yet people are so casual in their dismissal of black people completely disregarding the effects of a historical context. Also black people weren't liberated in 12th century. They have received due recognition and liberation only recently. So obviously it will take time for black people to have a tremendous transformation and given the state of things in America, this transformation is further slowed down by stupid rules that marginalize poor people I see a lot of rich black people doing tremendously great in fields of science, art, literature, sports, music and even generally. They live long, they tend to live healthier and have better relationships. For example look at Barack Obama or look at Beyonce. Obama is not only accomplished but is a great dad and husband. Living healthy and doing great. Because these black people got opportunities that several million black people did not get Just imagine if every black person is given the financial opportunity to do better, they can achieve so much more than the world thinks. That's also a huge frustration for black people, being constantly pigeonholed and blamed for their poverty. -
Oh God, no, not at all. Sex is the primordial. The energy. I use sexual energy daily to get my motivation. I don't need to watch porn or anything like that. But yea, masturbation can be a part of it. I call it tantric energy. It's the creative force. Sexual force is more powerful than any other motivating force in the world. Imagine if your lover told you to do something. You'd do it instantly because it's central to your life. Sexual energy is like a spell. When wantonly used for mindless masturbation to porn or for Promiscuity, you waste it away for nothing but instant pleasure and tiredness. It kinda becomes counter productive because you tire yourself out and some people lose interest in sex because of over doing it, they get bored. Instead it can be used efficiently to motivate yourself, so no need to no fap and all the associated complex guilt but use it to your advantage by using it to motivate yourself to be a better matured person.. Now I'll say there are better uses for sex than entertainment of the body parts and dopamine release These are 1 Sex used for procreation which is the fundamental use of sex. This is obvious. 2 Sex for calming negative energy, growing intimacy and having a positive relationship with the opposite gender. Growing loving feelings. 3 Sex for tantric energy for daily motivation. Using it as a motivating creative force. Sexual energy is the primordial energy 4 Sex can be used to heal inner repression that came from trauma or by negative input during teenage years. For example in catholic systems or cults, there could be a demonization of sex leading to psychological issues. Such people can feel uncomfortable or just hate society and life knowing that everything is rooted in sex. This will need to be healed by sex itself. For such people, sex can serve as a therapy to cure the inner dissonance or discomfort or shadow. They can rid the shadow with the use of sexual energy. 5 Sex for Openness. I've seen in my experience that when I'm having sex or feeling sexy or sexual, I have more Openness than usual. I also observe this in other people. People who don't have loving comforting nurturing sex can tend to be more aggressive and less open to other people, less generous or welcoming. They are like stuck up. Sex releases hormones that creates the energy of Openness. So those were my 5 ways in which sex can be used positively. Also how you use sex is important. 1 if you have loving nurturing comforting sex it makes you a more patient calm caring gentle person. 2 if you have sex in a violent way, where it is about torturing someone for pleasure or utilizing them as a toy or object and sort of disrespecting them while the sex is going on, it leads to feelings of hate or aggression and the person who indulges in such sex via actual sex or porn ends up becoming more aggressive. So 5 uses and the 2 ways of having sex or using sexual energy in life.

I get your point. But one more thing. The media also profits by making a Black person Versus White person thing. Their material gets more views and sensationalism sells. Sometimes its propaganda and agenda driven. This can be deadly because it can turn into a race war by provoking both sides to anger Let's not forget that there are lots of black people who are high achievers and stereotypes do not always apply and there are lots of white people who aren't racist. This black and white thinking can be a killer. Some third party can definitely profit from this. And I can clearly see that third party. It exists throughout the judicial system especially those who are at the top of this system. -

Yes Om is also used in chakra healing to bring about the vibration of the universe within you. When this universal energy enters you through this sound or chant, it energizes and activates all chakras. -

I always say Aum. OM is probably the better spelling than Aum. It's basically saying Om. More than sound of Infinity, it is considered the sound of the universe that is closely related to the holy trinity of Hinduism including Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. So we say in hinduism, Om Brahmane Namah which means paying a salute to the Auspicious Brahma. This is saying Om, just like the trumpet of an elephant or someone uses the Conch Shell or Shankh in hinduism to create a deep sound that resonates and sounds like the ocean. When the conch is blown with controlled breath, the primordial sound of "Om" emanates from it. This is the sound of the primordial, the beginning of the universe and life first began in water. So water is the primordial force Therefore Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu are all shown on water during primordial stages Mahavishnu rests on water with the serpent before he exhales for the universe to begin. Of course this is all mythology but ancient mythology was a patterned system of communicating ideas. So here the message is celebrating and saluting and respecting the Universe with a salutory Om. Saying Om is used for Om Jaap Meditation which is a mantra bead meditation that I do. Here a dog says Om. I showed this video to my boyfriend and he has begun to say Om in his meditations and he feels very peaceful after singing Om. A conch used for creating Om sound While saying Om, say it slowly, deeply, peacefully and for as long as you can hold your breath, not putting too much pressure, just a gentle Om sound. Om is generally used as a prefix or beginning salutation in many mantras. In some ways om can be considered similar to the use of the word HOLY. In Hinduism, many mantras begin with a salutation, either it is Shri (pronounced as Shree) or Om. Now in Buddhism, we use Om as well. The mantra that most commonly uses the Om is Om Mani Padme Hum which translates as "the jewel is in the lotus." When we say Om Namah Shiva or Shivay we are saluting the Auspicious Shiva In some way saying Om is like saying "now I'm one with the universe." -

I also have a different complicated take on this situation. And that involves the other cops. Like I looked up the ages of these other 4 cops. J Alexander Kueng is 26 years old. Tou Thao is 40 years old and Thomas Lane is 37 years old. Derek Chauvin is 44 years old. Also the other cops Kueng, and Thao are of different ethnicities. Now my theory is that maybe there are many factors at play here and it could be that there are many factors at play and maybe it's not just racism or it could be something else Like what I notice here is that these officers are younger than Chauvin, all of them are younger than him. It seems that only Chauvin has the highest amount of experience as a cop in comparison to the rest of these guys. Tou Thao is seen simply looking around and keeping guard. Officers Kueng and Lane were holding down Floyd's body Now could it be that somehow all the responsibility of the arrest fell on the shoulders of Chauvin since he was the older one and the more experienced one and these other guys weren't really doing their job right and simply holding or doing nothing so maybe Chauvin felt tremendous pressure to get the job done without getting adequate support from the rest of the cops Not getting proper support and being left to do the whole job on his own could have triggered his fight or flight response leading to more anxiety and causing him to keep applying pressure without realizing how bad it was. Maybe he wouldn't have needed to apply so much pressure if the other guys were doing their job honestly and efficiently. Their lack of work ethic could mean that all of the responsibility fell on Chauvin making him more aggressive. This is just possibility I'm looking at. Also I looked into the background of Chauvin. His life was a complete mess, with a failing marriage and financial woes. He didn't have many friends. He had thousands of dollars in debt. His properties were mortgaged. I think this situation of his life could also have caused him tremendous emotional stress and as cops they are trained to not exhibit emotions on the job but that doesn't exempt them from actually experiencing these emotions on the inside. Could the breakdown of his marriage and financial woes have been a triggering factor in him going out of control on duty? I wanted to think of possibilities and causes of such an incident other than racism. Is there a way to know if this wasn't exactly racially motivated as a lot of people would like to believe Looking at this incident through different perspectives is important because simply blaming everything on racism can blind people from actually noticing other causative factors. -

@Dutch guy actually no. The cop doesn't have a bad record. He has 17 complaints in a span of 2 decades. That's not that bad. He is not a rookie. He is a seasoned cop. And given that, his record doesn't show up as bad as far as police brutality goes. He sort of pulled a woman out of the car once for which he was disciplined. But other than that there were only minor incidents where someone complained about excessive force. Now understand that there are a lot of people who just love to complain for the heck of it and even for minor things like a word or tone of language which wouldn't mean much. So some of these complaints against Chauvin could be just resentful people writing him off. But this particular incident is a highlight of his life. Because despite having a 2 decade experience, he still couldn't figure out if he was putting excessive force. That really baffles me. Was in a bad and angry mood? Was he resentful towards someone that looked like Floyd and decided to take all his anger on him. Was he simply being impulsive and in the moment became oblivious to what he was doing, these questions are highly complex psychologically and we will never have the answers The curious problem here is that this is unlike other police brutality cases where the cops have a past history of violations and serious bad behavior. You can even see them being a bully in the videos. But this guy wasn't the traditional bad cop. This creates a complex problem. He is not a bad cop and yet such a situation happens. It goes to show that the job is inherently very complicated in itself and it's not fool proof. It is very deeply flawed and that's why a seemingly seasoned cop can also end up falling prey to bouts of aggression and excessive restraint. The job is just designed that way. So one has to really look beyond and see the overall ramifications of Floyd's death. This is a call that the job needs redesigning in such a manner that unlawful and unrighteous deaths of innocent resisting civilians can be prevented. In my opinion, blaming the person for resisting arrest is finding a way to blame and being too simplistic to avoid a greater responsibility to find a better solution. A resisting person is innocent after all and resistance in itself is not a crime and hence a person should not have to lose their life for having resisted. Justifying such a thing would be something who is tyrannical and callous would do. Also that person would have to be very simplistic and stupid to simply assert that such a death could have been avoided by not resisting arrest. Resisting arrest is itself a very complex phenomenon, also like telling a person to not sweat when they are anxious The real solution here is to reform an arrest process to make it transparent and proper. This wasn't a case of a man running away from the cops and a man who is a serial killer or anything like that. This guy Floyd was not a big big criminal who needed to be nabbed and escorted at any cost, plus he wasn't being a threat to the cops given that there were so many cops at that place. Those cops did nothing. This was clearly a case of wrong handling and extreme carelessness during an arrest The cops should have been trained better.
