I've learned way more from Leo than Tai Lopez could ever teach me if we both lived for a 1000 years. The amount of inner psychological understanding I have of myself and others is something I would rather have than a million dollars. Whats the point of having a million dollars if youre an unconscious monkey? If you can make yourself happy just by being despite external circumstance (which is my ultimate goal) then thats worth more than money can buy.

The point of the video was that Tai Lopez tries to be slippery and clever instead of just admitting he doesnt know what a cap rate is. Not very honest. Besides its just a funny video, I dont really know much about Tai Lopez, hes not my vibe. But there are tons of those videos, theres one where he says he reads of thousands of books and then it turns out he only reads like 2 pages to get the gist of it.

Dont forget about Choygam Trungpa who was an alcoholic, had a cocaine addiction, and sexually assaulted his students. -

He is truly the embodiment of mastery. But... hes not special... Dont worship him... You can do it too! With whatever purpose you have!

This sounds crazy at first but youre kinda right, Wim Hof was injected with an endotoxin and used his breath to kill it. Absolutely astonishing how in the Dark Ages we are.

When I was a kid around 9 or 10 years old we used to go to Bible Studies/Church in the evenings in a small baptist church in our neighbour. Im not particularly fond of religion but one thing I remember happening which was real strange to see in a stage Blue environment was this. There was a older man there who visited once, maybe around 70 years old, he was really friendly and curious about me, good with kids I would say. Heres the weird part, he told me to lay down and close my eyes and then proceeded to... I shit you not... Guide me through a meditation! He basically told me to focus on my body and mind to relax myself completely, I dont remember the details because it was so long ago but I remember that I actually became super-relaxed. I think it went on for about 20 minutes. Pretty crazy to experience that in a Stage Blue church environment. He basically introduced me to what I do nowadays. There was no talk about Jesus or God or anything like that, just a meditation, I really wonder who that man was, I never saw him again.

Insights today: Its difficult to tell the difference between thinking about feeling and feeling. One way I think you can make a distinction is... Feeling is always there. You dont need to use your mind at all. Whatever you feel is happening all the time you are just not aware, you dont need to "bring" awareness anywhere, the entire body is already aware. Another insight, feeling the face makes me very relaxed, more than any other part, so far. Some issues: My throat tenses up tremendously when I focus on my legs, maybe I can start sessions by feeling my throat and face.

Thanks! I will use it tommorrow. ✌?

Absolutely! Thanks! ——————————— ——————————— This video is a good primer.

I wont necessarily follow a certain pattern of toe to head. I will just feel into whatever is there. I will however make sure to focus on neglected parts of my body, like the top of my head, the sides, elbows etc, if I focus too much on one place.

Go for it!

2020 goals achieved. Went to therapy, solved atleast 50% of my social anxiety, saw through so many of my limiting beliefs. Still working on it, life-long mission. Crying in bed for 20 minutes after a session was a highlight. I want to thank the two people who helped me with therapy. Love you! Integrated alot more Green values, learned about Anarchism, Socialism, Feminism, Sociology, went to a Reiki session which blew my mind where a psychic basically read my mind. Probably my favourite moment of 2020 and another favourite was when I... ...microdosed some San Pedro a few times which was amazing, became super mindful and joyful, will keep doing work with cactus 2021/22 and try to get a solid threshold trip. Honorable mention: Starting jogging alot, probably about 20 sessions, which is really unusual for me, should keep doing that. Get in shape.

Goals for 2021. 1.Getting back into my body. 2.Giving more love. Giving more hugs. Expressing more joy towards all people. Especially towards my brothers, less rigidity, less fear, more of a dance, natural rhythm, grace. Opening up in my movements. 3.Creating more free-flowing and dynamic music, I'm tired of the same old verse/chorus structure, less loops, longer melodies. Ash Koosha and Iglooghost are great examples. 4.Go skydiving.

On January 1st I will start a proper daily body feeling routine. 30 minutes a day laying down. 365 days. Missed days will inevitably happen but I will try to keep them to a minimum of 1-2 days and swap it for general mindfulness throughout the day.

Blue and Orange use the body. Green and Yellow become the body through being aware of it/being it. Emotions are felt and explored. Blue cuts off the body spiritually because it is the seat of the passions and sin. The lower realms. Dissociating. Orange opens up to pleasure and hedonism but still lives 99% intellectually, through the head, in ideas. Feelings are felt during pain or pleasure but not for feelings sake itself. Sports are done but not fully felt. Green starts to live in the body. Feeling emotions that are more subtle, using intution, doing psychedelics and/or Yoga. Yellow is where you potentially/hopefully become fully in your body, integrating feeling and thinking completely. Head to toe.
