  1. Of course, Im just talking about the foundational level, you dont have to be dressed like a peacock to impress a girl, you just need to not look like you just stepped out of the basement with your cargo shorts on.
  2. Style its not something you can learn intellectually, you have to be intuitively good at seeing symmetry, simplicity and color balance. A lack of these usually makes someone not stylish, of course there will be exceptions though.
  3. @Carl-Richard @omar30 Probably because Islam totally dominated the Middle-East from year 600 onward. Not much space for other religions to grow unless they want their heads chopped off. 750 AD map.
  4. Christianity was very mainstream and used to create the society we live in today during the Viking Ages. It softened the warring tribes of Europe under an authority like God and the king. So it was more of a moral system rather than real spirituality, sure you might have had some mystics but those mystics were frowned upon as heathens and dangerous. In the East I think religion was more of a hidden away thing were you could go away into a Buddhist monastery if you felt like letting go of life. The teachings most likely stayed inside those monasteries and hence werent messed with that much and stayed fairly pure to the original intent of spirituality. Alot of Buddhism even require initiation rites and was hard to get into while Christianity was forced upon everyone. Just an idea, I have no fucking clue really.
  5. The problem is trying to draw a line. Stop trying to conceptualize it and instead and feel yourself bullshitting. I swear its much more helpful, the body knows before the mind does. There is no strict category because it all depends on your personal experience and what you want to achieve.
  6. A show about Nothing(ness)
  7. Hence why stage Green can be very attracted to that kind of stuff. Just look at an old-school rave, its just Purple 2.0.
  8. This is just a post looking at Stage Green values, I dont neccessarily agree with everything I post here.
  9. @louhad Another thing you might want to look into is Piagets developmental model. Beige aligns well with the Sensorimotor stage while Purple aligns well with the Preoperational (Symbolic) stage.
  10. Thats a fair point. I agree. I guess I meant more like how you viewed the world, everything was magical or scary and very simplistic. You didnt know or care about the larger issues of society because you couldnt conceptualize them, its like you lived in a different reality. Theres a reason alot of people look back at early childhood as magical, it literally was!
  11. Beige doesnt have a sense of self, its pre-conceptual. Like a baby. Purple is really the first time you start to exist. Think back to when you were around 4 years old, thats Purple.
  12. For you that are more awake... do you feel like people stare right through you when you walk down the street or do you still have the sense of someone looking "at you?" I think this is a good qualifier for if you still have an ego or not. Thoughts? How do you get rid of the sense that others are looking at you? Is this puppy looking at "you"?
  13. Probably something that has impacted your life alot and really resonates with you. I want to tattoo some quote or a small stag beetle maybe, but I dont want to stain this beautiful body either...
  14. Haha right amount of acid and I bet everything would be looking at you, and doing a little dance at the same time.
  15. Kind of hard to imagine without bullshitting myself that I could deal with it. I would need a slow progression to build up to that, maybe over 1-2 years, so I dont lose my marbles.
  16. Thats interesting. I can sort sense Im a faceless void in my direct experience when I look at the puppy... so there must be some deeper ego function Im not aware of that still creates the illusion of the puppy looking at me.
