My guess its one of the side effects of deep meditation, youre going deep into yourself, weird things can happen, ive heard voices, heard pulsating noises ,heard bombs go off etc. Just keep meditating, dont get caught up. If you hear voices outside of meditation then go get yourself evaluated.
