I agree to an extent, I learn alot from a really lousy meditation ”Holy shit im unconcious and my mind goes everywhere, i wanna work on that” A good meditation can really relax you and quiet the mind though which is also helpful. Maybe what the quote means is that if you are just blissing out without being aware you arent really meditating.

  20. I dont like how Leo uses ”devilry” as a front nowadays, theres a difference between constructive criticism and pure namecalling. Compare him to Sadhguru and you can see the difference. Before you defend him think about why you would do that. If I called everyone a devil would you defend me?

  22. I love Elliott Smith but I think theres more to his music than just the sadness, there is a deep understanding of life there if you are willing to listen and dissect carefully. Thats what attracted me to his music in the first place. Im not a sadsack.
  23. Seems like a good idea but he said in a blog video that Kriya is SO important to get right that you have to follow it step by step. He wants you to buy the book and do it rigorously, a video might get misinterpreted real easy and cause problems. Would still be cool if he did though.
