Not quite sure how to explain solidity... But this exercise is good to see the interplay of perception and the "material". I will have to contemplate what solidity is.

Id like you to do an experiment to open your mind to what an object is. Grab an object. 1.Hold it in your hand. Close your eyes. Feel the object. What exists in your experience of this object? 2.Put the object away. Open your eyes. Look at the object. What exists in your experience of this object? 3.Grab the object. Close your eyes. Drop it on the floor (Makes sure its something soft, dont drop a glass on the floor.) What exists in your experience of this object when you drop it?

I would say so, I very rarely get angry, I sometimes want lash out in comment sections but then I hold back which shows I have a good distance between my emotions and my actions. Still have a big problem sitting with fear though, thats something to I have to work on.
