  1. Again and again after all these years I am drawn back to the basics. The Emotion Code is about muscle testing and letting go of emotional stored energy in the body. Here is an interview with author; Here is how to apply the method; Here is the free audiobook;
  2. I’ve been ‘in the game’ for self-actualizing for a long time. I consider myself through all this, a very open minded person (I have learn my skills from the best and I’m still learning, thanks Leo for being such a great teacher ☺️). BUT... today my open mindedness got challenged for the first time in a long while, my mind is not willing to accept this. Please give me your thoughs on this video: And then my question, please contribute your open mindedness challenge video’s. I’m curious what your struggles with open mindedness are. Maybe there’s more which will push me into becoming more open minded.

  6. What does nature abhors a vacuum mean? Do we live in a vacuum? I’ve heard Adyashanti talking about this concept in one of his satsang talks. And I came across this concept in a Dutch museum, which explained it as follows; Could you help me to understand this concept? Thanks

  8. “When you're not in the position to become the lion on the top rock, don’t put your energy there”, said a wise woman once to me. In this case, you aren’t going to win this battle, take your losses. Focus on the biggest priority right now, gratuating! School isn’t the place to strive towards your ideals. Stick to the system. You can make your plans a reality once you finished school. Focusing on all your feelings, ego backlash, self-doubt isn’t going to help you making your presentation. Two weeks no more focus on how you should react and feel. Self reflection need to comes afterwards, it’s now only a distraction. If you don’t know where to start, just start doing something to get in a flow, even if it feels useless. I know and belief you can do great things and that your well on your way on this path, but greatness always present itself outside the system. You will get your chance! Lay low, suck it up, do the work. Your time will come. I wish all the best, good luck with the presentation! ?

  11. I agree with@TrynaBeTurquoise Movies should trigger you to think, act and rethink and so on.
  12. Did anyone who subscribed to Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering’s Course during Diwali received this free gift? I did subscribed in the Diwali period, but haven’t received any confirmation. https://www.innerengineering.com/diwali

  15. Alain de Botton is an extraordinary philosopher, he chairman and the creator of the YouTube Channel School of Life . He makes bold statements about life, but there seems to be lots of truth to his story's. Please check out his lastest speech, it's profound, very eyeopening and funny; What do you think? Does he have a point? Or is he to sceptic about life?
  16. What is busyness? Why is it so present in our current society? And how to deal with a busy life?
  17. I don't really have an opinion, only a theory what has happened to him, and why he now teaches on "a higher level" then before the scandal; See 9.42 in this video I found some of his teachings valuable in my early stages of actualization. Like dropping roles and letting go of feelings. But the last (two) year(s) of his teachings, he is sharing the same thing over and over again. There isn't any new insights or expansion of this ideas. So based on his videos I wasn't inspired to participate in his Transformation Mastery Course.
  18. I have a 'SD green' job (I know this because Leo has mentioned it in his SD Green video), which is great for now, I love my dynamic workplace. Yet I don't understand why I can't accept the fact that I have to work in life? Whether I am working here, or somewhere else or start my company, just the fact that I need to work my whole life. Is this part of stage Green questioning? Are there more people struggling with this question? And what is the answer? (In case you point to my life purpose; Yes, my life purpose is very close to the work I am currently doing, so no point in changing that at this moment.) I can't accept the fact that I have to work in life, how can I change this?
  19. Yes Theory is a YouTube channel that is seeking discomfort and fear, to experience life to the fullest. Watch and learn what fear is doing to the body. How every time you face a fear, your body and mind gives a reaction. And find the inspiration to face your own fears.
  20. @Meditationdude If I don't work, I will put my energy in learning Photoshop or something other creative thing. I like to learn new skills. But that is the next problem, I like a lot of creative things, but if I see it as a job it doesn't feel creative anymore. It feels like I need to adjust to a certain degree to our society. @ivory Thank you for your recommendation I did this. I have followed my bliss. But every job has a part which is less enjoyable. And that part you can't escape. There is no way I could fall in love with that. Uhh... I don't know about this, I have a very creative job. I really enjoy this part of my job. How can one work to hard? Isn't life to be enjoyed in contemplating, walking, meditating, connections in stead of work? I only work part-time because I don't really see the point of 'all of us in the world' working so hard for no reason. Yes, great point. Working on it, but this takes years of work. I can't rush this process. Is it? Really? I know I need to work for basic survival (you need to shower to be clean enough for no infections). But all the excess? Why the hell should we all want to work 40+ hours a week? @mandyjw I will, thank you! Thanks to all of you, for taking the time to respond to my post. I really appreciate it!

  22. I Am is a 2010 American documentary film written, directed, and narrated by Tom Shadyac an American director, screenwriter, producer, and author. He is widely known for writing and directing the comedies Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, The Nutty Professor, Liar Liar, and Bruce Almighty. The film asks the question: "What is wrong with the world, and what can we do about it?", and explores Shadyac's personal journey after a bicycle accident in 2007 which led him to the answers "the nature of humanity", "the world's ever-growing addiction to materialism", and "human connections". Enjoy! ??
