  1. 100% agree. People with love-based strength don't tout this distinction as a brand though. When every other word out of Mr. Hulse's mouth is "alpha," you know that's some fear shit
  2. This alpha/beta shit physically hurts to read. The existence of cringey + myopic beliefs like this are exactly why it's in one's interest to "let the mind go blank."
  3. @Raze What a godly passage. There's a lot to learn there about being selfless.
  4. I honestly don't know if I'm INTP or INFP. Two years ago I would easily have been the former but recently I'm leaning toward the latter...
  5. Yes, for sure. I was just noting that it IS a possibility. Never say never, ya know? But you're right, spiritual dabblers will show their colors sooner or later. Everyone (myself included) believes themselves to be serious, amazing to watch
  6. Actually it's definitely possible, some mainstream enlightened masters are notorious for their material wealth (think Osho) At a certain level of mastery, the difference between hedonism vs asceticism dissolves. The "problem," as I see it (and I think you'll agree) is that total newbies or intermediates will pretend that they have overcome this duality and that they are already masters.
  7. I love your background
  8. EPIC insight. Keep going
  9. You have absolutely no clue as to what "illusory" and "imaginary" entails, and if you do, you are severely underestimating it. I recommend not listening to anything Leo says (forget about infinity, love, consciousness, God, ego, nothingness, imagination, etc.) until you've first reached a profound state of not-knowing. As far as I can tell, you sincerely believe that you know certain things that you are not willing to let go of. This prevents you from understanding transcendent principles beyond the mind.
  10. Too much Jordan Peterson is not very healthy, my man. He is wrong about many, many things.
  11. There's also an inherent weakness to aggressively defending yourself. The fact that the teeth come out so quickly is a sign of fear. Notice that you could (hypothetically) stand firm and grounded without lashing out or "putting others in their place." Could you see how this alternative actually signifies strength?
  12. Wow, this is next-level defensiveness. The claim, "I can merge myself with the divine on demand" has no credibility after so much egotism.
  13. That's very interesting. Do you have any scientific literature in mind, or are these ideas a synopsis you heard from a secondary source?
  14. @Maxman Leo's new video on forgiveness is a MUST-watch for you.
  15. Survival in action Sweet, sweet irony
  16. Thank you. Bloody legend.
  17. I wasn't kidding...
  18. @Keyhole I understand where you're coming from, but you did not address my question. Watch out for defensiveness... I am not attacking you I would not "ask this" of a starving child in a third world country, out of sensitivity and compassion for their circumstance (when survival needs are not met, contemplating Truth is especially inconvenient). However, assuming that you do have an interest in Truth, this question of what you honestly do or do not know is plenty worthwhile.
  19. @Nak Khid Depends on what you mean by "flying elephants," "the number three," and "exist." Furthermore, the demand for a strict binary answer is an arbitrary restriction...
  20. Can people lay out a basic list of measurable harms that he does?
