So your solution is minority rule?? This logic is not only silly but disasterous. It's not merely that Blue states get a raw deal currently, even Red states with Blue city centers. Every major city in most Red states votes Blue. Their votes are not properly weighed.

There should be apps you can install that will limit how much time you can watch per day/week. Or only allow accessing YT during limited hours of the day, like 9pm-12am.

Young people have died from vaping e-liquid. I don't know of anyone who dies of smoking within 10 years. The wrong e-liquid is therefore worse than smoking. Remember, vaping has only existed for less than 10 years. Who knows what affect the vapor has on the lungs. It can't be good. When you vape certain e-liquids you can feel it hurting the lungs.

But you should be working on your epistemics while doing self-help work. You don't need to consume a bunch of political news to get your epistemics in place. Basically just vote for the most Spirally developed guy who has a chance of winning. That's the simple recipe for how to vote. You don't need to watch a bunch of political punditry. And in today's environment the recipe is even simpler: never vote Republican because they are totally morally bankrupt. So the only decision you should struggle with is moderate Dems vs progressives. And the only reason not to vote for progressives is if they seem unelectable in a general election. -
It's not so odd. They endorse who they think has the best chance of winning. Bernie badly lost the south eastern states and so he became unelectable. Bernie only destroyed Biden in the Nevada primary. But that's not enough. I think you put too much blame on endorsements. Endorsements play some part but in the grand scheme of things they aren't so important. Yes, that happened in 2016. Well, yeah. Politics is the name of the game. You gotta win at politics here. It's not so clear Bernie would have beat Trump. You can't just take that for granted. And Hillary did beat Trump in popular vote. A big part of the problem is the electoral college system. It means Dems have to out-perform.

Musk has become a jackass lately. He's out of his element and his political intelligence is badly compromised by his business agenda. Don't expect a rich man to have good politics.

@Edvardas 1st is closer. Consciousness does not work like a movie with frames. This is a popular way to think of it but that's not what is actually happening in your direct experience. There are no frames. Although the Godhead does contain every possible thing that could be imagined, but it's like a pure potential and it is formless.

Healthy suffering grows you, you learn the lesson from it and move on. Unhealthy suffering you bask in and keep repeating without ever growing out of it. -
There is use to policy polls, but they are more long-term. You can't use them to predict elections. Look, I voted for Bernie. But I am also a realist. And even if Bernie won, he would not be able to do what you want him to do. Politics is a game for realists not utopians. Always was.

Bernie is not capable of winning with Southern voters and Purple voters. A lot of the Dem base is relatively moderate, centrist, and even conservative. Most Dem voters are not progressives. This is a classic mistake progressives make: using policy polls to judge the electablity of their candidates. Most voters are idiots and do not vote on policy. So your policy polling is pointless. Winning elections is not about policy because voters are too uneducated and indifferent to care about policy.

Listening to mainstream news is good because you can use it just to get raw new facts. You don't have to listen to the pundit opinions. Distinguish between factual reporting vs partisan political opinions. I listen to mainstream news mostly just to get factual reporting on what's new. I don't use them to form my political opinions. It's easy to filter out bad opinions.

Biden beat Bernie easily. Maybe Bernie is not as popular as you want him to be.

It's not fascist, it's just conservative. This is boilerplate conservative policy. And they weren't exactly keeping it secret.

Find people in your city to go out with. But also go out solo and just socialize with strangers. It's good for ya.

Dems haven't given me the cookies I wanted therefore I would rather bend over and let Repubs rape me in the ass. Logic.

Idealistic nonsense.

I suspect that many people use poor plugging technique, in which case yeah, things could flip.

Commercial vape e-liquid is very bad for your lungs, maybe even worse than smoking. It's not the nicotine you should be worried about, it's the vaporized e-liquid junk.

1) Def see a doctor. How is that even a question? 2) You can get custom-fitted insoles for your shoes. Invest in the best shoes you can get.

Obviously just because you like consuming a thing does not mean you will like working on it. Liking pizza does not mean you should become a pizza maker. The real question, in which way do you enjoy being creative? What do you love to create, not consume? 1) Keep doing creative stuff and look for what resonates. 2) Being creative is challenging. It will not be as easy or effortless as eating pizza, so don't expect that. Pick based on passion, not effort, because you might just have a bad work ethic. Yes, very poor foundation. In a sense you are way too entitled. Life is not a Disney Land ride. Life is challenging and all work is repetitive to a degree. You have to acquire a taste for the mastery process. You CAN learn to enjoy some craft, but it takes building up skill and momentum. It's not gonna be like playing video games. It's time to grow into an adult. It sounds like you're still a child. You need to sort out and optimize your diet and health, so that your brain chemistry is healthy and stable. Get some blood work done to see if you have any imbalances in vitamins or hormones. You could have a deficiency in vitamin D, B12, thyroid T4/T3, testosterone, etc. Such things cannot just be overlooked. You gotta investigate this things seriously and rule them out. Check for heavy metal toxicity and other conditions. If you have a medical condition you need to find it and fix it, otherwise nothing else will work properly. Get your foundation fixed. Stuff like that can directly cause depression too. This sounds like a medical condition which you need to identify. Heavy metal toxicity causes stuff like brain fog, memory loss, depression, chronic fatigue, difficulty with language, etc.

You can avoid it but still vote against assholes like Trump and his ilk. You can figure out who to vote for in 60 mins of research. -
That's why you use your head. And stop gorging yourself on negativity. Those progressives are like broken records. Listening to them after a while is pointless.

Haven't tried. Oral will usually be less potent.
