That would be beyond what I call conscious leadership. That would be Awakened/mystical leadership or sagehood. In the way I frame things, conscious leadership does not require Awakening. But obviously if you incorporate Awakening into it, it becomes much more powerful. We construct these categories. We can construct them in various ways.

It's always good to do your own independent contemplations before you jump into the group-think on a topic. It takes more time and work but your mind is actually getting used.
