@John Paul Don't speak too soon. Stick around and you might have a change of heart

Yeah, it's that way for me too. Similar to salvia in alien vibe. Weed just affects people differently.

The collapse of all his mental contructions and the self-awareness of his immense biases and selfishness. Peterson is stuck playing a game of ideology which rewards him with money, fame, and love. He has sold his soul to the devil while fully convinced that he is crusading on behalf of God.

I don't go by strain or dose. Any THC will do. Smoke till you are too terrified to smoke any more.

@ardacigin Well said.

There are many different kinds of awakening and higher consciousness, so you have to specify what claims people are actually making and what your goals are. Since you can't know who's claims are highest, you should keep an open mind and don't assume you've reached the end of whatever consciousness is capable of. -
There's no way to test that at this point since it's water under the bridge. Certainly 5-MeO has potentiated all psychedelics for me to some extent. However, I think I was always exceptionally sensitive to weed, I just never tried it until very late in my psychedelic experiments. In a sense it was perfect to leave it for last. In retrospect I see that not toying with weed was all part of my divine plan because it is so potent and I had to build up to it.
-
5-MeO goes deep but my most deepest consciousness has been on weed.

But what happens when you don't take that LSD for a year? Your migraines come back? I don't deny such benefits are possible. You just gotta be real honest with yourself about whether it was the psychedelic that caused it and whether the benefit was temporary.

His goal was never to make you happy, but to make you as paranoid as him. To feel healthy a sick man needs the whole world to share his sickness

The issue is that a mature role-model will never try to entice you with promises money, luxury cars, and pussy. Anyone who pitches you that already shows you the level he's at. And most people are not enticed by promises of maturity, they want to be promised candy. So the most immature people end up being the most popular because they just feed you the very bullshit you want to hear.

He was basically the same pre-benzos. He's always been a consistently neurotic ego.

It varies. I'm not always hitting it hard, but there were times when I hit it so hard I nearly killed myself simply because I wanted to see how deep the rabbit hole goes. I wouldn't really recommend that to anyone because it's dangerous. I have become conscious of things that no one has ever talked about, and I don't even plan to talk about it, because it cannot be talked about and no one will understand these things but me. So I keep it to myself. I've become so conscious that I hardly have a desire any more to teach humans, because none of them will understand, and all human spirituality is nonsense. If you trip deep enough you will reach this point yourself some day. I wouldn't really recommend it to a general audience because those levels of consciousness are way too hardcore for all but the most exceptional humans to stomach.

Maybe, but this is the exception, not the rule. Generally-speaking you should not expect any permanent changes from taking a psychedelic. I don't like it when people hype that part up because it presents a misleading picture of what psychedelics will realistically do for you. I am getting a lot more realistic these days about how psychedelics work. Psychedelics are dangerous because they can make you start to believe your own fantasies about them, so you gotta be super careful and rigorous about your claims. Too many soft-nosed claims are made by hippie types of people. Basically, if a hippie tells you that psychedelics cured their depression, don't be so gullible as to believe them.

Leo Gura replied to Scholar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
My methodology is very simple: access higher states of consciousness by whatever means work for you. That is the only way to do true spirituality. Everything else is games. This methodology makes no guarantees that you will come out a good person or that you will dissolve all your egoic structures, because no method guarantees that. There are 1000 ways to screw it up and that will never change. The average person is highly likely to screw it up. There is no way that you will realize what God is without it awing you. If you didn't get the awesomeness that's because you didn't really Awaken to God. The awesomeness is a not a human egoic reaction, it's actually a Truthful reaction of Consciousness coming to understand itself. Consciousness is Absolutely Awesome. And the only reason you're not getting that is because there's a giant ego obstructing your view. Lack of being awestruck by Consciousness is the egoic position. So you got that backwards. You're not awestruck yet simply because you haven't realized the magnitude of what you are. Awe is a property of God. Why wouldn't it be? What kind of lame God do you envision? It takes a lot of consciousness to see the obvious awesomeness of God. -
Leo Gura replied to Proserpina's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Proserpina Of course what most spiritual groupies parrot as "presence" is nothing even close to Awakening. Nevertheless, in your highest Awakening what you'll realize is that presence is Absolute Consciousness/Existence/Truth. It's really just a matter of depth of consciousness of what presence is. There are many, many degrees to it. If you take what an ordinary human calls "presence" and you focus on it so hard that you become 100000x more conscious of it, what you'll realize is that it is Absolute Infinity. At which point you'll stop calling it "presence" and start calling it something like Infinity, Absolute Truth, or I. You exist. That's all. -
There is a bit too much hype within materialist medicine right now about psychedelics. Again, they are making the mistake of treating psychedelics in a materialist way, which is completely antithetical to the core lessons of psychedelics. They want to turn psychedelics into the next opioid/antidepressant. They think this will work, but I predict it will lead to lots of disappointment because that's not how psychedelics are meant to be used. Psychedelics are not a medicine. Their only function is to temporarily raise consciousness. Treating them as medicine will lead to problems.

There are plenty of healthy male role-models for those who seek them. Besides, Tate's toxicity isn't a bug, it's the feature. That's what makes him appealing to young men. If there was a healthy left-wing male role-model, few would listen to him. Social media is built on engagement via toxicity, drama, outrage, trolling, etc. I'm very cognizant of my fortunate childhood but that doesn't help anyone. Of course, that's the whole problem. I gave my analysis in my video: A Rant Against The Pickup Community and in the Spiral Dynamics series. I don't believe this hype is true. Just some more BS Tate invented. Maybe he was highly searched for 15 minutes, and soon he will be forgotten as the internet moves on. This internet, social media stardom is not to be taken seriously. It means very little. In general I would say that you guys are way too reactive about these topics. Your mind should be grounded in deeper, more serious things, not the latest outrage on social media. All of this is just a distraction from actually developing yourself. The internet masses are not interested in development, they are interested in drama and group-think, and you get sucked down into the mud right with them. It is obvious to any mature mind that Tate and his defenders are immature minds. And that explains everything. If you are immature you will be attracted to immature minds and God himself cannot help you.

I doubt it would trigger epilepsy. It's not a visual chem. But you should double-check for reports on Reddit.
-
I hardly measure my doses any more. I just dump powder into the spoon to my liking. I've gone through as much as a few grams of chem within a single day. You learn to handle it. But your whole life will unravel, so watch out.

There is no magic pill for depression. Depressed people need to radically change their minds, which no psychedelic will do for you. The positive mood effects of psychedelics will come and go, just like any other drug. I think science is over-stating the chronic positive mood effects of psychedelics. Long-term it will not hold up. You can't just take a psychedelic a few times and fix your problems. Psychedelics are not a cure for mental dysfunction, they are a tool for raising consciousness, and your consciousness will fall right back down after they wear off.

I would rather listen to static at high volume.

This isn't game. This is just sexual exploitation. It doesn't take any game or skill to sleep with a woman who you have financially manipulated into doing sex work for you. I'm tired of explaining this. If it isn't obvious to you within 5 minutes that Tate's whole way of doing business is a toxic fraud, you shouldn't be here.

Because all religion is designed for stupid people. But God is the most intelligent thing.
