  1. @Holykael You'd be surprised how much you can steer your mind from negative to positive thinking. Most of you guys have developed life-long habits of negative, toxic minds. If you wanted to, you could horrify yourself right now just by sitting down for an hour and conjuring up horrible images in your mind. Or you could do the opposite. You CAN think positive thoughts. Don't act like you can't.
  2. I only say that because I've never encountered a human spiritual teacher who teaches it. It's unheard of. Which is why I am vocal about it. Why should I be vocal about Buddhism when everyone already knows about it? The point of talking, for me, is to say new things. Not to rehash old ground. I agree that's highly valuable. From the perspective of understanding Consciousness -- which is my highest concern -- unhealthy consequences are irrelevant. However, I am not oblivious to unhealthy consequences and of course I would like to minimize those for my followers. I do place understanding of reality above the transcending of suffering. That's a core feature of my style of spirituality. Understanding above everything else. Everyone is free to pursue their own spiritual priorities. I have chosen mine and for it I have paid serious costs which you guys don't even know about. I have permanent scars and damage across my body from my pursuit of the highest understanding. And maybe one day it will kill me. If you understood the levels of danger I have toyed with, you would be horrified. You guys only know half of what I've done to gain my understanding.
  3. @KatiesKarma God is an infinite mind that is constantly dreaming. It's very important what you focus your mind on, especially in mystical states, because you will literally be manifesting that reality/dream. So when a mystical experience opens up your consciousness your job is to guide your mind towards positive images and thoughts. Towards dreams that you want to materialize rather than nightmares. If you keep letting your mind wander into nightmarish thought-land then eventually you will end up in a living nightmare. Or you could change that direction towards beauty and love. So an important part of this work is purifying your mind, letting go of mental tendencies which take you into nightmarish directions. Why are you dreaming up devils when you could dreaming up angels? Ask yourself that. Of course Consciousness is fully capable of dreaming up demons and devils and much worse. Consciousness is unlimited in what it can imagine. But this does not mean that you must allow your mind to veer down such dark alleys. Only if you want to.
  4. @integral I don't think anyone here is using the word awakening to refer to personal development. I think people here use it to refer to a mystical experience of one kind or another, but the problem then becomes to what degree, what kind (because there are many kinds of awakening), and how long-lasting? On this there's much disagreement and confusion.
  5. @Tobia Of course there's truth in what you say. But I still think reforming the US prison system is a lot more complex than it was for Sweden to do, and not just because of profit motive, but of course that's a factor. Transitioning the US prison system to the Swedish prison system would be a monumental task, and after all is done the voters wouldn't even feel the effects of it very much. So that makes it extra difficult. It's hard to win an election on the platform of: we're gonna spend billions and billions to make the lives of criminals easier while the working people get nothing. That's how it would be spun.
  6. Leo's Razor: Don't attribute to racism what can be attributed to assholery.
  7. Shush! He has made a serious and valuable post and you are being ungrateful.
  8. @Water by the River Thank you for the effort and thought you put into your posts and explanations of Buddhism. There's some good stuff in what you quote. And I see what is being gotten at there. There's definitely value to that. However, I still insist that the God-Realization I speak of is beyond that and cannot be attained via those methods. Although I do not dismiss that those attainments you mention are very good and valuable, and perhaps that's the most a human mind can attain as a permanent state. But Alien Consciousness is completely beyond everything those Buddhists understand or have ever achieved. And THAT is the real difference between what I teach and what every other spiritual human on this planet teaches. Again, the problem is that Buddhism is reductionistic. It tries to boil consciousness down to emptiness. It tries to deconstruct consciousness. Which is NOT what I am teaching and not the highest consciousness. To truly fathom consciousness requires a non-reductionist approach in which consciousness grasps itself at the highest level. None of this Buddhism even begins to touch the highest level of Alien Mind which I have discovered. You will not reach Alien Consciousness through any kind of monitoring techniques of your thoughts. And so as I have said before, Buddhism is fine, it gets you to certain levels of consciousness. But nowhere near the levels which I have been to. No, we are not talking about the same Awakening. And that's the whole rub.
  9. It takes a lot of skill to vibe right off the bat with a total stranger. And some settings are harder to vibe in. The biggest obstacles to vibing are 1) fear and 2) being stuck in your logical mind. If you can work those two out of your mind then vibing becomes easy. Yes, of course. Mostly that's an inner game issue. Of course it's easier to vibe in a place where it feels socially acceptable. The whole point of a bar or nightclub is to make it socially acceptable and easy to vibe (by being drunk). Nothing is wrong with you. Being able to vibe on command in any environment is a highly specialized skill. Few people are naturals at it. Realistically it takes years of practice to develop. It's much easier if you're an extreme extrovert and much harder if you're an extreme introvert like me. Go out, have 1-2 drinks, and try vibing with a girl. You'll see. A good exercise for you is to go out for a week and just keep asking yourself "What is vibing?" Look for it and contemplate it until your mind groks what it is.
  10. @TheAlchemist She doesn't have the ability to PM you, but you can PM her. Sounds like a nice place you found.
  11. @Bobby_2021 You can't wreck Biden in a debate if he's too sleepy to show up
  12. @OBEler When your quantities are so small then your results may be highly variable. Half your dose might just not absorb for whatever random reason.
  13. @OBEler If you haven't had direct consciousness of what another is, then it's best to just admit to yourself, "I don't know", rather than inventing speculative stories. Also, I suggest that you try to gain direct conscious of what it is I'm pointing to when I say that God is Absolute Solipsism. And then after you grasp that, try to push yourself further and see if you can find a consciousness that's even beyond that! Maybe you can't. And maybe you can. Give it a try. This is good territory to explore in your trips. In this way you will avoid falling into the trap of believing me or Ralston.
  14. Sweden has a much smaller prison system, much less crime, and much more resources per capita.
  15. One of the best ways to learn is to befriend a "natural" and closely watch him work girls over. It's amazing. Naturals are better than professional PUA coaches. I have a natural friend in Vegas who's so good at talking with girls it's just unfair. I learned a lot from just observing his attitude and vibe. Getting girls boils down to vibing. It's not even about approaching or talking, it's about vibing.
  16. @OBEler When it comes to this specific issue you need direct consciousness/awakening, not abstractions. You can do abstractions for other, less existential issues. You can have an awakening specifically into the question: What is other? That's what you're after here. Ralston is right to emphasize that speculation on this matter is a waste of time. Moreover, adopting solipsism as a belief is likely to create needless suffering for you, as you start to feel isolated and depressed.
  17. Consider that what you really want is enjoyment, not a title. You'd get much more enjoyment from just playing the game than from any kind of title. A chess title is irrelevant to a resume unless you are a chess teacher or professional player.
  18. I generally don't like doing that. There are many ways I could have maximized my profits. But I didn't want to waste my time doing such things.
  19. Kriya yoga is designed to help with this as it slowly rewires the nervous system. Traditional meditation is very weak unless you do it in hardcore retreat settings for dozens of hours at a stretch. If you only have 1-2hrs per day for practice, yoga is gonna be your best chance for results.
  20. It plays a part. You don't need my blessing to educate yourself.
  21. Realistically you are not going to become a completely different person in a few years, and that expectation will tend to hinder you. You need a longer timeline of more like 10 years+. But then again, it may not be a good idea to think so far ahead so that you can focus on the next few years. If you really wanna change you gotta be patient and realistic about it.
  22. Basically, question everything and psychedelics. My job is to help people question deeply.
