This is an important point. I agree with this. The human psyche is far too complex to simply fall into 4 categories like: "sociopath", "psychopath", "narcissist", and "normie". It's a complex blend of thousands of variables which no psychologist fully understands. Yet still, some people are just straight up flaming narcissists.
