Leo Gura replied to dyslexicFcuk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@dyslexicFcuk Ego, ego, ego. You are projecting your ego onto God. It is actually that ego which is an evil, delusional, asshole and devil. How you see God reflects what you are. If you are a devil, you will see a devil. Luckily God has infinitely zero ego. If only you knew how good God is.... -
@LordFall Addiction is all the same. You can also play video games without being addicted.

@Dylan Page You were taught a very valuable life lesson: never ever lend money to anyone. And this lesson only cost you $700. That's a good deal. If you learn it.

Switch to plugged psychedelics. That's where real understanding happens. -

@Schahin What you call devilries are nothing other than a limited self surviving. -
But the unhealthiness is not a bug, it's the feature of the JP brand. Where's the fun in not sticking it to the Commies? Hehe...

Of course ego is rooted in memory. If memory is disrupted so will ego. -
To be fair to him, the general population is ignorant about science and so Tyson serves his function in educating Flat Earthers, global warming denialists, and the like.

@aklacor727 It took many years for my intellectual and metaphysical curiosity to develop into a serious pursuit of awakening. You don't just start serious spiritual practice overnight. You gotta mature into it through learning, study, and basic self-help. So your desire to learn is all good. It's just the early stages of this process. Start by making your life the way you want it to be, before you go chasing enlightenment. Learn how to survive well. -

@EntheogenTruthSeeker Sounds like that will backfire on you. Be careful with addictive substances. That is the opposite of our work here. You ain't gonna be awake and addicted to weed at the same time. -
Ideally speaking, bordem is a reaction of the ego-mind. In practice though, until you deeply awaken and purify the mind through 1000s of hours of meditation, you will suffer lots of bordem. It's a survival function. There is no way around bordem, you must go through it. Extreme mindfulness is required for things not to lose their magic. Survival necessarily makes things lose their magic because magic is not important to survival. Magic is a quality of pure Being.

Love To share itself with itself. Creation is nothing but illusion. -

Leo Gura replied to Schahin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Infinite Self imagines it is a trillion finite selves. Otherwise there could not be finite selves. The illusion is necessary for creation to happen. An infinite thing has no shape or form. If it wants to materialize anything it must take on some limited, finite form. And then of course by definition this limited, finite form cannot understand the infinite. So reality is stuck in a bind. Either it can be infinite or finite. If it is infinite it loses all form and becomes unremarkable. If it decides to have form, it loses its infinity. You are stuck in this bind. -
@Bno You are making a mockery of the notion of bias. What you're doing in this sub-forum is unconsciously spouting off your self-biased perspective. Notice that.

Leo Gura replied to aklacor727's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@aklacor727 You might be better off doing 5-10 years of basic self-help work, until you are ready to go deep. -

@Bill W Don't forget to tell the Muslims, Hindus, Jews, and Buddhists that they are also devils -
Leo Gura replied to Unjigorjigor's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Tis ironic that most Christians are devils. Then again, how else could it be? Merry Christmas -
Leo Gura replied to actualizing25's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@actualizing25 Whether something works for you depends on how seriously you go about it. The magic is less in the technique and more in your dedication to it. You are the bottleneck. -
Leo Gura replied to Debil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Debil The mistake you're making is that you believe YOU are a being with senses. This is untrue. That's the delusion of ego. You do NOT have consciousness or senses! Consciousness is imagining being human and having senses. You are trying to give Mario an ego. Which is just doubling down on the delusion. What you must realize is that you are not really a living being. -
You can just train your voice in the shower. Singing is good, speaking is good, pronouncing words out loud is good. There are many vocal exercises you can do. There are even speak coaches. Roger Love is a great one. He has courses and books.

Leo Gura replied to Unjigorjigor's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Unjigorjigor A) You're reading it too litterally. Mystical teaching are not meant to read that way. B) You are almost certianly reading words that were not written my a highly God-realized being. C) The tragedy of Jesus was that one of the most God-realized people on this planet was executed by his own kind for speaking truth and love. This is the timeless tragedy of mankind. It's not unique to Jesus at all. Jesus "died for our sins" in the sense that ignorant egos killed an egoless man. God killed God. Happens all the time. The mistake is trying to grant Jesus some kind of unique status. If you do that, you completely miss the point. The people who worshipped Jesus did not really understand him. So stop taking their words seriously, as if they knew God. When you really know God, Jesus becomes irrelevant. -
Hahaha Cute

You want some authority figure to give you a guarantee. Well, awakening doesn't work like that. -
