Think of how a mirage or a rainbow works. -
You keep getting it until one day you get it so deep you go POOF! and disappear. Then you really got it!

I would challenge you to cultivate other passions. There is lots to be passionate about. How deeply do you understand reality if you lack passion?? -

Very well put. Thanks me! -

That's precisely my point. You probably have lots of shadow material to work out. And you should find something about life that you're passionate about. This should come prior to enlightenment. Build up your passion. You are at risk for avoiding the fundamentals and trying to skip straight to the end, which will likely fail. Learn basic arithmetic before you jump into calculus. I don't sense that you are strong enough yet to handle enlightenment. Of course you are welcome to prove me wrong. Build a normal life that you can be reasonably satisfied with. It's crucial to learn how to be passionate about life. Later you can transcend it. But your current nihilistic attitude is not good. -

If I focus on it. But usually I don't focus on it. Suffering is not something that I care about or think about much. I do my work because I'm passionate about the ideas I talk about. Not to reduce suffering. -
There you go! Excellent.

@WhatAWondefulWorld Be careful getting ahead of your skiis. People here are pushing you down some hardcore spiritual path which is not usually suitable for people your age. This can screw up your development. I would start by building up a basic functional life before you go chasing Buddhahood. Only a certain rare caliber of person is ready for that. -

I have been robbed of the illusion of "others". -
Guys who buy into Red Pill have been hurt and wounded. What they lack is love. So they lash out and create ideologies to armor their wounds.

That's always been the problem with being stupid

Don't jump to such conclusions. You are so young that all of that can be turned around. You have a TON of chance, you don't even realize 1% of it yet. At your age don't get so hung up on enlightenment. You're too young for that yet. Focus more on building an enjoyable life first. Find things you are passionate about and pursue those. Find something artistic or creative to invest your time in. All my enlightenment talk is too premature for you. Focus on basic self-help. -

Thanks guys, I do appreciate and feel your support and love. I still have new videos planned for now. This isn't really a new development. From the very first video I've known my videos were pointless. It's a game. -

Like I said, as long as you're alive, you'll have some bias. -
@UnconsciousHuman Great work! That's real learning right there! That's how all growth work should look. Empirical and not based on ideology or self-serving theory. Just keep in mind that attraction online is very different from attraction in-person. Your looks matter far more online. If you're an above average looking guy, online will give you an advantage. If you're below average, stop doing online and focus on in-person.

@Camerong That is the cost of Infinite Consciousness. Do you truly want to be so conscious that you have total omniscience over reality? If so, you'll need 5-MeO-DMT. You won't get there sober. If you just want to be at peace and out of the ego-mind, that you can do sober. -

For me, not at all. Can't speak for you. -
Leo Gura replied to EntheogenTruthSeeker's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No, I never said that. My top concern has always been understanding and accessing the highest levels of consciousness, not escaping suffering or maintaining a moderate sober state. So that's what I pursued. And I feel now that I've gotten to the top of it: Infinite Consciousness. Now my plan is to see how closely I can get to that in sober life. I'm very far away from that at this point. It's quite ordinary. Nothing fancy like you want. Right. What you want is a basic enlightenment. -

He's not enlightened. He just had one or two breakthroughs. -

No Not compared to what 5-MeO has shown me. One of the biggest sources of suffering in your life will be the loss of the 5-MeO state once you've experienced it. That's the downside of psychedelics. I don't know if humans are naturally capable of sustaining such a state. Most so-called enlightened people are certainly NOT in such a state. Which is why they teach that states aren't important. -

It doesn't go beyond Love. It's just more aspects of Love. You can't go beyond Love. Love is Infinity. Your awakenings won't contradict each other, they will just blossom and grow deeper and wider. You transcend each earlier awakening by including it in your later awakening. -

All the classic spiritual techniques which I have mentioned throughout my videos and blogs. I have no idea. This will vary greatly. It's not really a function of time as much as it is a function of serious quality effort. There are people who meditate for 20 years and still never get there. Because their meditation is weak and perfunctory. Others get there much faster. -
