@Michael569 Plant based protein powders can be even more toxic. Just because it is a ground up plant does not make it any less toxic. Perhaps moreso given all the pesticides. Some of the best vegan protein brands are toxic crap. Check the site I linked above.

You can be semi-disciplined. But you don't have to be some kind of Jocko Willink type of dude. Be ware of over-glorifying discipline if you are more of the artistic, creative, or adventurous type. Artistic people tend to be less disciplined and more chaotic and messy. This is part of what makes for a highly creative mind: it's all over the fucking place.

Whey protein can cause lots of reactions given how much crap they put in it usually. If you're gonna experiment with whey, you must buy the expensive, pure, organic, grass-fed, addictive-free stuff. But even so, you have to be very careful with any bulk powdered products you consume because they are likely to have heavy metals. And if you drink that stuff every day for months and years, it could make you very toxic without you even knowing it.

Well, pretty much everyone did. It's just a question of how much. I got an disproportionately huge cut because I am in the highest tax brackets. Most of my money goes into savings. But I supposed I did spend a bit more. But I already had plenty of money to invest in my business. My business investment is not so limited by money but by my time and energy constraints. I'm certainly not going to just go out and hire people just because I got a big tax cut. That's not how business works. I've always paid a lot in taxes because my income is mostly cash. I pay around 30% of all my income to the gov. There is no way for a small biz to pay zero taxes @ decent earnings. Only the giant corporations are able to get away with that because they have a team of tax lawyers manipulating their books and investments. You cannot do that as a small biz.

The only way that is Chinese tech is if they stole the tech from aliens. The Chinese can't even build a modern interceptor jet without stealing engineering secrets from other countries.
